Definitions
- the present invention relates to a sheet installed to prevent roots of a plant from being activated when a roof of a building is being videotaped and to simultaneously perform a waterproof function. More specifically, the present invention relates to a sheet having a thin copper plate, Or a non-woven fabric or the like is firmly joined by an adhesive to thereby maximize the effect of removing moisture and insulating effect upon rooftop greening.
- rooftop greening refers to planting a large number of plants on the rooftop in order to secure the green environment of the city center to minimize the occurrence of pollution and to enhance the landscape of the rooftops.
- the plant In order to stabilize the rooftop greening, The plant should be constructed so that it does not affect the structural stability and durability by building a 'safe foundation' on the structure to be applied.
- the construction of such a safe foundation is the formation of the antifouling material for protecting the waterproof layer from the waterproof layer and the rooftop greening part (plant, water, soil, fertilizer, etc.) most basically on the roof top of the structure.
- the root cause of plant roots is very strong due to the rooting of plant roots that occurs when planting on the upper part of the structure.
- the waterproofing material is drilled, and even the structure, that is, the concrete surface, Which contributed to the shortening of the life of the structure.
- a method of forming an air layer before rooftop greening has been developed and used.
- a non-woven fabric is laid on the upper part of a drain plate to prevent the roots from directly touching the waterproof layer.
- the nonwoven fabric is made by using general polyester or by improving the performance of the polymer nonwoven fabric is placed on the drain plate so that it does not deteriorate the drainage function by entering into the water storage space of the drain plate and functions only to prevent the rooting Since the roots of the planted trees and plants have the property that when the water is formed with fine gaps, the roots of the plant or the plant are surely pierced into the gaps, and the roots of the nonwoven fabric are likely to penetrate the roots, Respectively.
- a PE film having chemical and physically stable physical properties is adhered to the upper part of the waterproof layer to form an antifouling layer so as to prevent the engaging force of the plant root from reaching the waterproof layer. Since the joint portion is made of an adhesive or an adhesive tape, since the joint stability is poor, it becomes a main vulnerable part to form a waterway, .
- the present invention provides a method of manufacturing a glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin composition, which comprises forming a sheet of glass fiber provided with a predetermined area and having a certain thickness of a copper plate, aluminum foil or nonwoven fabric,
- the present invention has been made to provide a rooftop greening sheet capable of preventing the roots from sliding, preventing moisture, reducing the thermal conductivity and maximizing the heat insulation effect, thereby extending the life of the sheet, the waterproof layer and the structure.
- the present invention provides a rooftop greening sheet provided on an upper portion of a waterproof layer to prevent roots of a plant from being roughened when rooftop greening, And a copper plate having the same area on both sides of the glass fiber is integrally joined by a pressurizing method.
- Another feature of the present invention is that a copper plate of the same area is joined to one side of the glass fiber and an aluminum thin plate of the same area is joined to the other side by a pressing method.
- the present invention is further characterized in that a copper plate of the same area is joined to one side of the glass fiber and a nonwoven fabric of the same area is joined to the other side of the glass fiber by a pressing method.
- the rooftop greening sheet of the present invention in which the copper plate, the aluminum thin plate or the nonwoven fabric is firmly joined with the double structure, it is possible to prevent the plant from sticking, remove moisture, minimize the thermal conductivity, The life of the sheet and the structure is prolonged, the economic efficiency and the workability are improved, the construction period can be shortened, and the cost for maintenance can be reduced.

- the rooftop greening sheet 100 of the present invention is largely composed of the glass fiber 10, the copper plate 20, the aluminum foil 30, the nonwoven fabric 40 and the PVC sheet 50.
- the glass fiber 10 is characterized in that the glass fiber 10 is resistant to high temperature, is not corroded due to its chemical durability, is very strong in tensile strength, is excellent in heat insulation and has a very low thermal conductivity. And is provided with a predetermined area and thickness so as to serve as a core material.
- the copper plate 20 is formed by thinly rolling copper (copper) as a main component.
- the chemical component of copper suppresses the growth point of the myocardium, Thereby ensuring antiperspiratory performance and at the same time being provided with a predetermined area and thickness so as to ensure stability against plant growth.
- the aluminum foil 30 is formed by thinly rolling industrial aluminum and is excellent in thermal insulation and heat insulation effect.
- the aluminum foil 30 is used for the purpose of blocking heat, for example, in a ceiling or a wall of a building, And is provided with a predetermined area and thickness so as to block the heat discharged to the outside of the structure.
- the nonwoven fabric 40 is formed of a polypropylene (PP) or a polyethylene resin (PE), which is formed into a felt shape by arranging the fibers in a parallel or indefinite direction without being subjected to a weaving process and bonding them with a synthetic resin adhesive And is provided with a predetermined area and thickness.
- PP polypropylene
