Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour râper des lamelles de fromage d'un morceau de fromage (1). Elle comprend une plaque de réception (2) dotée d'une surface de réception (3) orientée vers le haut pour recevoir le morceau de fromage (1), laquelle peut être mise en rotation autour d'un axe de rotation (D) vertical par un moteur électrique. Le dispositif comprend également une lame (13) avec une arête de coupe (6) pour râper des lamelles de fromage, lors du fonctionnement conforme, du côté supérieur du morceau de fromage (1) tournant avec la plaque de réception (2). L'arête de coupe (6) de la lame (13) s'étend, en fonctionnement, verticalement à l'axe de rotation (D) de la plaque de réception (2) et coupe cet axe de rotation (D). Le dispositif comprend en outre un organe de pression (7) avec lequel le morceau de fromage (1) peut être pressé contre la surface de réception (3) de la plaque de réception (2) lors du râpage des lamelles de fromage pour stabiliser le morceau de fromage (1) sur la plaque de réception (2). Le dispositif pour râper des lamelles de fromage selon l'invention permet de râper la surface du morceau de fromage (1) jusqu'au centre de rotation, ce qui donne des lamelles de fromage optimales pour ce qui est de leur forme ou encore de leur structure.
