目前, 国内外履带式行走机械的行走机构结构中, 支腿油缸的活塞杆通过销轴与升 降支架铰接, 缸体通过支腿法兰与机架连接。 转向操作时, 转向油缸依次经转向套、 支 腿和升降支架带动履带相对机架产生偏转, 实现转向。 在此过程中, 支腿油缸的缸体固 定, 与升降支架通过销轴铰接的活塞杆随升降支架一起转动, 即支腿油缸的活塞杆与缸 筒会发生相对转动, 由于油缸活塞杆安装轴心线与支腿中心线不可避免的存在着同轴度 误差, 导致活塞杆在升降支架的带动下实际上相对缸体产生了挠动, 从而影响到支腿油 缸的运动稳定性, 破坏密封件结构, 出现漏油等故障。 因此, 为了尽可能减少挠动, 现 有结构对制造及装配精度的要求很高, 使得生产成本也很高。 另外, 现有支腿油缸进出 油管与杆头直接连接, 爆管时油缸不能锁定, 易发生倾翻而造成安全事故。 同时, 现有 支腿油缸缸径大、 行程长, 缸筒尺寸大, 导致加工难度较大。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足, 提供一种可消除挠动、 改善 了可靠性和平稳性、 降低了精度要求和生产成本的履带式行走机械支腿油缸, 以及具有 该支腿油缸的履带式行走机械。
为解决上述技术问题, 本实用新型采用以下技术方案:

与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:本实用新型的履带式行走机械支腿油缸, 在活塞杆头与缸体底座上均装设有用于与支腿油缸相连部件连接的关节轴承,在履带式 行走机械转向时, 支腿油缸的活塞杆与缸体会发生相对转动, 由于支腿油缸与相连部件 通过关节轴承连接, 当活塞杆具有相对缸体挠动的趋势时, 支腿油缸的活塞杆与缸体自 然倾转, 从而避免活塞杆相对缸体产生挠动, 提高支腿油缸的运动稳定性, 使缸体内的 密封件受到保护, 防止出现漏油的故障。 活塞杆头上设有阀块叠加面, 使油缸进出油路 通过叠加阀组的方式与外部油路相连, 发生爆管故障时, 阀组阻断油缸内部油道与外部 油管的连接, 将油缸锁死, 避免油缸泄油, 防止行走机械倾翻。 缸体包括底座连接件、 缸筒、 缸筒法兰和导向套, 缸筒与缸筒法兰两部分可选用不同外径的钢材进行加工, 可 以节约材料, 同时可以保证缸筒法兰的加工精度。 本实用新型的履带式行走机械中, 升 降支腿内设有上述的履带式行走机械支腿油缸, 其运行平稳、 可靠, 使用寿命长, 制造 成本低, 便于推广应用。

实施例 1 : 如图 1所示, 本实用新型的履带式行走机械支腿油缸, 包括缸体 1和活塞 杆 2, 活塞杆 2—端套设于缸体 1内, 另一端设有活塞杆头 3, 缸体 1远离活塞杆头 3的一端 设有缸体底座 4, 活塞杆头 3与缸体底座 4上均设有轴承安装孔, 轴承安装孔内装设有用 于与支腿油缸相连部件连接的关节轴承 5, 履带式行走机械转向时, 支腿油缸的活塞杆 2 与缸体 1会发生相对转动, 由于支腿油缸与相连部件通过关节轴承 5连接, 当活塞杆 2具 有相对缸体 1挠动的趋势时, 活塞杆 2与缸体 1会自然倾转, 从而避免活塞杆 2相对缸体 1 产生挠动, 提高支腿油缸的运动稳定性, 使缸体 1内的密封件受到保护, 防止出现漏油 的故障。 本实施例中, 活塞杆头 3上设有阀块叠加面 303, 活塞杆头 3内设有第一油道 301 和第二油道 302, 第一油道 301和第二油道 302均绕开关节轴承 5设置, 第一油道 301—端 通向阀块叠加面 303, 另一端与支腿油缸有杆腔 6连通, 第二油道 302—端通向阀块叠加 面 303, 另一端与支腿油缸无杆腔 7连通, 在阀块叠加面 303上可安装叠加阀组, 使油缸 进出油路通过叠加阀组的方式与外部油路相连, 发生爆管故障时, 阀组阻断油缸内部油 道与外部油管的连接, 将油缸锁死, 避免油缸泄油, 防止行走机械倾翻。 本实施例中, 缸体 1由底座连接件 101、 缸筒 102、 缸筒法兰 103和导向套 104组焊而成, 缸筒 102—端与 底座连接件 101连接, 另一端与缸筒法兰 103连接, 导向套 104套设于缸筒法兰 103内, 并 与缸筒法兰 103连接, 缸筒 102与缸筒法兰 103两部分可选用不同外径的钢材进行加工后 焊接为一体, 可以节约贵重材料, 节省成本, 同时可有效保证缸筒法兰 103的加工精度。
