Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Elektromotor mit einem Stator an dem mindestens eine Spule zur Erzeugung eines kommutierten magnetischen Drehfeldes ausgebildet ist und einem Rotor auf dem mindestens ein permanentmagnetisches Element ausgebildet ist, wobei der Rotor drehbar auf einer Achse gelagert ist und wobei zwischen dem kommutierten magnetischen Drehfeld und dem Magnetfeld des permanentmagnetischen Elementes eine Kraft wirkt, die den Rotor um seine Achse dreht. Um einen Elektromotor anzugeben, bei dem das mindestens ein permanentmagnetisches Element kostengünstig und langzeitstabil auf dem Rotor befestigt ist, wobei die vom Elektromotor erzeugten Drehmomente möglichst gross sein sollen, ragt das mindestens eine permanentmagnetische Element in seiner axialen Ausdehnung über den Stator hinaus, wobei ausschliesslich der über den Stator hinausragende Teil des permanentmagnetischen Elementes von einer Überspritzung aus einem Kunststoff überzogen ist, wobei diese Überspritzung das permanentmagnetische Element in seiner Lage am Rotor fixiert.
