- 前記立上がり部が前記取付板の下方に突出し、前記塑性変形部が前記取付板の下方に配される前記スタッドボルトの頭部から成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスタッドボルトの取り付け方法。
- 金属製の取付板上に立設されるスタッドボルトが圧縮機と一体の支持部材に形成される貫通孔に貫通して圧縮機を固定する圧縮機の取り付け方法において、前記取付板に形成した前記スタッドボルトの挿通孔がバーリング加工によって周縁が前記取付板の一面から突出する立上がり部を有するとともに、前記スタッドボルトが前記取付板の他面に当接する座部と前記挿通孔から前記立上がり部と同じ方向に突出する塑性変形部とを有し、前記塑性変形部及び前記立上がり部をかしめて塑性変形させ、前記挿通孔の外側に折曲されて前記取付板の一面に重なる前記立上がり部を前記塑性変形部及び前記座部によって挟持したことを特徴とする圧縮機の取り付け方法。
- 前記立上がり部が前記取付板の下方に突出し、前記塑性変形部が前記取付板の下方に配される前記スタッドボルトの頭部から成ることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の圧縮機の取り付け方法。
- 金属製の取付板上に立設されるスタッドボルトがモータと一体の支持部材に形成される貫通孔に貫通してモータを固定するモータの取り付け方法において、前記取付板に形成した前記スタッドボルトの挿通孔がバーリング加工によって周縁が前記取付板の一面から突出する立上がり部を有するとともに、前記スタッドボルトが前記取付板の他面に当接する座部と前記挿通孔から前記立上がり部と同じ方向に突出する塑性変形部とを有し、前記塑性変形部及び前記立上がり部をかしめて塑性変形させ、前記挿通孔の外側に折曲されて前記取付板の一面に重なる前記立上がり部を前記塑性変形部及び前記座部によって挟持したことを特徴とするモータの取り付け方法。
- 前記立上がり部が前記取付板の下方に突出し、前記塑性変形部が前記取付板の下方に配される前記スタッドボルトの頭部から成ることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のモータの取り付け方法。
- 金属製の取付板上に立設されるスタッドボルトが圧縮機と一体の支持部材に形成される貫通孔に貫通して圧縮機を固定する圧縮機の支持構造において、前記取付板に形成した前記スタッドボルトの挿通孔がバーリング加工によって周縁が前記取付板の一面から突出する立上がり部を有するとともに、前記スタッドボルトが前記取付板の他面に当接する座部と前記挿通孔から前記立上がり部と同じ方向に突出する塑性変形部とを有し、前記塑性変形部及び前記立上がり部をかしめて塑性変形させ、前記挿通孔の外側に折曲されて前記取付板の一面に重なる前記立上がり部を前記塑性変形部及び前記座部によって挟持したことを特徴とする圧縮機の支持構造。
- 前記立上がり部が前記取付板の下方に突出し、前記塑性変形部が前記取付板の下方に配される前記スタッドボルトの頭部から成ることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の圧縮機の支持構造。
- 金属製の取付板上に立設されるスタッドボルトがモータと一体の支持部材に形成される貫通孔に貫通してモータを固定するモータの支持構造において、前記取付板に形成した前記スタッドボルトの挿通孔がバーリング加工によって周縁が前記取付板の一面から突出する立上がり部を有するとともに、前記スタッドボルトが前記取付板の他面に当接する座部と前記挿通孔から前記立上がり部と同じ方向に突出する塑性変形部とを有し、前記塑性変形部及び前記立上がり部をかしめて塑性変形させ、前記挿通孔の外側に折曲されて前記取付板の一面に重なる前記立上がり部を前記塑性変形部及び前記座部によって挟持したことを特徴とするモータの支持構造。
- 前記立上がり部が前記取付板の下方に突出し、前記塑性変形部が前記取付板の下方に配される前記スタッドボルトの頭部から成ることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のモータの支持構造。
