HeLa-CD4 細胞懸濁液 (2.5×104 細胞/ウエル) をアッセイプレートの各ウエルに分注した。37℃、5% CO2の条件下で1時間インキュベーション後、化合物希釈液 (50 μL) を各ウエルに加えた(但し、細胞コントロールを除く)。培養液 (50 μL) を細胞コントロールのウエルには加えた。プレートを37℃、5% CO2 の条件下で3日間培養した。
(結果)
「活性成分」なる用語は、本発明化合物、その互変異性体、それらの製薬的に許容される又はそれらの溶媒和物を意味する。
硬質ゼラチンカプセルは次の成分を用いて製造する:

- 式:

R4は水素、置換されていてもよい低級アルキル(但し、置換基は置換されていてもよいアリールではない)、置換されていてもよいシクロアルキル、置換されていてもよいシクロアルキル低級アルキル、置換されていてもよい低級アルケニル、置換されていてもよい低級アルコキシ、置換されていてもよいアリール、置換されていてもよいアリール低級アルキル、置換されていてもよいアリールオキシ、置換されていてもよい複素環式基、置換されていてもよい複素環式基低級アルキル、置換されていてもよい複素環式基オキシ、ヒドロキシ、置換されていてもよいアミノ、置換されていてもよいリン酸残基、置換されていてもよいリン酸残基で置換されたアリール、置換されていてもよいリン酸残基で置換されたアラルキル、置換されていてもよいリン酸残基で置換されたヒドロキシ、置換されていてもよいリン酸残基で置換されたアミノ、または置換されていてもよいリン酸残基で置換された低級アルキル(該低級アルキルは、CO、O、S、SO、SO2、NRa(Raは水素または低級アルキル)、-N=および=N-からなる群から選択されるヘテロ原子基が介在していてもよい)、;
Z2は、O、S、SO、SO2、NR5(R5は水素、置換されていてもよい低級アルキル、置換されていてもよいシクロアルキル、置換されていてもよいシクロアルキル低級アルキル、置換されていてもよい低級アルケニル、置換されていてもよい低級アルコキシ、置換されていてもよいアリール、置換されていてもよいアリール低級アルキル、置換されていてもよいアリールオキシ、置換されていてもよい複素環式基、置換されていてもよい複素環式基低級アルキル、置換されていてもよい複素環式基オキシ、ヒドロキシ、置換されていてもよいアミノ、置換されていてもよいリン酸残基、置換されていてもよいリン酸残基で置換されたアリール、置換されていてもよいリン酸残基で置換されたアラルキル、置換されていてもよいリン酸残基で置換されたヒドロキシ、置換されていてもよいリン酸残基で置換されたアミノ、または置換されていてもよいリン酸残基で置換された低級アルキル(該低級アルキルは、CO、O、S、SO、SO2、NR5(R5はR4とは独立してR4と同一の置換基群から選択される)、-N=および=N-からなる群から選択されるヘテロ原子基が介在していてもよい))、-N=および=N-からなる群から選択されるヘテロ原子基が介在していてもよい、置換されていてもよい低級アルキレンまたは置換されていてもよい低級アルケニレン;
XAは、以下の群から選択される基:
XA1:単結合、
XA2:C=O、およびC=Sから選択される基、
XA3:O、S、SO、SO2およびNR1’(R1’は水素もしくは低級アルキル)から選択されるヘテロ原子基、
XA4:XA2およびXA3から選択される同一または異なる、2以上の基が連結して形成される基、
XA5:-N=N-、-C(R1’)=N-、または-N=C(R1’)-(R1’は水素もしくは低級アルキル)から選択される基、
XA6:置換されていてもよい低級アルキレンまたは置換されていてもよい低級アルケニレン、
XA7:XA2、XA3、XA4およびXA5から選択される1またはいずれかの2以上の基が介在しているXA6、ならびに
XA8:XA1~XA7の任意の組み合わせからなるスペーサー;
Qは、以下の群から選択される基:
Q1:置換されていてもよく、縮合していてもよい炭素環式基、および
Q2:置換されていてもよく、縮合していてもよい複素環式基、
但し、
-XA-Qが-CONR1-X-R2である場合:
(式中、R1は、水素または低級アルキル;
Xは、単結合、O、S、SO、SO2およびNHから選択されるヘテロ原子基、または該ヘテロ原子基が介在していてもよい低級アルキレンもしくは低級アルケニレン;
R2は、置換されていてもよいアリール)
を除く;
R3は水素、ハロゲン、ヒドロキシ、置換されていてもよい低級アルキル、置換されていてもよいシクロアルキル、置換されていてもよい低級アルケニル、置換されていてもよい低級アルコキシ、置換されていてもよい低級アルケニルオキシ、置換されていてもよいアリール、置換されていてもよいアリールオキシ、置換されていてもよい複素環式基、置換されていてもよい複素環式基オキシ、または置換されていてもよいアミノ;
R4はZ2部分と一緒になって環を形成してもよく、このとき、化合物(QI)は以下の式(QI-1)または(QI-11)で示される:

但し、破線が結合の存在を示す場合、RXは存在しない;
XAおよびQは前記と同意義;
R3は水素、ハロゲン、ヒドロキシ、置換されていてもよい低級アルキル、置換されていてもよいシクロアルキル、置換されていてもよい低級アルケニル、置換されていてもよい低級アルコキシ、置換されていてもよい低級アルケニルオキシ、置換されていてもよいアリール、置換されていてもよいアリールオキシ、置換されていてもよい複素環式基、置換されていてもよい複素環式基オキシ、または置換されていてもよいアミノ);

またZ2は、B1およびB2からなる連結基であってもよく、この時、化合物(QI)は以下の式(QI-B)で示される:
破線は結合の存在または非存在を示す;
B1およびB2は、いずれか一方はCR20R21、他方はNR22、この場合は破線は存在しない;
B2がNR22の場合、R4とR22は一緒になって置換されていてもよい複素環を形成してもよく;
B2がCHR21の場合、R4とR21は一緒になって置換されていてもよい複素環を形成してもよく;
またはB1およびB2は、それぞれ独立してC、CR23、またはNであり、この場合B1およびB2部分は一緒になって置換されていてもよい複素環を形成してもよい;

- Qが、Q2:置換されていてもよく、縮合していてもよい複素環式基である、請求項1または2記載の化合物、その製薬上許容される塩、またはそれらの溶媒和物。
- Qが、置換されていてもよく、縮合していてもよい、O、SおよびN原子から選択される1または2以上の同一または異なるヘテロ原子を1から4個含有する5~7員の複素環式基である、請求項3記載の化合物、その製薬上許容される塩、またはそれらの溶媒和物。
- Qが、Q1:置換されていてもよく、縮合していてもよい炭素環式基である、請求項1または2記載の化合物、その製薬上許容される塩、またはそれらの溶媒和物。
- Qが、置換されていてもよく、縮合していてもよいシクロアルキルである、請求項1または2記載の化合物、その製薬上許容される塩、またはそれらの溶媒和物。
- -XA-Qにおいて、XAが、-CONR1’-、-CONR1’-XA6-、または-CONR1’-XA7-(各記号は前記と同意義);Qが、Q2:置換されていてもよく、縮合していてもよい複素環式基、または置換されていてもよく、縮合していてもよいシクロアルキル、である、請求項1記載の化合物、その製薬上許容される塩、またはそれらの溶媒和物。
- R3は水素である、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の化合物、その製薬上許容される塩、またはそれらの溶媒和物。
- 化合物(QI)が式:(QI-1)、(QI-11)、または(QI-B)である、請求項1~8のいずれかに記載の化合物、その製薬上許容される塩、またはそれらの溶媒和物。
- 化合物(QI)が式:(QI-1)、R3、R14およびRXは水素;破線は結合の非存在を示す、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の化合物、その製薬上許容される塩、またはそれらの溶媒和物。
- 請求項1~10のいずれかに記載の化合物、その製薬上許容される塩、またはそれらの溶媒和物を含有する、医薬組成物。
- 抗HIV薬である、請求項11記載の医薬組成物。
- インテグラーゼ阻害剤である、請求項11記載の医薬組成物。
