- the present invention relates to a flat type coil used for an electromagnetic induction device in which a plurality of disk type coils are laminated, and particularly to a disk type coil useful for being incorporated as a stator or rotor of an induction machine. More specifically, the present invention relates to an improvement in lamination through-hole connection for conducting a plurality of laminated disk-type coils using through-hole connection.
- the disk type coil has a limit in the amount of wiring of the conductor pattern, so that there is a problem that a current value flowing becomes smaller than a coil wound with a wire. For this reason, attempts have been made to increase the wiring amount of the conductor pattern by laminating disk-type coils and connecting them in series. For example, a plurality of through holes for lamination are provided radially on the inner peripheral portion of the insulating substrate of the disk-type coil, and the common terminal of the conductor pattern is provided in two of the many through-holes for lamination.
- a coil device has been proposed in which the end terminals are connected to each other so that each lower-layer disk-type coil is rotated in accordance with the angle of the arrangement of the through-holes for lamination with respect to the uppermost disk-type coil.
- Patent Document 1 A plurality of stacked disk-type coils are rotated after each disk-type coil is rotated in accordance with the angle of arrangement of the through-holes for stacking of each disk-type coil, and then the position of the through-hole for stacking is adjusted. Are connected by soldering.
- the disk-shaped coil described above is disposed on the outer peripheral side of the conductor pattern and connects the conductive patterns on both sides, and is disposed on the inner peripheral side of the conductor pattern and connected to the front-side conductor pattern and the back-side conductor pattern.
- Two types of through-holes are provided: a start terminal and a pair of through-holes serving as end terminals.
- each disk-type coil is provided with a pair of through-holes serving as a start terminal and an end terminal on the inner peripheral side of the conductor pattern at an angle of 36 °.
- three pairs of through-holes serving as a start terminal and an end terminal are arranged on the same circumference with an angle of 81 °.
- the lower disk type coil is phased at an angle of 81 ° with respect to the upper disk type coil, and the through holes that are the start and end terminals of each disk are soldered as stacking through holes.
- the conductor patterns of the four stacked disk-type coils are connected so as to form one independent circuit coil to form a coil having a long line length.
- each disk-type coil must be phased in accordance with the angle of the arrangement of the through-holes for laminating at the time of laminating. There is. For this reason, development of a technique for easily and reliably connecting the conductor patterns of the stacked disk type coils is desired.
- connection of each disk type coil is limited to serial connection and there is no degree of freedom. For this reason, there is a problem that it is difficult to increase the current capacity or increase the voltage even when the current capacity or voltage is insufficient in the conductor pattern of one disk.
- the present invention responds to such a demand, and an object of the present invention is to provide a coil device that is easy to lay a disk-type coil and can be manufactured at low cost. It is another object of the present invention to provide a coil device that increases the degree of freedom of connection when a plurality of disk-type coils are stacked.
- the present invention is to stack a plurality of disk-type coils having a conductor pattern constituting a coil of at least one circuit on a disk-shaped annular insulating substrate and to electrically connect them through a through-hole for lamination.
- At least two holes for forming a through-hole for stacking are provided for each circuit of each disk-type coil and the insulating substrate
- a start terminal pattern and an end terminal pattern which are arranged at the same position in the stacking direction outside or inside the conductor pattern and in a state where a plurality of disks are stacked, and serve as terminal portions for each circuit of the conductor pattern of each disk type coil Is electrically connected to the two holes selected for each disk type coil to form a through hole for lamination It has to.
- the start terminal pattern and the end pattern for each circuit of the conductor pattern of each disk-type coil are inserted into two holes selected from them.
- a terminal pattern is electrically connected to form a through-hole for stacking, and a plurality of disk-type coils can be connected in series or in parallel.

- Such a conductor pattern 2 is not particularly limited, and various conductor patterns, for example, a spiral conductor pattern as disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 3636700 can be applied to FIGS. 22 and 23. It is also possible to apply to other conductor patterns as shown.
- the disk type coil shown in FIGS. 22 and 23 has a plurality of through holes 6 in the inner peripheral side through hole land 23 and is aligned in the radial direction c of the insulating substrate 1 so that the inner peripheral side through hole land 23 is aligned.
- the through-hole connection conduction area in one inner peripheral through-hole land 23 is expanded without causing the inner peripheral peripheral through-hole land 23 to penetrate the entire inner peripheral peripheral through-hole land 23.
- the value of the current flowing through the hole connection can be increased.
- the inner peripheral side through-hole land 23 of this embodiment has an area expanded in the radial direction c of the insulating substrate 1, and is an extension line of the contour in the radial direction.
- the inner peripheral edge side through-hole land 23 is formed in the radial direction of the edge substrate so as to form a constant conductor gap and obtain a sufficient width as a through-hole land within a range in which the circumferential width is maximally allowed.
- the area is expanded and fits in a region between two conductor gap regions defined by radial lines c drawn radially from the center of the insulating substrate 1 so as to obtain a constant conductor gap. It is formed in a vertically inverted trapezoidal shape.
- the inner peripheral side through-hole land 23 of this embodiment is annularly arranged in the circumferential direction along the inner peripheral edge of the insulating substrate 1, but is extended in the radial direction c of the insulating substrate 1. Holes can be formed. For example, in the present embodiment, by forming six through-holes 6, a necessary amount of plating for connecting through-holes is ensured, and the current value flowing through the conductor pattern is restricted by the current value flowing through the through-hole. Is going to disappear.
- n + 1 n per circuit of the conductor pattern 2
- the start terminal pattern 3 and the end terminal pattern 4 for each circuit of the conductor pattern 2 of each disk type coil are electrically connected to the two holes 7 selected for each disk type coil to be laminated through holes 10. Is configured.
- a plurality of windings are formed for each circuit, and are connected in series or in parallel by the connection pattern 5.
- the conductor pattern 2 shown in the present embodiment is a preferable form, it is not particularly limited thereto.
- At least two or more holes 7 for forming through holes for laminating according to the present invention are provided for each circuit of each disk type coil, and a plurality of disks are laminated outside or inside the conductor pattern 2 of the insulating substrate 1.
- two start terminal patterns 3 and end terminal patterns 4 which are arranged at the same position in the stacking direction and serve as terminal portions for each circuit of the conductor pattern 2 of each disk type coil are selected for each disk type coil.
- the present invention can be applied to any conductor pattern other than those shown in the drawings as long as the relationship of being electrically connected to the laminating hole 7 and constituting the laminating through hole 10 is maintained.
- the conductor pattern 2 is not limited to a three-phase / three-circuit, and may be two circuits or four or more circuits.
- the lamination through hole 10 is connected by the conductor pin 9 is mainly described.
- the present invention is not particularly limited to this, and the lamination through hole 10 is soldered or soldered. It is also possible to conduct by filling with a conductive material.
- the disk type coil of the present invention can be used in the field of electromagnetic induction devices such as rotor coils and stator coils of induction machines such as DC brushless motors, and can realize a thin DC brushless motor with a large output.
