Abstract

본 발명은 전하 릴레이 인핸서 및 인핸서를 구비한 태양전지 시스템에 관한 것으로, 특히 태양전지에서 생성된 전하를 충전기에 전달하는데 사용되는 전하 릴레이 인핸서 및 인핸서를 구비한 태양전지 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 전하 릴레이 인핸서 및 인핸서를 구비한 태양전지 시스템은 제어신호(CON)에 응답하여 선택된 서로 다른 극성을 가진 2개의 전압전원(V+, V-) 중 하나의 전원전압을 이용하여 전하를 유도하고, 유도된 전하를 펌핑(pumping)하는 전하유도 및 펌핑장치(120, 130); 및 입력단자(In)로 입력되는 상기 전하를 2개의 입출력단자(I/O1, I/O2)를 통해 상기 전하유도 및 펌핑장치(120, 130)에 전달하고, 상기 전하유도 및 펌핑장치(120, 130)에서 펌핑 된 전하를 상기 2개의 입출력단자(I/O1, I/O2)를 통해 각각 수신한 후 출력단자(Out)로 출력하는 전하경로 선택장치(110)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
