Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施形態に係る吸収性物品の包装構造1(以下、包装体1)の全体概略斜視図である。図1に示すように、包装体1は、包装材10、係止テープ15及び生理用ナプキン20によって構成される。包装体1は、包装材10と、生理用ナプキン20とが一緒に複数回折り曲げられることによって形成されている。本実施形態において生理用ナプキン20は、吸収性物品を構成する。
次に、図4~図10を参照して包装体1の製造方法について説明する。図4(a)~(d)は、包装体1の製造過程を模式的に示す。図5は、包装体1の製造過程(第1折り工程)において用いられる折り装置100の斜視図であり、図6(a),(b)は、折り装置100の平面図及び側面図をそれぞれ示す。図7は、折り装置100によって折り曲げられる生理用ナプキン20の形状変化を示す。
図4(a)及び図7に示すように、包装材10は、包装材10の搬送方向MDに連続し、連続シート10Cを構成する。配置工程では、生理用ナプキン20の縦方向Lが搬送方向MDに直交するように、生理用ナプキン20が、連続した包装材10上に配置される。この結果、連続シート10C上に生理用ナプキン20が等間隔で配置される。
折り工程では、包装材10上に配置された生理用ナプキン20が複数回折り曲げられる。本実施形態では、第1折り工程~第3折り工程を経ることによって、生理用ナプキン20が四つ折りにされた包装体1が形成される。
図4(a),(b)及び図7に示すように、第1折り工程では、生理用ナプキン20の幅方向Wに延びる第1折り曲げ線41fに沿って、生理用ナプキン20の縦方向Lにおける一方が、生理用ナプキン20の他方側の肌側面に折り曲げられる。本実施形態では、第1折り曲げ線41fは、生理用ナプキン20を展開した状態において、生理用ナプキン20の縦方向における中心CTよりも第2部分31寄りに位置する。
図4(b),(c)及び図10に示すように、第2折り工程では、幅方向Wに延びる第2折り曲げ線42fに沿って、第1折り工程において折り曲げられた生理用ナプキン20の一方(第1部分20a)を含む被折り曲げ部分である第2部分31と、被折り曲げ部分と重なっている生理用ナプキン20の他方側の部分である第3部分32とが、前記被折り曲げ部分と重なっていない生理用ナプキン20の当該他方側の肌側面に包装材10とともに折り曲げられる。つまり、第2部分31が折り曲げられた第3部分32は、第2折り曲げ部分42において第4部分33の肌側面に、包装材10とともに折り曲げられる。
図4(c),(d)に示すように、第3折り工程では、生理用ナプキン20の幅方向に沿い、第4部分33と第5部分34との境界に位置する第3折り位置43fに沿って、第4部分33の肌側面側に折り返されている第3部分32の非肌側面側に、第5部分34が矢印ARの方向に包装材10とともに折り返される。なお、第5部分34の折り返しには、第2折り工程で用いた折り装置200と同様の折り装置を用いることができる。
上述したように、本発明の実施形態を通じて本発明の内容を開示したが、この開示の一部をなす論述及び図面は、本発明を限定するものであると理解すべきではない。この開示から当業者には様々な代替実施の形態、実施例及び運用技術が明らかとなる。
Claims (5)
- 着用者の肌側に位置する肌側面、及び前記着用者の下着側に位置する非肌側面を有し、縦方向及び前記縦方向に直交する幅方向を有する吸収性物品と、
前記吸収性物品を個装するシート状の包装材とを含み、
前記吸収性物品と前記包装材とが前記縦方向に一体的に折り畳まれた吸収性物品の包装構造であって、
前記吸収性物品は、前記吸収性物品の端部を含む第1部分と、第1折り部を介して前記第1部分に隣接する第2部分と、第2折り部を介して前記第2部分に隣接する第3部分と、第3折り部を介して前記第3部分に隣接する第4部分とを少なくとも有し、
前記第1部分は、前記第1折り部を介して前記第2部分の非肌側面側に折り畳まれており、
前記第3部分は、前記第2折り部を介して前記第2部分の肌側面側に折り畳まれており、
前記第4部分は、前記第3折り部を介して前記第2部分の非肌側面側に折り畳まれており、
前記包装材は、前記第3部分及び前記第4部分の少なくとも一部に接合されており、前記第1部分及び前記第2部分には接合されていないことを特徴とする吸収性物品の包装構造。 - 前記吸収性物品は、前記吸収性物品の幅方向外側に延出し、前記下着のクロッチ部分に係止される一対のウイングを有し、
前記一対のウイングは、前記下着との当接面に形成されたウイング粘着部を有するとともに、前記吸収性物品の肌側面に折り畳まれ、
折り曲げられた前記一対のウイングには、一方のウイングのウイング粘着部と、他方のウイングのウイング粘着部に剥離可能に接着された一体のウイング離型紙が設けられ、
前記吸収性物品は、前記非肌側面に形成された裏面粘着部を有し、
前記裏面には、前記裏面粘着部に剥離可能に接着された本体離型紙が設けられ、
前記一対のウイングの少なくとも一部は、前記第4部分に設けられ、
前記ウイング離型紙は、前記第3部分に位置する前記本体離型紙と接合されている接合部分を有する請求項1に記載の吸収性物品の包装構造。 - 前記接合部分は、前記吸収性物品の縦方向において、前記ウイング粘着部の外側端よりも外側に位置する請求項2に記載の吸収性物品の包装構造。
- 製造装置を用いて、吸収性物品と前記吸収性物品を個装するシート状の包装材とを含む吸収性物品の包装構造の製造方法であって、
前記吸収性物品は、着用者の肌側に位置する肌側面及び前記着用者の下着側に位置する非肌側面を有し、縦方向及び前記縦方向に直交する幅方向を有し、
前記製造装置は、搬送方向に前記吸収性物品を搬送する搬送装置、及び、前記搬送方向の下流に向かうに連れて前記搬送装置に近づくように設けられている環状ベルトを有し、
前記包装構造の製造方法は、
前記搬送装置において前記搬送方向に連続して搬送されている前記包装材上に、前記縦方向が前記搬送方向の直交方向に沿うように前記吸収性物品を配置する配置工程と、
前記包装材とともに搬送される前記吸収性物品の縦方向における一端部を、折り曲げ板に当接させることによって、前記搬送方向及び前記直交方向に対して略垂直になるように折り曲げる折り曲げ工程と、
前記折り曲げ工程において折り曲げられた前記吸収性物品の縦方向における一端部の非肌側面に前記環状ベルトを当接させることによって、前記吸収性物品の縦方向における一端部を前記吸収性物品の肌側面側に折り畳む折り工程とを備える包装構造の製造方法。 - 前記折り工程では、前記環状ベルトを、前記搬送方向下流に行くに連れて、前記吸収性物品の縦方向における一端部から他端部に向かうように、かつ前記吸収性物品の肌側面に接近するように移動させる請求項4に記載の包装構造の製造方法。
