本发明涉及一种屋顶绿化专用板,在以规定面积提供的玻璃纤维两侧用粘合剂坚固粘贴一定厚度的铜板或铝薄板或无纺布,形成专用板,防止植物扎根,减少湿气,降低导热率,最大化隔热效果,能够延长防水层和结构物的寿命。

屋顶绿化专用板
技术领域
 本发明涉及一种绿化建筑物屋顶时防止植物扎根同时具备防水功能的专用板,具体而言,在玻璃纤维两侧用粘合剂坚固粘贴铜板或铝薄板或无纺布,屋顶绿化时,能够去除湿气,最大化隔热效果。
背景技术
众所周知屋顶绿化是为了确保市中心绿化环境,最小化公害的发生,形成秀丽的市中心景观,种植和栽培各种植物,为了稳定绿化,在适用屋顶绿化部分(种植植物的部分)的结构物构筑“安全基础”,设计和施工应不影响结构稳定性和耐久性。
该安全基础的构筑是为了形成保护结构物屋顶上面施工中最基础的防水层和屋顶绿化部(物、水、土壤、肥料等)根刺材料,安装上述防根刺材料的根本原因在于构造物上方种植植物时植物扎根,植物根的生长力非常旺盛,可穿透防水材,甚至穿透结构物,即混凝土表面,缩短结构物的寿命。
为了解决这个问题,最近开发并适用屋顶绿化施工前形成防扎根层的方法,例如采用防扎根施工法,在排水板上面铺设无纺布,防止直接扎根防水层,但上述无纺布采用普通涤纶,或者把改善性能制造的聚合无纺布铺设在排水板上面,防止扎根在贮水空间,降低排水功能,第一次防止扎根,但细小缝隙一旦有水路,树木或植物根有扎根性质,容易扎根在无纺布组织,很难取得有效的防扎根效果。
一方面防止植物扎根,保护防水层,在防水层上面粘贴具有稳定物性的PE薄膜,形成防扎根层,防止植物扎根力影响防水层,但用粘合剂或胶带粘合上述PE薄膜连接部,粘合稳定性低,主要成为形成水路的主要脆弱部位,植物可扎根该部位,防扎根效果下降,被提出其实效性问题。
发明内容
技术课题
本发明想要解决的课题是,在以规定面积提供的玻璃纤维两侧用粘合剂坚固粘贴一定厚度的铜板或铝薄板或无纺布,形成专用板,防止植物扎根,减少湿气,降低导热率,最大化隔热效果,能够延长防水层和结构物的寿命。由此可提供屋顶绿化专用板。
技术方案
为了达到上述目的,本发明为了防止植物扎根,在防水层上面铺设屋顶绿化专用板,在以规定厚度和面积提供的玻璃纤维两侧涂抹粘合剂,然后在上述玻璃纤维的两侧通过加压方式粘合同一面积铜板,形成一体,以此作为特征。
本发明在上述玻璃纤维一侧粘合同一面积铜板,另一侧通过加压方式粘合同一面积铝板,形成一体,以此作为另一特征。
本发明在上述玻璃纤维一侧粘合同一面积铜板,另一侧采用加压方式粘合同一面积无纺布,形成一体,以此作为另一特征。
有益效果
综上所述,本发明坚固双重粘合铜板或铝薄板或无纺布,提供屋顶绿化专用板,预防屋顶绿化时植物扎根,去除湿气,最小化导热率,提高隔热效果,延长上述专用板和结构物寿命,提高经济性和施工性,缩短施工期间,可节省维持管理费用,属于有益发明。

实施发明的最佳方式
本发明为了防止植物扎根,在防水层上面铺设屋顶绿化专用板,在以规定厚度和面积提供的玻璃纤维两侧涂抹粘合剂,然后在上述玻璃纤维的两侧采用加压方式粘合同一面积铜板,形成一体,以此作为特征。
实施发明的方式

如图所示,本发明屋顶绿化专用板100大体上由玻璃纤维10和铜板20、铝薄板30、无纺布40及PVC板50构成。
上述玻璃纤维10由于具有耐高温和耐化学性,不会腐蚀,抗拉强度高,隔热性良好,导热率非常低。位于上述专用板100的中央,以规定面积和厚度提供,使之发挥芯材作用。
上述铜板20是薄薄压延主要成分铜(Copper)而形成的,铜的化学成分抑制深根的生长点,抑制垂直扎根的须根生长,抑制植物生长点,可确保防扎根性能,同时以规定面积和厚度提供,以便有利于植物生长稳定性。
上述铝薄板30是薄薄压延工业用铝而形成的,保温和隔热效果很好,以隔热为目的,放入建筑物或墙壁等,粘贴在光热反射专用板使用,以规定面积和厚度提供,以便切断排到结构物外部的热。
上述无纺布40是纤维不经织布工程,平行或不定方向排列,用合成树脂粘合剂结合,制成带状,形成PP或PE,以规定面积和厚度提供。
上述PVC板50还称为氯乙烯树脂,作为含有氯乙烯单独综合体和氯乙烯50%以上的混成体,保护上述铜板20,同时切断水分,履行防水功能,满足可防扎根和防水的多用途目的,以规定面积和厚度提供。
利用这样提供的多种素材,形成专用板的方法,如图1和图2所示,首先在具有规定厚度和面积的玻璃纤维10两侧涂抹粘合剂,然后采用加压方式以同一面积提供的铜板20坚固粘贴在上述玻璃纤维10两侧,形成三层结构的屋顶绿化专用板100,即使外部施加强力冲击,也不会破损,顺利履行防扎根功能。
如图3所示,在具有规定厚度和面积的玻璃纤维10两侧涂抹粘合剂,然后采用加压方式在上述玻璃纤维10一侧粘贴以同一面积提供的铜板20,在上述玻璃纤维10另一侧粘贴以同一面积提供的铝薄板30,粘贴一体,形成专用板100,使之具有防扎根功能,降低导热率,提高隔热效果。
如图4所示,在具有规定厚度和面积的玻璃纤维10两侧涂抹粘合剂,然后采用加压方式在上述玻璃纤维10一侧粘贴以同一面积提供的铜板(20),在上述玻璃纤维10另一侧粘贴以同一面积提供的无纺布40,粘贴一体,形成专用板100,使之具有防扎根功能,去除水分。
如图5所示,在具有规定厚度和面积的玻璃纤维10两侧涂抹粘合剂,然后采用加压方式在上述玻璃纤维10两侧坚固粘贴以同一面积提供的铝薄板30,最好形成隔热性良好的专用板100。
如图6所示,在具有规定厚度和面积的铜板20两侧涂抹粘合剂,然后采用加压方式在上述铜板20一侧粘贴以同一面积提供的无纺布(40),在上述铜板20另一侧粘贴以同一面积提供的PVC板50,粘贴一体,形成专用板100,使之具有防扎根功能,去除水分。
如图7所示,在具有规定厚度和面积的上述PVC板(50)两侧涂抹粘合剂,然后采用加压方式在上述PVC板50一侧粘贴以同一面积提供的铜板20,在上述PVC板50另一侧粘贴以同一面积提供的无纺布40,粘贴一体,形成专用板100,使之具有防扎根功能,去除水分。
这样利用具备专用板100的屋顶绿化施工,首先在屋顶防水层上面以规定厚度涂抹粘合性良好的防水剂,然后坚固粘贴以规定面积裁减后提供的多数专用板100,连续粘贴的专用板之间连接处采用胶带粘贴,然后在其上面形成土壤层,种植树木或花草等各种植物,绿化屋顶。
工业实用性 
以二层结构坚固粘贴铜板或铝薄膜或无纺布,提供本发明屋顶绿化专用板,屋顶绿化时,预防植物扎根,去除湿气,最小化导热率,提高隔热效果,能够延长上述专用板和结构物的寿命,提高经济性和施工性,缩短施工期间,减少维护管理费用,本发明的工业实用性很高。

Claims (6)

1.一种屋顶绿化专用板,其特征在于,屋顶绿化时,为了防止植物扎根,在防水层上面铺设屋顶绿化专用板,在以规定厚度和面积提供的玻璃纤维(10)两侧涂抹粘合剂,然后在上述玻璃纤维(10)的两侧通过加压方式粘合同一面积铜板(20),形成一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的屋顶绿化专用板,其特征在于,在上述玻璃纤维(10)一侧粘贴同一面积的铜板(20),另一侧采用加压方式粘贴同一面积的铝薄板(30),形成一体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的屋顶绿化专用板,其特征在于,在上述玻璃纤维(10)一侧粘贴同一面积的铜板(20),另一侧采用加压方式粘贴同一面积的无纺布(40),形成一体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的屋顶绿化专用板,其特征在于,在上述玻璃纤维(10)两侧涂抹粘合剂,采用加压方式在上述玻璃纤维(10)坚固粘贴同一面积铝薄板(30)。
5.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的屋顶绿化专用板,其特征在于,在上述铜板(20)两侧涂抹粘合剂,采用加压方式坚固粘贴同一面积无纺布(40)和PVC板(50)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的屋顶绿化专用板,其特征在于,在上述PVC板(50)两侧涂抹粘合剂,采用加压方式粘贴同一面积铜板(20)和无纺布(40)。
