Abstract

L'invention porte sur des articles et sur des dispositifs pour le stockage d'énergie thermique, et sur un procédé de stockage d'énergie à l'aide de ces articles et de ces dispositifs. Les articles comprennent une structure à capsules (10) comportant un ou plusieurs espaces hermétiquement scellés (14), les espaces hermétiquement scellés encapsulant un ou plusieurs matériaux de stockage d'énergie thermique (26). La structure à capsules comporte un ou plusieurs passages de fluide (16) qui sont suffisamment grands pour permettre à un fluide de transfert de chaleur de s'écouler à travers le ou les passages de fluide. Lorsqu'un fluide de transfert de chaleur vient en contact avec la structure à capsules (10), le matériau de stockage d'énergie thermique (26) est isolé du fluide de transfert de chaleur.
