図5は、本発明の実施の形態2におけるブラシレスモータ駆動装置9およびブラシレスモータ1の構成図である。実施の形態2について、図5を用いて説明する。図5において、運転・停止判別部10は、NPNトランジスタQ8、抵抗R2(第二の抵抗)、R3(第三の抵抗)を構成要素として含む。NPNトランジスタQ8のベースには、抵抗R2を介して運転指令信号VSPが入力される。NPNトランジスタQ8のエミッタはグランドGNDに接続され、NPNトランジスタQ8のコレクタは、抵抗R1(第一の抵抗)の一方に接続される。抵抗R3は、NPNトランジスタQ8のベースとエミッタ間に設けられる。抵抗R2、R3の値は、運転指令信号VSP>VSPLで、NPNトランジスタQ8がONするように定める。制御電源遮断部11は、PNPトランジスタQ7、ダイオードD1、抵抗R1、R4を構成要素として含む。PNPトランジスタQ7のエミッタは、VCC端子を介して制御電源6の正側出力端子と、ダイオードD1のカソードに接続される。PNPトランジスタQ7のコレクタは、制御部3の制御電源入力端子とダイオードD1のアノードに接続され、PNPトランジスタQ7のベースは、抵抗R1の他方に接続した構造となっている。
図9は、本発明の実施の形態3におけるブラシレスモータ駆動装置9およびブラシレスモータ1の構成図である。実施の形態3について、図9を用いて説明する。図9において、インピーダンス変換部13は、NPNトランジスタQ9、抵抗R5、R6(第四の抵抗)を構成要素としている。NPNトランジスタQ9のベースは、抵抗R6を介して運転指令信号VSPと接続される。NPNトランジスタQ9のコレクタは、抵抗R5を介してVCC端子と接続される。NPNトランジスタQ9のエミッタは、運転・停止判別部10のNPNトランジスタQ8のベースに抵抗R2を介して接続される。その他の構成は、実施の形態2と同じであるので説明は省くが、抵抗R2、R3の値は、運転指令信号VSP>(VSPL-VF)で、NPNトランジスタQ8がONするように定める。
実施の形態4について図13を用いて説明する。図13において、運転・停止判別部10の構成要素は、比較器15、基準電圧発生器16であり、比較器15の負側入力端子には運転指令信号VSPが、正側入力端子には、基準電圧発生器16の正側出力が接続される。比較器15の出力端子は、制御電源遮断部11のPNPトランジスタQ7のベースにR1を介して接続される。
実施の形態5は、実施の形態1~4に記載のブラシレスモータ駆動装置およびブラシレスモータを搭載した空気調節機である。図14~16を用い、以下説明する。

Claims (6)
- 外部からの運転指令に基づき巻線へ電力供給量を可変して、直流電源から複数相の前記巻線へ電力供給するパワースイッチ部と、制御電源から電力を得る制御部とを備えたブラシレスモータの駆動装置であって、
運転・停止判別部と制御電源遮断部とを備え、
前記運転・停止判別部は、運転指令入力端子に設け、
前記制御電源遮断部は、前記制御電源の正側出力端子と前記制御部の制御電源入力端子の間に設けて、
前記運転・停止判別部は、前記運転指令が運転停止状態であると判断した場合に、前記制御電源遮断部に作用して、前記制御電源から前記制御部への電力供給を遮断することを特徴とするブラシレスモータ駆動装置。 - 前記制御電源遮断部は、PNPトランジスタと第一の抵抗を含み、
前記運転・停止判別部は、NPNトランジスタと第二の抵抗と第三の抵抗を含み、
前記PNPトランジスタのエミッタは、前記制御電源の正側出力端子と接続し、コレクタは、前記制御部の制御電源入力端子に接続し、ベースは、前記第一の抵抗の一方に接続し、前記第一の抵抗の他方は、前記NPNトランジスタのコレクタに接続し、
前記NPNトランジスタのベースは、前記第二の抵抗を介して運転指令入力端子に接続するとともに、前記第三の抵抗を介してエミッタに接続し、前記エミッタはグランドに接続したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブラシレスモータ駆動装置。 - インピーダンス変換部をさらに備え、
前記インピーダンス変換部は、第二のNPNトランジスタと第四の抵抗とを含み、
前記第二のNPNトランジスタのコレクタは、前記制御電源の正側出力に接続し、ベースは、前記第四の抵抗を介して前記運転指令入力端子に接続し、エミッタは、前記運転・停止判別部に含まれる前記NPNトランジスタのベースに、前記第二の抵抗を介して接続したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のブラシレスモータ駆動装置。 - 前記運転・停止判別部は、比較器と基準電圧発生器とを含み、
前記比較器の第一の入力端子は、前記運転指令入力端子に接続し、第二の入力端子は、前記基準電圧発生器の正側出力端子と接続し、
前記比較器の出力は、前記制御電源遮断部の前記PNPトランジスタのベースに前記第一の抵抗を介して接続し、
前記基準電圧発生器の負側出力端子はグランドに接続したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のブラシレスモータ駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載のブラシレスモータ駆動装置を備えたことを特徴とするブラシレスモータ。
- 請求項5に記載のブラシレスモータを送風ファン駆動用に供した空気調整機であって、
運転中は、運転状態を意味する前記運転指令を前記ブラシレスモータへ入力して、前記ブラシレスモータの内部のブラシレスモータ駆動装置に前記制御電源から電力供給し、運転停止時には、停止状態を意味する前記運転指令を前記ブラシレスモータへ入力して、前記ブラシレスモータの内部の前記ブラシレスモータ駆動装置への前記制御電源から電力供給を遮断するよう構成したことを特徴とする空気調整機。
