Claims (7)
- 外装を形成するキャビネットと、前記キャビネット内に配されるアングルと、前記アングルに支持される駆動モータによって駆動されるファンと、前記ファンにより供給される外気と熱交換を行う熱交換器とを備えた空気調和機の室外機において、前記駆動モータが円筒状のハウジングの周面から突出する第1支持部及び第2支持部を有し、前記アングルは鉛直に配された鉛直面に開口して前記ハウジングが貫通する貫通孔の周囲に、前記鉛直面から突出する突出部と前記突出部から屈曲する前面部とを有した断面L字状の掛止部が前記鉛直面と一体に設けられ、第1支持部を前記掛止部により掛止して前記前面部と前記鉛直面との間に配するとともに、第2支持部を前記鉛直面にネジ止めしたことを特徴とする空気調和機の室外機。
- 前記前面部が前記突出部に対して前記ファンの回転方向前方に屈曲されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気調和機の室外機。
- 前記掛止部が弾性を有し、前記掛止部の弾性によって第1支持部を前記前面部と前記鉛直面との間に挟持したことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の空気調和機の室外機。
- 第1支持部及び前記掛止部を前記貫通孔の周囲に複数設けるとともに、第2支持部を第1支持部間に設けたことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の空気調和機の室外機。
- 外装を形成するキャビネットと、前記キャビネット内に配されるアングルと、前記アングルに支持される駆動モータによって駆動されるファンと、前記ファンにより供給される外気と熱交換を行う熱交換器とを備えた空気調和機の室外機の製造方法において、前記駆動モータが円筒状のハウジングの周面から突出する第1支持部及び第2支持部を有し、前記アングルは鉛直に配された鉛直面に開口する貫通孔の周囲に、前記鉛直面から突出する突出部と前記突出部から屈曲する前面部とを有した断面L字状の掛止部が前記鉛直面と一体に設けられ、前記ハウジングを前記貫通孔に挿入して第1支持部及び第2支持部を前記鉛直面に当接させた後、第1支持部及び第2支持部を前記鉛直面に沿ってスライドさせることにより第1支持部を前記掛止部により掛止して前記前面部と前記鉛直面との間に配し、第2支持部を前記鉛直面にネジ止めしたことを特徴とする空気調和機の室外機の製造方法。
- 前記駆動モータが回転軸と同軸に回動して第1支持部及び第2支持部が前記鉛直面に沿って周方向にスライドし、第1支持部が前記掛止部により掛止されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の空気調和機の室外機の製造方法。
- 前記前面部が前記突出部に対して前記ファンの回転方向前方に屈曲されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の空気調和機の室外機の製造方法。
