Abstract

L'invention concerne une tête pour une coucheuse DF (à encrage direct) avec laquelle la longueur d'un film en nappe peut être ajustée dans la direction de sa largeur, l'encre ne fuit pas de la partie d'une buse, la partie ne formant pas le film en nappe, et un empâtement au bord du film en nappe est évité. La tête est munie d'un bloc d'étanchéité à lèvre (13) qui, pour ajuster la dimension en largeur du film en nappe (3a), scelle la lèvre d'extrémité inférieure (5a) de la partie d'une buse (5), la partie ne formant pas le film en nappe (3a) ; une feuille de format (12) insérée dans la buse (5) en correspondance avec l'extrémité du film en nappe (3a) dans la direction de la largeur de celui-ci, pour ainsi former un espace de buse (17) dans une partie supérieure, scellé avec le bloc d'étanchéité à lèvre (13) ; et un joint à chambre (11) qui délimite l'intérieur d'une chambre à encre (4) en correspondance avec l'extrémité du film en nappe (3a) dans la direction de la largeur de celui-ci, pour ainsi former un espace de chambre (16) dans la partie supérieure scellée avec le bloc d'étanchéité à lèvre (13).
