背景技术
用于生产可作为裤子(一般称为"训练裤"或"拉拉裤(pull-ups)")穿着的预先闭合或预先紧固类型的卫生产品的常用技术在于提供由产品坯料的连续链形成的复合卷材,链对准成以便具有与卷材自身的移动方向重合的各个独立吸收性制品的横轴线。连续复合卷材围绕横轴线折成两份,以便将卷材的相对纵向边缘设置在彼此顶部上。因此设置在彼此的顶部上的复合卷材的两个翻片利用焊接线连接在一起,以便限定各个吸收性制品的腰部和腿部的开口。在焊缝处,坯料的连续链随后经历切割操作来使成品与彼此分开。
该特定生产方法一般以用语"交叉方向"(或CD)认作是将其与称为"加工方向"(或MD)的更传统的生产形式区分开,传统生产形式形成吸收性制品,同时它们以其自身的纵轴线平行于生产方向来行进。
CD类型的吸收性卫生产品的生产的方法的实例在以本申请人名义提交的文献第EP-A-1013251号和第IT-000137952号中描述。
在CD方法中,需要确保各个产品的横向焊缝的适当定位,以便适当地限定各个独立尿布的腰部和腿部的开口。此外,重要的是切割线构想为将独立产品与彼此分开以适当地定位在在两个相邻的吸收性产品之间产生的焊缝处,且甚至更重要的是焊缝和切口两者呈现出相对于卷材的前移方向的恒定的角位置;即,换言之,至少切口总是呈现出相对于复合卷材的边缘的相同的角关系。
根据已知的技术,为了获得具有相对于彼此在适当相位上的焊缝和切口和相对于制品边缘在一定时间内恒定的角关系的卫生制品,这里变得需要的是极为复杂和昂贵的装备,其中所述焊接和切割操作在单个辊上执行,由独立吸收性制品的坯料构成的连续卷材在辊上行进。
此分支中的技术人员清楚的是,此类解决方案带来了难以解决的问题,例如,如,设备的复杂性和制品格式变化的较低灵活性,同时操作成本随之上升。格式变化的低灵活性基本上归因于辊的直径必须选择成以便圆周为正生产的吸收性产品的横向发展的整倍数。因此,当制品变化时,吸收性制品的横向发展变化,且因此辊的直径变化。结果,整个焊接和切割单元必须替换。
已知装备的复杂性源自切割和焊接工具必须围绕单个辊容纳的事实,单个辊作用为焊接操作和切割操作两者的对比辊。因此,所述辊必须较大直径,以能够将焊接机构和切割装置两者收纳在其外周上,且由于两个过程的精细性,故所述辊必须呈现出同样的高精度,这提高了其成本。
前述事项由能够执行充分的机械特性的焊接的事实恶化,所需的是加热由坯料的连续链形成的复合卷材。出于此目的,一般所述加热通过将电阻插入待焊接的该区域来获得,该区域明显也是切割区域。由于对比辊的较大直径,且因此由于所得的较大质量,所述对比区域的温度的管理呈现出难以解决的问题,且导致了焊接和切割工具的使用寿命缩短,这不可避免地由温差且因此由公共对比元件的随后的大小变化影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于改进用于生产预先闭合类型的卫生制品的生产的技术,该制品可作为裤子穿着,以便各个制品的相对横向边缘总是保持形状和相位与对应的横向焊接线的适当关系。
根据本发明,所述目的通过形成权利要求1和权利要求7的主题的装备和方法来实现。

在图1中,吸收性制品以其闭合状态呈现,其中其具有大致类似于一条裤子的构型,而图2示出了处于展开或开启构造的与图1中的产品相同的产品,即,在其围绕其横轴线X2折叠之前,以及在产生焊缝13(其将裤状特性构型给予其)之前,其中已经产生了限定了腰部14的开口和腿部11的两个开口。
基本上,产品10由底盘1或吸收性产品的外部构成,在卫生制品的使用期间,底盘1或吸收性产品的外部支承吸收性插入件2,且保持其与使用者的身体相接触。
此类尿布可呈现出不同于彼此的形状和结构;因此,在本文献的后续部分中描述的吸收性尿布的形状和结构仅通过举例的方式来理解,以使得能够更好认识到本发明的优点。
图1和2中呈现的吸收性产品具有底盘1,其可从外片4和通过内片5获得,弹性元件16和17可介于外片4与内片5之间,弹性元件有助于提高其可穿戴特性。
弹性元件16沿前腰部边缘5和后腰部边缘7延伸,且设计成腰部14的弹性开口。 弹性元件17设计成腿部11的弹性开口。
构成底盘1的两个片4和5一般由无纺布制成,无纺布可经历处理,使它们不透液体,以便容纳液体的任何泄漏,且防止底盘1与其接触的使用者的衣物的任何可能的污染。
而弹性材料16和17可从市场上可用的多种材料间选择,例如,如由合成橡胶制成的条,其由Fulflex制造,或由Lycra®制成的纱,其由invista制造。
在图1和2中呈现的吸收性产品中,吸收性插入件2位于底盘1上,在腹股沟区域3中,设置在两个腰部区(前方的一个9和后方的一个15)之间,以及腿部11的开口之间,吸收性插入件2设计成与使用者的身体接触,采用了大体上U形。吸收性插入件2的功能在于集中和截留身体流体。
上文所述的底盘1的弹性元件16和17的一个功能在于将吸收性插入件2保持在适当工作位置,即使在其由于其已经吸收身体流体而变得较重时。
构成底盘1和所述弹性材料16和17的两个片4和5使得借助于粘合剂固定,且/或由于利用加热辊或超声波系统执行的焊接来固定。
吸收性插入件2这里具有可认识到的结构(除各种其它附加元件之外):
设计成面对使用者的身体的可渗透排出的体液的顶层或顶片18;
不可渗透体液且设计成面对外侧(即,底盘1)的底层或后片19;以及
设置在顶片18与后片19之间的设计成吸收和截留分泌液的吸收性芯20。
在吸收性产品10上,且特别是在吸收性插入件2上,这里可存在其它特性元件,其有助于提高其可穿戴性和吸收性的特性,例如,如,具有侧向容纳体液的功能的在吸收性芯20的侧部处的所谓的"封套"或弹性侧25。

在如图1和2中强调的可能的实施例中,吸收性插入件2和底盘1使得相对于彼此借助于粘合条24和/或利用本身已知的任何系统获得的焊缝来固定,例如,如机械或超声波热密封。
此外,如图2中强调的那样,在底盘1上,一般存在适合形状的切口6,其限定和描绘出腿部11的开口的轮廓。
如本领域的技术人员清楚的那样,图1和2的图示为示意性性质,且旨在强调形成本发明的主题的方法和设备可应用于多种可能类型的吸收性产品10上。
图3中示意性地呈现了生产吸收性卫生制品10的方法的一部分。 图3中由100指出的是复合卷材,其由吸收性卫生产品10的坯料链形成,该产品10沿纵向方向A连续地前移。复合卷材100具有两个相对的纵向端31和32,其在产品上分别提供前腰部边缘5和后腰部边缘7。在吸收性卫生制品的制造过程期间,所述边缘遵循围绕杆36的折线设置在彼此顶部上,杆36平行于卷材100前移的纵向方向A,且一般在纵向折叠站30与独立吸收性产品10的对称轴线X2重合,杆36是站30的基本构件。箭头C示意性地指出了导致获得纵向边缘31和32的重叠的折叠移动。在在围绕纵轴线X2折叠之后,分别在纵向边缘31和32处连接的卷材100的前翻片33和后翻片34以规定间隔连结在一起,如图1中的预先闭合裤子类型的吸收性制品中所示,其可通过根据本文列举的本发明的实施例的设备来获得,所述连接有可能借助于两个焊缝13来获得。
以本申请人名义提交的文献第TO2011A001085号中描述了适用于产生此类折叠的装备和方法30的实例。
在折叠和闭合的操作之后,连续复合卷材经历沿横线12的切割操作,以形成独立产品10。
从图1和2将认识到可为以生产方法生成的卷材的复杂性的内容,其中产品10的坯料沿横穿移动方向的方向延伸。此外,将认识到的是,一旦其折成两个,则卷材的结构及其管理甚至变得更复杂。实际上,由于片的重叠,故卷材100在横向方向和纵向方向两者上的厚度差较大地被放大,且由于由切口6生成的其间断来提供在各个制品10上呈现腿部11的开口而在卷材100的运输中产生问题。实际上,如图3中清楚示出的那样,卷材100具有连续的纵向部分(或条带38),其与前腰部区9和后腰部区15重合,以及间断的纵向部分(或条带)39,其与包括设置在前腰部区9与后腰部区15之间的腹股沟区域3和用于腿部11的开口的部分重合。
因此将从已经论述的内容中认识到在各个产品10的焊接和切割的操作期间确保存在总是保持横向焊缝13和切口12之间的准确相位关系以及所述横向焊缝13和切口12之间相对于各个吸收性制品10的腰部边缘5和7的恒定角关系怎样有问题。
图4中示意性示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的设备70。
在列举的实施例中,设备70由装备40构成,装备40能够提供横向焊接线13,其设计成限定腰围和裤子类型的各个预先闭合的吸收性卫生制品10中的腿部的开口,例如,如图1和2中呈现的一个。
在优选实施例中,如图5中所示,横向站40可由结构41构成,在该处安装了一对反转辊,辊设计成执行一方面焊接辊42的功能,且另一方面对比辊或反焊接辊43的功能。
使得坯料100的卷材沿前移的纵向方向A在焊接辊42与反焊接辊43之间穿过,其转动以便具有大致与彼此相同且等于坯料100的链的线性前移速度的相应的切向速度。
焊接辊42和反焊接辊43以已知方式例如由提供有变速器器件的单个马达驱动件驱动,或根据图4、5和6中所示的当前优选的解决方案,借助于相对于彼此电子地控制的两个伺服马达44和45构成的两个独立马达驱动件驱动,各个伺服马达44和45借助于接头(优选等速接头类型440)机械地连接到相应的辊上。
在本文所述的装置中,焊接作用通过压力和热的组合应用来获得。出于此目的,两个辊承载安装在它们内(根据自身已知的构造且例如用于"流动包装"包装机)的加热电阻器和用于控制温度的器件。
两个辊之间的压力通过自身已知的手段来确保,例如,如,气动或液压或机械系统,这是对于本领域的技术人员公知的,且为了简化图示而未在附图中示出。
具有焊接辊的功能的辊42沿其外周提供,其中突出的焊接刀片46a和46b横穿复合卷材100的前移方向,换言之,与焊接辊自身42的旋转轴线X4大致对准。在本文献中所示的优选实施例中,焊接刀片46a和46b与平行于旋转轴线X4的焊接辊的圆柱的任何母线形成3°到4°的角。
具有对比辊的功能的辊43已经改为具有覆盖物的完全光滑的表面。
图7的附图呈现了仍连接在生产链100中的两个相互邻接的卫生制品10的端部区域,其中强调了两个焊接线13,以及设置在它们之间的点划线X5,其与两个相邻制品10之间的分离线12重合,分离线将利用下一个切割操作来获得。
如已知那样,且如图7中清楚强调的那样,焊接线13可呈现出相对于彼此的略微收敛,如,形成大约6°到8°的最大角。
在优选实施例中,如图4中所示,在折叠单元的输出处的复合卷材100由输送系统50占据,输送系统50继而又由以下构成:
第一输送器件(或输送机)51,其设计成在折叠机30的输出处拾取复合卷材100的连续部分,且将其给送到焊接辊42和43;如公知那样,卷材100的连续带38具有小厚度,其基本上由设置在彼此顶部上的两个翻片33和34构成;
第二输送器件(或输送机)52,其设计成将卷材100的间断条带39从折叠机30输送远到横穿焊接单元的切割组件60;以及
第三输送器件(或输送机)53,其拾取离开焊接辊42和43的卷材100的连续条带38,且将其给送至切割组件60。
在优选实施例中,如图5中更清楚强调的那样,第一输送机51可由顶部托架54和底部托架55提供。两个托架配备有适合的马达器件(未示出),其能够向顶部托架54的卷材541和底部托架55的卷材551给予等于卷材100的速度的线性前移速度。两个托架54和55设有其自身已知的机械器件,机械器件能够在它们之间抓持卷材100的连续翻片33和34。此外,为了增大由所述托架54和55施加的坯料100的链的抓持能力,一个或两个带541和551可为"吸力"或"真空"类型;即,它们可具有空气可渗透的表面,其连接到负压源上,利用自身已知的手段,能够增大总体抓持力,抓持力可通过输送机51施加到卷材100上。
在优选实施例中,另外第二输送机52可由顶部托架56和底部托架57提供。两个托架配备有适合的马达器件562,其能够向两个相应托架56和57的带561和571给予线性前移速度,该速度等于卷材100的速度,且继而又由于自身已知的机械手段来将卷材100的间断部分39保持抓持在一起。
为了增大卷材100的间断部分的抓持能力,还在此情况下,分别属于第二输送机52的顶部托架56和底部托架57的带561和571中的一者或两者可为"吸力"或"真空"类型;即,它们可具有可渗透空气的表面,其利用本领域中的技术人员公知的手段和技术连接到负压源上,提高了输送机52能够施加到卷材100上的总体抓持力。输送系统52抓持离开折叠系统30的卷材100的间断条带39,且伴随其远到切割组件60,横穿焊接站40,而不会弃置卷材100的间断条带39。如图5和6中清楚显现的是,焊接站40由第二输送机52横穿过可通过焊接辊42和反焊接辊43分别具有第二部分422和第二部分432的事实而使得可能,第二部分422和第二部分432具有分别小于焊接辊42的第一工作部分421和反焊接辊43的第一工作部分431的直径421'和431'的对应直径422'和432'。如图5中所示,输送器件52成功横穿在直径小于第一部分421和431的对应标称工作直径的焊接辊422和反焊接辊432的两个第二部分之间产生的空间中的焊接单元40。
在优选实施例中,第三输送机53由顶部托架58和底部托架59提供。两个托架配备有适合的马达器件562,其与第二输送系统52相同,且能够向顶部托架58的卷材581和底部托架59的卷材591给予等于卷材100的速度的线性前移速度。两个托架58和59还设有其自身已知的机械器件,其能够将卷材100的连续条带38抓持在它们之间。此外,为了增大由所述托架58和59提供的坯料100链的抓持能力,一个或两个带581和591可为"吸力"或"真空"类型;即,它们可具有可渗透空气的表面,其通过以其自身已知的手段连接到负压源上而能够增大总体抓持力,抓持力可由输送机53施加到卷材100的连续带38上。
在优选实施例中,如图4中所示的两个输送系统52和53具有将由吸收性制品10的坯料链构成的卷材100给送至切割站60的目的。出于此目的,第二输送系统52的底部托架57和第三输送系统53的底部托架59可具有共同的驱动辊563。在本文所述的实施例中,驱动辊563设置在切割站60附近,且向其给送复合卷材100。
切割站60可包括支承结构61,切割(或刀片)辊62和对比(或配对刀片)辊63安装在支承结构61上。刀片辊62和配对刀片辊63可由驱动器件65电动驱动,驱动器件65在优选构造中可由电子控制的伺服马达构成,伺服马达继而又可借助于适合的等速接头机械地连接到切割或刀片辊62上。此外,刀片辊62借助于传动系统驱动配对刀片辊63,传动系统可为齿轮类型64,其中齿轮(即,驱动齿轮641和从动齿轮642)分别配合在刀片辊62和配对刀片辊63上。
如图8中更清楚示出那样,在优选实施例中,刀片辊在其表面上承载至少一个切割刀片621。
各个刀片621均在对应的对比嵌入部631上与配对刀片辊63协作。
如已知那样,刀片621和配对刀片辊63(特别是对比嵌入部631)必须具有与彼此大致相同且等于复合卷材100的给送速度的外周速度。
结果,配对刀片辊63的直径必须选择成以便具有等于在展开状态下的图2中的产品10的横向发展8的整倍数的周向发展。
明显的是,已经阐述的内容使得清楚了切割站60为生产线的那些构件中的一个,其在决定生产不同大小的吸收性制品(尺寸变化)时必须经历格式变化的操作。
如从图8的图示中可认识到的那样,在切割站60的给送步骤期间,复合卷材100保持稳定,而始终不会释放;实际上,在所述卷材100的连续条带38经历由刀片621切割的动作前,所述卷材100的连续条带38和间断条带39两者从输送器件50的所述辊563遵循曲线路径穿至所述切割单元60的所述配对刀片辊63。
根据图8中所述的优选实施例,复合卷材100的抓持动作还可通过使所述卷材100(卷材100的纵向连续部分(或条带)38和间断纵向部分(或条带)39)划出S形路径来进一步改善。
抓持复合卷材100的动作可通过引起带571和591的可渗透表面还在对应于驱动辊563的区域中连接到负压源上和还引起配对刀片辊63的表面能够施加吸力动作而使得甚至更有效。如图8中所述,所述吸力作用提供在在两个辊563和63的圆周的选择扇段中。以此方式,两个辊(即,驱动辊563和配对刀片辊63)分别成功地同时抓持复合卷材100的连续条带38和间断条带39两者的底面和顶面。
有可能在吸力下保持驱动辊,带在驱动辊上行进,例如,由标有商标Conducto®的由GKD-Gebr Kufferath AG(Metallweberstrasse No. 46, 52353 Dueren, Germany) 公司生产和销售的带。在此情况下,驱动辊563沿径向方向穿孔,其中孔564在其覆盖物中产生,且成排布置,其沿辊563的母线延伸,各排孔564在相应的歧管565下,歧管565继而又借助于保持在固持位置的适合的分送器566连接到所述负压源(附图中未呈现)上。
同样,配对刀片辊63沿径向方向通过形成在其覆盖物表面中且布置成排的孔632来穿孔,孔632沿辊63的母线延伸,各排孔632在相应的歧管633下方,歧管633继而又借助于保持在固定位置的适合的分送器634连接到所述负压源(附图中未呈现)上。此外,配对刀片辊63可在其表面上呈现凹口635,吸收性制品的较大厚度的部分(即,刀具20的吸收性材料存在于其中的部分)收纳在凹口635中。
因此,由于由驱动辊563和配对刀片辊63的真空施加作用而因此被抓持的卷材100在对应于连续条带38的区域中由切割辊62的刀片621分段成多个一次性吸收性产品10,产品10继而又由配对刀片辊63传递至切割站60下游的装备组,切割站60执行吸收性制品的纵向和/或横向折叠的进一步操作,以及计算、分组和包装产品。
根据优选实施例,如图8中所示,切割辊62可在其表面上呈现外壳622,其一般由热塑性材料制成,外壳622能够抓持卷材100的连续条带38的边缘,这在刀片621由此已经分开各个吸收性制品10时产生。
当然,在不违背本发明的原理的情况下,构造和实施例的细节可变化,甚至显著地相对于本文仅通过非限制性实例的方式已经示出的内容变化,而不会由此脱离由所附权利要求限定的本发明的范围。

1.一种用于焊接和切割由吸收性卫生产品(100)的坯料链形成的复合卷材的装置,所述产品(100)沿纵向方向(A)连续地前移,且包括卷材的连续纵向部分(38)和间断纵向部分(39),所述装置包括:
切割站(60),其中所述切割站包括刀片(621)位于其上的刀片辊(62),以及作用为用于所述切口(631)的对比表面的与所述刀片协作的配对刀片辊(63);
包括至少一个输送系统(52)的输送器件(50),其设计成输送所述复合卷材(100)的间断部分(39),且将所述复合卷材(100)的连续部分(38)给送到所述切割站(60),

8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,在给送所述复合卷材(100)的步骤中,所述卷材(100)的间断部分(39)借助于至少一对相互面对的输送器件(56和57)保持被主动地抓持。
9.根据权利要求7或权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述复合卷材(100)的给送步骤中,所述卷材(100)的间断纵向部分(39)由负压抓持器件保持被主动地抓持。
10.根据权利要求7至权利要求9中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述切割步骤(60)中,所述复合卷材(100)的间断部分(39)的较大厚度的部分由存在于所述配对刀片辊(63)的外表面上的相应的凹口(635)中的负压抓持器件收纳并保持被主动地抓持。

Claims (10)

1. 一种用于焊接和切割由吸收性卫生产品(100)的坯料链形成的复合卷材的装置,所述产品(100)沿纵向方向(A)连续地前移,且包括卷材的连续纵向部分(38)和间断纵向部分(39),所述装置包括:
切割站(60),其中所述切割站包括刀片(621)位于其上的刀片辊(62),以及作用为用于所述切口(631)的对比表面的与所述刀片协作的配对刀片辊(63);
包括至少一个输送系统(52)的输送器件(50),其设计成输送所述复合卷材(100)的间断部分(39),且以将所述复合卷材(100)的间断部分(39)给送到所述切割站(60),
其中所述输送器件(50)包括设置在所述切割单元(60)的配对刀片辊(63)附近的至少一个辊(563),其以一种方式布置成使得所述连续纵向部分(38)和所述卷材(100)的间断纵向部分(39)两者在所述卷材(100)的所述连续纵向部分(38)经历借助于所述刀片(621)的切割作用之前遵循曲线路径从所述输送器件(50)的所述辊(563)穿至所述切割单元(60)的所述配对刀片辊(63)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述至少一个输送系统(52)连接到至少一个负压源上。
3. 根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述输送器件(50)包括设计成在它们之间抓持所述复合卷材(100)的间断纵向部分(39)的分别相互面对的表面的第一底部带(57)和第二顶部带(56)。
4. 根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述输送器件(50)的至少一个辊(563)包括用于抓持所述复合卷材(100)的器件(564,565),所述抓持器件(564,565)优选包括负压抓持器件。
5. 根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述切割站(60)的所述配对刀片辊(63)包括在所述外表面上的凹口(635),所述凹口(635)设计成收纳所述复合卷材(100,10)的较大厚度的部分。
6. 根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述切割站(60)的所述配对刀片辊(63)包括用于抓持所述复合卷材(100,10)的器件(632,633),所述抓持器件(632,633)优选包括负压抓持器件。
7. 一种用于生产预先闭合的裤子类型的卫生制品(10)的方法,包括以下步骤:
将由吸收性卫生产品(10)的坯料链形成的复合卷材(100)沿纵向折叠成两份,所述产品(10)沿纵向方向(A)连续地前移,所述卷材包括连续纵向部分(38)和间断部分(39),所述连续部分包括腰部区(9和15),且所述间断部分包括设置所述两个腰部区(9,15)之间的所述腹股沟区(3)和用于所述腿部(11)的开口;
利用横穿所述纵向前移方向(A)的焊接线(13)来焊接(40)所述连续纵向部分(38)中的所述复合卷材(100),所述焊接线(13)通过等于所述卫生制品的宽度(8)的节距设置成离彼此有一定距离,其设计成形成所述腰部(7,5)的圆周和所述卫生制品(10)的腿部(11)的开口;
向所述切割站(60)给送所述复合卷材(100),保持对所述复合卷材(100)的间断纵向部分(39)的主动抓持;以及
利用横穿所述纵向前移方向(A)的切口(12)在所述连续纵向部分(38)中切割所述复合卷材(100),所述切口(12)通过等于所述卫生制品(10)的宽度(8)的节距设置成离彼此一定距离,且设计成使所述单独的卫生制品(10)与彼此分开。
8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,在给送所述复合卷材(100)的步骤中,所述卷材(100)的间断部分(39)借助于至少一对相互面对的输送器件(56和57)保持被主动地抓持。
9. 根据权利要求7或权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述复合卷材(100)的给送步骤中,所述卷材(100)的间断纵向部分(39)由负压抓持器件保持被主动地抓持。
10. 根据权利要求7至权利要求9中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述切割步骤(60)中,所述复合卷材(100)的间断部分(39)的较大厚度的部分由存在于所述配对刀片辊(63)的外表面上的相应的凹口(635)中的负压抓持器件收纳并保持被主动地抓持。
