Abstract

L'invention concerne une méthode de fabrication de chlorhydrate de 5-[2-cyclopropyl-l-(2- fluorophényl)-2-oxoéthyl]-4,5,6,7-tétrahydrothiéno[3,2-c]pyridin-2-yl acétate de formule I (chlorhydrate de prasugrel) sous sa forme cristalline B, la base de prasugrel base de formula II étant dissoute ou en suspension dans un solvant organique et mise en réaction avec du chlorure d'hydrogène dissous dans un solvant organique ou dans de l'eau à une température comprise entre -20 °C et 75°C, et cristallisé, éventuellement après l'ajout d'un co-solvant.
