Definitions
- the present invention relates to a cutting device that cuts each disposable worn article while transporting a continuous worn article including an elastic member in a stretched state.
- a rotating drum provided with a plurality of suction pads corresponding to the dimensions of the disposable wearing article on the outer periphery is used.
- the web held by the suction pad is cut into disposable worn article units by a blade provided on a rotating cutter roll.
- the blade provided on the cutter roll comes into contact with the web conveyed while being held by the suction pad at predetermined intervals corresponding to the width of the disposable wearing article, and cuts the web.
- JP 2006-230438 A (page 8, FIG. 1)
- disposable wear articles such as disposable diapers are generally provided with a gather formed using a plurality of thread-like elastic members. Since the web conveyed by the rotating drum is held by the suction pad in a state where it is stretched to some extent, when one end in the width direction of the disposable wearing article is cut by the cutter roll, the gather is released, and the gather that has been released Contracts toward the other end in the width direction of the disposable wearing article.
- the other end in the width direction of the disposable wearing article is not cut yet.
- the interval of the center position of the product of the wearing article is not equal. That is, since the interval of the disposable wearing articles conveyed after cutting is not equal, not only can it be stably conveyed toward the process of packaging disposable wearing articles performed after cutting, but also accurate packaging is possible. There was something I could't do.
- the length of one end in the width direction of the disposable wearing article is shortened, causing a problem that the length at one end in the width direction and the length at the other end in the width direction are not uniform.
- the appearance of the disposable wearing article becomes asymmetric in the width direction, which not only impairs the appearance of the product, but also makes the shape of the individual disposable wearing article non-uniform, resulting in an irregular shape after packaging. There was also a problem that it would become a shape.
- the present invention has the disadvantage that the interval of the center position of the disposable wearing article becomes irregular during transport due to the non-uniform length of one end and the other end in the width direction of the disposable wearing article, and the appearance quality.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a cutting device that can eliminate the lowering of inconvenience and inconvenience during production.

- a partition is formed in the gap so that the through-hole formed in the main holding region 301 and the through-hole formed in the auxiliary holding region 302 are communicated with suction pumps having different suction forces.
- the holding force (suction force) in the region 301 can be made stronger than the holding force in the auxiliary holding region 302.
- the inconvenience that the interval of the center position of the disposable wearing article becomes irregular at the time of transportation due to the non-uniform lengths of the one end side and the other end side in the width direction of the disposable wearing article, and the appearance quality It is possible to provide a cutting device that can eliminate the lowering of production and inconvenience during production.
