Definitions
- the present invention relates to a cleaning adhesive tape roll that captures dust with an adhesive surface, and more specifically, relates to a cleaning adhesive tape roll having a stable cleaning property from the beginning to the end of use.
- An adhesive tape roll for cleaning consists of an adhesive tape with an adhesive surface formed on one side, wound in multiple layers so that the adhesive surface faces the front side. It is a type of cleaning tool that catches dust on the surface to be cleaned by rolling it while bringing the adhesive surface into contact with the surface to be cleaned such as a surface.
- the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer that captures dust.
- the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed by a method such as solid coating for forming the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on almost the entire surface of the base material or stripe coating for forming a large number of stripes along the feeding direction of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape.
- these pressure-sensitive adhesive layers are formed by discharging pressure-sensitive adhesive from a nozzle head toward a base material flowing on a conveyance path.
- the adhesive tape for cleaning has a non-adhesive part (dry edge part) that does not have adhesiveness at both ends, but conventionally, the boundary between the fine streaky adhesive part and the dry edge part is clear. It did not look good on the appearance.
- the pressure-sensitive adhesive sometimes protrudes to the dry edge portion side.
- the protrusion to the dry edge side increases as it goes from the outer peripheral side to the inner peripheral side, and the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer may vary.
- the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is made into a complicated shape such as a dot shape or fine streaks with a gravure roll, if it is a conventional simple solid coating or streaks coating, if the adhesive tape is wound into a roll, the adhesive surface By laminating each other, an appropriate cushioning property was born on the entire roll, but in the case of gravure roll coating, for example, when formed in a dot shape, the adhesive layer is not shifted and laminated for each winding layer. The tightness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape becomes strong, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive may be crushed especially on the inner peripheral side, resulting in variations in the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.
- the surface opposite to the adhesive surface is point contact or line contact, so the rewinding force is not stable, and the tape will roll when it rolls in the reverse direction on the surface to be cleaned.
- the rail pulling phenomenon sticking to the surface was easy to occur.
- an object of the present invention is to provide an adhesive tape roll for cleaning that can stably capture dust from the beginning to the end of use.
- the invention according to claim 1 is formed by winding an adhesive tape having an adhesive surface formed on one surface of a substrate so that the adhesive surface faces the front side, and the adhesive surface is formed in a dot shape.
- the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape roll in which a non-sticky portion having no adhesiveness extends along the feeding direction of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape at both ends of the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface.

That is, when the width is smaller than 2.0 mm, since the coating width is narrow, uneven coating or the like may occur and the side adhesive portion may not function. On the other hand, if the coating width exceeds 10 mm, the strength of the side adhesive portion is excessively increased, so that the trapping power of the main dot adhesive portion and streak adhesive portion that catches dust may be reduced.
- the invention described in claim 6 is characterized in that, in any one of claims 1 to 5, the dot adhesive portions are arranged in a staggered pattern or a lattice pattern.
- a seventh aspect of the present invention provides the method according to any one of the first to sixth aspects, wherein the streak adhesive portion is formed in a portion other than the dot adhesive portion, and the feeding direction of the adhesive tape is It is characterized in that it is parallel or inclined at a predetermined angle and is provided in a large number so as to be parallel to each other with a predetermined interval.
- the invention described in claim 8 is characterized in that, in any one of claims 1 to 7, the dot adhesive part, the stripe adhesive part, and the side adhesive part are made of the same adhesive. Yes.
- the streaky side adhesive portion extends along the dry edge portion, it is possible to effectively prevent the adhesive layer from protruding and tightening to the dry edge side. Moreover, moderate cushioning is also born by laminating the side adhesive portions so as to overlap each other. Furthermore, the side adhesive portion also improves the bonding property with the adhesive tape of the next layer, and the occurrence of the rail pulling phenomenon can be suppressed.
- the perspective view of the adhesive tape roll which concerns on one Embodiment of this invention.
- Sectional drawing of the principal part of the adhesive tape roll The front view of the adhesive surface of an adhesive tape roll.
- this adhesive tape roll 1 has an adhesive tape 2 on which an adhesive surface 22 for dust removal of a tape substrate 21 is formed, and the adhesive surface 2 faces the front side (outside). It consists of what was wound in roll shape along the core 3. 3 to 6, the adhesive tape 2 is actually continuous in the left-right direction with the length in the drawing as one round length unit.

- the adhesive layer 4 includes a todd adhesive portion 41 that is scattered over the entire surface of the tape base 21 excluding the non-adhesive portions 5 and 5, and a feeding direction of the adhesive tape (in FIG. 2). And a streak adhesive portion 42 that is inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the left-right direction).
- the dot adhesive part 41, the streak adhesive part 42, and the side adhesive part 43 to be described later are all made of the same adhesive.
- synthetic rubber adhesives are used as the adhesive, and they are applied to the surface of the sheet substrate 21 by gravure coating.
- the pressure-sensitive adhesive may be arbitrarily selected according to specifications.
- the dot adhesive portions 41 each have a cylindrical shape and are arranged in a grid pattern with a predetermined interval.
- the dot adhesive portion 41 is formed in a dot shape with a diameter of 2.0 to 4.0 mm.
- the dot adhesive portion 41 has a diameter of 3.0 mm, but the diameter can be arbitrarily changed according to the specification.
- the dot adhesive portions 41 have the same diameter, but the dot adhesive portions 41 having different diameters may be randomly arranged.
- the dot adhesive portions 41 are arranged in a lattice shape with a predetermined interval, but may be arranged in a staggered manner, for example. Furthermore, a plurality of dot adhesive portions 41 arranged in a line at a predetermined interval may be arranged in parallel in a state where the dot adhesive portions 41 are inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the feeding direction of the adhesive tape 2. .
- the dot adhesive portion 41 is formed in a cylindrical shape, but may be a polygonal shape such as a quadrangle or a hexagon, or a complicated shape such as a star shape or an arrow shape.
- the shape of the dot adhesive portion 41 may be arbitrarily selected according to specifications.
- the dot adhesive portion 41 is inclined so as to be shifted by one dot with respect to the feeding direction, with a length corresponding to one tape length of the tape base material 21 (the length in the left-right direction in FIG. 3) as one unit. Yes. According to this, when the adhesive tape roll 1 is rolled on the surface to be cleaned, the adhesive surface 4 can be used effectively.
- the streak adhesive portion 42 is formed by forming an extremely fine straight line continuously in parallel with each other at intervals of about 0.3 to 0.5 mm. It is arranged so as to be bridged between the non-adhesive portions 5 and 5 while being inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the direction (left-right direction in FIG. 2).
- the adhesive layer 4 is further provided with side adhesive portions 43 and 43.
- the side adhesive portions 43 and 43 are stripe-like adhesive portions extending along the feeding direction of the adhesive tape 2 between the end face of the stripe adhesive portion 42 and the non-adhesive portions 5 and 5. It is formed in a 3 mm strip shape.
- the side adhesive portion 43 is set to a width of 3 mm, but it is preferable that the side adhesive portion 43 is provided within a range of 2.0 to 10 mm.
- the width is smaller than 2.0 mm, since the coating width is narrow, uneven coating or the like may occur and the side adhesive portion may not function.
- the coating width exceeds 10 mm, the strength of the side adhesive portion is excessively increased, so that the trapping power of the main dot adhesive portion and streak adhesive portion that catches dust may be reduced.
- the side adhesive portions 43 and 43 are wound in a roll shape by extending in parallel with the unadhered portions 5 and 5 and along the feeding direction. They are stacked on top of each other.
- the side adhesive portions 43 and 43 are overlapped with each other on the outer peripheral side and the inner peripheral side, an appropriate cushioning property is produced, so that the paste sticks out to the non-adhesive portions 5 and 5 side, and is tightly wound. Can be effectively prevented. Furthermore, since the side adhesive portions 43 and 43 extend continuously, the rewinding force is improved and the occurrence of the rail pulling phenomenon is effectively suppressed.
- the adhesive tape 2 is provided with cuts 6 for cutting the adhesive tape 2 at predetermined intervals.
- the cuts 6 are provided at intervals that are less than 360 ° in circumferential length, and part of the used adhesive tape remains on the edge portion, so that the adhesive strength of the end of the adhesive tape 2 is intentionally left. It is devised so that the rail pulling phenomenon does not occur.
- the cuts 6 are provided at intervals of less than 360 °, but may be provided at intervals of 360 ° or more.
- the cut line 6 is a straight line parallel to the axial direction of the core 3, but may be a spiral shape so as to be easily cut, and the configuration of the cut line 6 is arbitrarily selected according to specifications. It's okay.
- an adhesive tape roll was produced by the following method. First, a predetermined paper base material is prepared, and the adhesive tape 2 having the dot adhesive part 41, the streaks adhesive part 42 and the non-adhesive parts 5 and 5 shown in FIG. Further, side adhesive portions 43 and 43 having a width of 3 mm were provided, and in the comparative example, two types of adhesive tape samples without side adhesive portions were prepared.
- the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4 was formed by using a gravure roll coating method described in Japanese Patent Application No. 2008-268273, and then wound around a paper core 80 times to produce a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape roll. Then, each evaluation test shown below was done using the produced adhesive tape roll of the Example and the comparative example.
- the side adhesive portion is continuously provided, so that the rewinding force is improved by about 20% or more compared to the comparative example. Moreover, since the binding around the non-adhesive part is maintained by the side adhesive part, the adhesive tape does not unwind naturally.
- the glue layer thickness gradually decreases from the outermost periphery to the innermost periphery, and the innermost layer has a maximum of 10% less than the outermost layer.
- the adhesive tape roll of the example has a stable paste layer thickness of almost 100% from the outermost periphery to the innermost periphery, and there is almost no change.
- the rotational resistance value gradually decreases from the outermost layer to the innermost layer due to glue crushing, and the rotational resistance value of the innermost layer decreases by about 20% compared to the outermost layer.
- the rotational resistance value is stable from beginning to end.
- the example has an outer diameter of 8 ⁇ m per round. Accordingly, the outer diameter of 0.64 mm becomes thick at 80 laps, so that the amount of dust supplemented per lap increases accordingly. In addition, cushioning is also enriched.

Abstract
