6.発生又は再生した音声信号を管理者通信装置14に送信した後、Bイベント(通報)に応じて、上記4.を行い、その後、あらかじめ設定された注文受通信装置12a、12b及び/又はキッチン音声装置46へ音声信号を送信する。なお、このとき、管理者通信装置14に備えたマイクの音声を注文受通信装置12a、12bへ送信してもよいし、キッチン音声装置46へ送出してもよいし、通信ネットワーク35に接続された通信端末36への通報のため店舗基幹処理装置17へBイベントを出力してもよい。なお、音声信号の送信先は、Bイベント、店舗基幹処理装置17からのデータ(防犯機器状態、店舗会計処理終了、監視カメラ画像からの事象検出)の種類ごとに設定されていてもよい。
7.店舗基幹処理装置17を制御する。具体的には、防犯機器接続装置31を制御し、監視画像記録制御等を行う。
8.Bイベント、店舗基幹処理装置17からのデータ(防犯機器状態、店舗会計処理終了、監視カメラ画像からの事象検出)の種類に応じて、音声切換部26を制御して送信・送出する音声の入力元、音声の出力先を切り換える。
注文受通信装置11であるヘッドセット(図4参照)を装着した従業員の1人が店舗内で異常を察知した場合、従業員は、異常が発生したことを通知するための手段である事象発生通知部としてヘッドセットに設けられた操作ボタン41を押下する。
店舗内に設置されたセキュリティシステムである金庫錠状態検出装置18や、扉窓状態検出装置19、監視画像撮像装置20が異常を検知した場合、その異常状態を検知したことを示す情報(以下、「警報情報」という。)は、セキュリティシステムからの警報情報を受信する受信装置である店舗基幹処理装置17の防犯機器接続装置31により受信され、通信音声制御装置11の制御部24に伝達される。制御部24は、音声処理部25に対して、異常事態が発生したことを知らせる音声信号の生成を指示し、以後、前述の「1.インカムシステムの使用者が異常を察知した場合」と同様の処理が行われる。
会計処理装置である店舗会計処理部33で、予め設定された処理が行われると、その処理が行われたことが店舗会計処理部33から制御部24へ伝達される。制御部24は、音声処理部25に対して、店舗会計処理部33よって、特定の処理が行われたことを知らせる音声信号の生成を指示する。

Claims (16)
- 複数の注文受通信装置と、前記複数の注文受通信装置の各々と通信を行う通信音声制御装置とを備えたインカムシステムであり、
前記注文受通信装置が事象の発生を通信音声制御装置に通知し、
前記事象の発生の通知を受けた前記通信音声制御装置が、前記複数の注文受通信装置の中から予め指定された注文受通信装置に対し前記事象の発生を通知する
ことを特徴とするインカムシステム。 - 複数の注文受通信装置と、前記複数の注文受通信装置の各々と通信を行う通信音声制御装置と、前記通信音声制御装置に接続され、セキュリティシステムからの警報情報を受信する受信装置とを備えたインカムシステムであり、
前記受信装置が、前記セキュリティシステムから前記警報情報を受信した場合に、前記通信音声制御装置が、前記複数の注文受通信装置の中から予め指定された注文受通信装置に対し前記警報情報を受信したことを通知する
ことを特徴とするインカムシステム。 - 複数の注文受通信装置と、前記複数の注文受通信装置の各々と通信を行う通信音声制御装置と、前記通信音声制御装置に接続され、会計処理を行う会計処理装置とを備えたインカムシステムであり、
前記会計処理装置で特定の処理が行われた場合に、前記通信音声制御装置が、前記複数の注文受通信装置の中から予め指定された注文受通信装置に対し、前記特定の処理が行われたことを通知する
ことを特徴とするインカムシステム。 - 複数の注文受通信装置と、前記複数の注文受通信装置の各々と通信を行う通信音声制御装置と、前記通信音声制御装置に接続され、外部ネットワークへの報知を行う報知通信装置とを備えたインカムシステムであり、
前記注文受通信装置が事象の発生を前記通信音声制御装置に通知し、
前記事象の発生の通知を受けた前記通信音声制御装置が前記事象の発生を前記報知通信装置へ通知し、
前記報知通信装置が、予め設定されたメールアドレスに前記事象の発生を通知するメールを前記外部ネットワーク経由で送信する
ことを特徴とするインカムシステム。 - 前記注文受通信装置は、前記事象の発生を前記通信音声制御装置に通知するとともに、接続中の他の前記注文受通信装置の無線接続を強制的に切断し、自身との接続を要求するデータを前記通信音声制御装置に送信することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項4に記載のインカムシステム。
- 前記注文受通信装置は、前記通信に用いる無線送信チャンネルの空きがないときに、前記事象の発生に応じて、自身との接続を要求するデータを前記通信音声制御装置に送信することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のインカムシステム。
- 前記通知を受けた注文受通信装置に対する操作を通じて前記指定された注文受通信装置へ音声を送付する動作と、該注文受通信装置への操作を経ないで音声の送付が定まる動作とのいずれかを選択する制御部をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載のインカムシステム。
- 前記制御部は、前記注文受通信装置に設けられた操作部に、通常の報知操作とは押下時間及び/又は押下回数の異なる操作が行なわれたことに応じて、前記通知を受けた注文受通信装置への操作を経ないで音声の送付が定まる動作を選択することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のインカムシステム。
- 複数の注文受通信装置と、前記複数の注文受通信装置の各々と通信を行う通信音声制御装置と、前記通信制御装置に接続され、セキュリティシステムからの警報情報を受信する受信装置と、外部ネットワークへの報知を行う報知通信装置とを備えたインカムシステムであり、
前記受信装置が、前記セキュリティシステムから前記警報情報を受信した場合に、前記通信音声制御装置が、前記複数の注文受通信装置の中から予め指定された注文受通信装置に対し前記警報情報を受信したことを通知し、前記報知通信装置が、予め設定されたメールアドレスに前記警報情報を受信したことを通知するメールを前記外部ネットワーク経由で送信する
ことを特徴とするインカムシステム。 - 複数の注文受通信装置と、前記複数の注文受通信装置の各々と通信を行う通信音声制御装置と、前記通信音声制御装置に接続された会計処理を行う会計処理装置と、外部ネットワークへの報知を行う報知通信装置とを備えたインカムシステムであり、
前記会計処理装置で特定の処理が行われた場合に、前記通信音声制御装置が、前記複数の注文受通信装置の中から予め指定された注文受通信装置に対し、前記特定の処理が行われたことを通知し、前記報知通信装置が、予め設定されたメールアドレスに前記特定の処理が行われたことを通知するメールを前記外部ネットワーク経由で送信する
ことを特徴とするインカムシステム。 - 通信音声制御装置を介して通信を行う複数の注文受通信装置を備えたインカムシステムにおける事象発生通知方法であり、
前記注文受通信装置が前記通信音声制御装置へ事象の発生を通知するステップと、
前記通信音声制御装置が、前記注文受通信装置からの前記事象の発生の通知を受信するステップと、
前記通信音声制御装置が、前記複数の注文受通信装置の中から受信した前記事象の発生の通知を通知する通知先を決定するステップと、
前記通信音声制御装置が、決定された通知先に、前記インカムシステムにおいて前記事象が発生したことを通知するステップと、
からなることを特徴とするインカムシステムの事象発生通知方法。 - 複数の注文受通信装置と、前記複数の注文受通信装置の各々と通信を行う通信音声制御装置と、前記通信音声制御装置に接続され、セキュリティシステムからの警報情報を受信する受信装置とを備えたインカムシステムにおける事象発生通知方法であり、
前記受信装置が、前記セキュリティシステムから前記警報情報を受信するステップと、
前記通信音声制御装置が、前記複数の注文受通信装置の中から予め指定された注文受通信装置に対し、前記セキュリティシステムから前記警報情報を受信したことを通知するステップと、
からなることを特徴とするインカムシステムにおける事象発生通知方法。 - 複数の注文受通信装置と、前記複数の注文受通信装置の各々と通信を行う通信音声制御装置と、前記通信音声制御装置に接続され、会計処理を行う会計処理装置とを備えたインカムシステムにおける事象発生通知方法であり、
前記会計処理装置が、特定の処理が行われたことを前記通信音声制御装置に通知するステップと、
前記通信音声制御装置が、前記会計処理装置から、前記特定の処理が行われたことの通知を受信するステップと、
前記通信音声制御装置が、前記複数の注文受通信装置の中から予め指定された注文受通信装置に対し、前記会計処理装置において前記特定の処理が行われたことを通知するステップと、
からなることを特徴とするインカムシステムにおける事象発生通知方法。 - 複数の注文受通信装置と、前記複数の注文受通信装置の各々と通信を行う通信音声制御装置と、前記通信音声制御装置に接続され、外部ネットワークへの報知を行う報知通信装置とを備えたインカムシステムにおける事象発生通知方法であり、
前記注文受通信装置が事象の発生を前記通信音声制御装置に通知するステップと、
前記事象の発生の通知を受けた前記通信音声制御装置が前記事象の発生を前記報知通信装置へ通知するステップと、
通知を受けた前記報知通信装置が、予め設定されたメールアドレスに前記事象の発生を通知するメールを前記外部ネットワーク経由で送信するステップと、
からなることを特徴とするインカムシステムにおける事象発生通知方法。 - 複数の注文受通信装置と、前記複数の注文受通信装置の各々と通信を行う通信音声制御手装置と、前記通信音声制御装置に接続され、セキュリティシステムからの警報情報を受信する受信装置と、外部ネットワークへの報知を行う報知通信装置とを備えたインカムシステムにおける事象発生通知方法であり、
前記受信装置が、前記セキュリティシステムから前記警報情報を受信するステップと、
前記通信音声制御装置が、前記複数の注文受通信装置の中から予め指定された注文受通信装置に対し、前記警報情報を受信したことを通知するステップと、
前記報知通信装置が、予め設定されたメールアドレスに前記警報情報を受信したことを通知するメールを前記外部ネットワーク経由で送信するステップと、
からなることを特徴とするインカムシステムにおける事象発生通知方法。 - 複数の注文受通信装置と、前記複数の注文受通信装置の各々と通信を行う通信音声制御装置と、前記通信音声制御装置に接続され、会計処理を行う会計処理装置と、外部ネットワークへの報知を行う報知通信装置とを備えたインカムシステムにおける事象発生通知方法であり、
前記会計処理装置が、特定の処理が行われたことを前記通信音声制御装置に通知するステップと、
前記通信音声制御装置が、前記複数の注文受通信装置の中から予め指定された注文受通信装置に対し、前記会計処理装置において前記特定の処理が行われたことを通知するステップと、
前記報知通信装置が、予め設定されたメールアドレスに前記特定の処理が行われたことを通知するメールを前記外部ネットワーク経由で送信するステップと、
からなることを特徴とするインカムシステムにおける事象発生通知方法。
