Abstract

본 발명은 닫힌 셀(Closed Cell) 형상의 팽창 퍼라이트를 이용한 보온재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 닫힌 셀(Closed Cell) 형상의 팽창 퍼라이트를 이용한 보온재는 퍼라이트 원광을 건조시킨 후 팽창시켜 표면은 닫힌셀(Closed Cell)형상을 갖는 입자들을 유효성분으로 포함하여 이루어진 팽창 퍼라이트 10 ~ 84 중량%와 액상바인더 15 ~ 85 중량%, 보강섬유 0.25 ~ 5 중량%로 구성된다. 본 발명에 의해 팽창 퍼라이트의 강도를 높이고, 팽창 퍼라이트 입자간의 공극과 공극률을 최소화하여 압축 성형시 압축비를 줄여 밀도를 낮추고 열전도율을 낮춤으로써 시공성을 향상하고 보온재의 두께를 얇게 하여, 자재 및 에너지 비용을 절감하고 설비 설치 공간 면적을 줄일 수 있는 보온재가 제공된다.
