当前, 高雅、 美观、 环保, 手感舒适的竹键盘、 竹制鼠标等已经作为 一种时尚而深受广大用户的欢迎。 然而, 在竹键盘的制作过程中, 按键的 制作加工工艺复杂, 尤其是竹质按键, 更是加工难度大, 工序多, 工艺要 求高; 现有按键的制作大部分工序是通过人工完成的, 特别是由于结构原 因, 现有按键制作中的一些关键工序只能人工进行, 而且不同的工序还要 分别使用不同的加工机械进行, 进而整个制作过程要使用多种加工机械。 如在键帽的制作过程中, 就要使用到刨、 切割等加工机械进行倒角, 分切, 开槽。 对于开槽还需要使用铣床, 否则只能使用手工, 而且只能逐个加工。 而使用铣床由于键帽被加工部位很小, 对铣床的精度要求高。 现有加工技 术不仅制约了键帽的产能和生产效率, 使其生产成本提高, 而且还会影响 产品质量。 而要提高键帽的生产效率, 降低生产成本, 提高产品质量就需 要使用自动化机械生产。 而现有的普通工件加工机械, 大多为对工件的单 一加工, 不能在满足工件一般加工的同时, 满足对工件进行特殊多种类、 多工序加工需要, 适应性不强。
总之现有键帽的生产技术不能满足当前生产需要。 发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术存在的不足, 提供一种键帽及其制 作方法以及工件制作机; 该键帽便于实现机械自动化连续生产, 该方法筒 单, 易于实施, 该工件制作机结构筒单, 通用性强, 功能多, 工作效率高。
本发明提供的键帽包括设有连接部的帽体, 所述帽体由竹材制成的竹 制帽体, 所述连接部为圆形孔式连接部。
所述圆形孔式连接部为设于所述竹制帽体底壁上的圆形沉孔或子母式 圆形沉孔; 竹制帽体的连续三方侧壁倒角形成弧面或倾斜面, 所述帽体的 上表面形状与人手指的预定部分的形状相对应。
本发明键帽的制作方法包括如下步骤:
a、 制作其宽度、 厚度和两侧边分别与上述竹制帽体的相应部位相对 应、 长度为上述竹制帽体的长度或宽度的若干倍的 件;
b、 将所述坯件置于工件制作机的工作台面上, 由工件制作机的预定刀 刃具自坯件一端起依次对坯件进行倒角 、 钻孔、 切割加工处理制得竹制帽 体, 重复此操作直至将坯件逐个加工成多个竹制帽体。
本发明工件制作机的技术方案包括设于机架上的刀刃具, 工作台, 所 述机架上通过导轨设有分别用于倒角、 钻孔和切割的刀刃具。
所述工作台设有两个, 两个所述工作台连接于同一机架或连接于两个 相互独立的机架上。
所述机架上设有三个刀刃具, 其中一刀刃具设于工作台的上方, 另两 个刀刃具相互对应通过同一导轨设于两个所述工作台之间。
位于两个所述工作台之间的两个刀刃具为其工作面互成一角度的盘式 齿形刀, 位于工作台上方的刀刃具为钻具。
两个所述工作台上分别设有限位装置, 两个所述工作台之一的上方设 有与该工作台的限位装置相对应的压轮。
所述限位装置为凸块或凹槽, 所述压轮经弹性装置连接于机架。 所述机架上对应于所述刀刃具分别设有限定刀刃具行程的限位开关。 本发明的键帽结构筒单合理, 能够实现机械自动化连续批量生产, 精 度高, 组合构成的按键质量可靠、 成本低。
本发明的键帽加工方法筒单, 生产工序少。
本发明制作机结构筒单, 通用性强, 适用范围广。 既可加工一般工件 又可加工复杂特殊形状的工件, 使用方便。 键帽可由坯体多工序一次性直 接加工完成, 能减少生产工艺流程, 提高生产效率, 降低生产成本。
特别是, 本发明的键帽, 仅使用本发明的工件制作机, 采用本发明的 方法, 就可以使得按键的键帽加工工艺流程特别筒化, 工序特别少, 真正 实现机械自动化连续生产, 产品质量好、 精度高。 上述技术方案使得按键 的加工生产方式产生质的飞跃, 提高生产效率, 大幅度的降低生产成本。 附图说明

现通过实施例并结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图 1所示, 本发明提供的键帽包括由竹材制成的竹制帽体 24, 竹制 帽体 24的底壁上设有连接部, 连接部为下大上小的子母式圆形沉孔 22。 竹制帽体 24通过子母式圆形沉孔 22与键柱 21上的圆柱形连接部 23配合, 与键柱 21连接构成按键; 连接部的具体结构可以根据实际需要及键柱 21 上部结构的不同设置为其他具体结构, 比如说: 可以是单独的圆形沉孔。 竹制帽体 24 其四方侧面中的连续三方侧壁的上部向上内侧方向倒角形成 倾斜面 25 , 也可以通过倒角形成弧面。 竹制帽体 24其上表面形状与人手 指的预定部位的形状相对应, 所述预定部位可以为手指指肚。
本发明键帽的制作方法是: 先制作其宽度、 厚度为分别与需要加工制 作的竹制帽体的相应宽度和厚度相当、 相对两侧边分别倒角成与竹制帽体 的相应两侧边形状相同、 长度为需要加工制作的竹制帽体的长度或宽度的 若干倍的坯件。 再将坯件底面向上置于工件制作机的工作台面上, 由工件 制作机的预定刀刃具自坯件一端起依次对坯件进行横向倒角、 竖向钻孔、 横向切割等加工处理工序制得竹制帽体, 重复此操作, 直至将所制作的坯 件逐个地加工成多个键帽。
本发明提供的工件制作机如图 2所示。 两工作台 la、 lb呈一前一后相 互对应设于机架 11上, 后工作台 lb台面上呈前后方向设有一条贯通式凹 槽 13 , 前工作台 la台面上对应于凹槽 13设有一凸块 12。压轮 4对应于凹 槽 13通过由套筒 5和设于套筒 5内的压缩弹簧连接于机架 11。 其钻头为 子母式的钻具 8, 钻具 8位于前工作台 la上方, 且对应于凹槽 13连接于 机架 11。 限位开关 7连接于机架 11 , 并对应于其钻头为子母式的钻具 8。 一左一右相互对应的两个盘式齿形刀 2和 3位于两工作台 la、lb之间, 两个盘式齿形刀 2和 3通过刀架 9活动连接于导轨 10上, 导轨 10连接于 机架 11。右方盘式齿形刀 3盘面垂直于工作台 lb台面,左方盘式齿形刀 2 盘面相对于右方盘式齿形刀 3盘面向上前方倾斜一角度。 其倾斜的角度即 为工件端面倒角的角度。
工作时,通过凹槽 13和压轮 4将作为工件的竹材坯件 6稳定于工作台 lb上; 坯件 6前进至其一端端面处于左方盘式齿形刀 2处时, 刀架 9起动 右行, 由左方盘式齿形刀 2右进刀实现坯件 6的横向倒角; 坯件 6继续前 进至凸块 12处时,其钻头为子母式的钻具 8为坯件 6进行竖向钻孔,其钻 具 8的行程及形成孔的深度由限位开关 7控制。 钻孔完毕后刀架 9起动左 行, 由右方盘式齿形刀 3左进刀切割坯件 6, 进行横向切割, 即完成一个 键帽的加工制作。 如此重复上述动作实现键帽的自动连续生产。 所需切割 的键帽长度由凸块 12的设置的位置确定。上述横向倒角、竖向钻孔及横向 切割仅是对于上述实施例的说明, 本领域技术人员还可以根据实际需要, 进行倒角、 钻孔和切割; 另外, 还可以根据实际生产需要, 对盘式齿形刀、 钻具等刀刃具以其他方式进行布置。
本发明的另一实施例提供的工件制作机中, 位于两相对应的工作台之 间的两刀刃具分别通过相应的刀架连接于相互独立的两导轨上。
本发明的再一实施例提供的工件制作机中, 两相对应的工作台分别连 接于两个相互独立的机架上。 工作时, 合并两机架使两工作台相互对应。 该实施例提供的工件制作机使用、 保管极为方便。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种键帽, 包括设有连接部的帽体, 其特征是所述帽体由竹材制成 的竹制帽体, 所述连接部为圆形孔式连接部。
2、根据权利要求 1所述键帽,其特征是所述圆形孔式连接部为设于所 述竹制帽体底壁上的圆形沉孔或子母式圆形沉孔; 竹制帽体的连续三方侧 壁倒角形成弧面或倾斜面,上表面形状与人手指的预定部分的形状相对应。
3、一种制作权利要求 1所述键帽的制作方法,其特征是包括如下步骤: a、制作其宽度、厚度和两侧边分别与所述竹制帽体的相应部位相对应, 长度为所述竹制帽体的长度或宽度的若干倍的 件;
b、将所述坯件置于工件制作机的工作台面上, 由工件制作机的预定刀 刃具自坯件一端起依次对坯件进行倒角 、 钻孔、 切割, 重复操作将坯件加 工成多个竹制帽体。
4、一种实现权利要求 3所述键帽的制作方法的工件制作机, 包括设于 机架上的刀刃具, 工作台, 其特征是所述机架上通过导轨设有分别用于倒 角、 钻孔和切割的刀刃具。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述工件制作机, 其特征是所述工作台设有两个, 两个所述工作台连接于同一机架或连接于两个相互独立的机架上。
6、根据权利要求 5所述工件制作机,其特征是所述机架上设有三个刀 刃具, 其中一刀刃具设于工作台的上方, 另两个刀刃具相互对应通过同一 导轨设于两个所述工作台之间。
7、根据权利要求 6所述工件制作机,其特征是位于两个所述工作台之 间的两个刀刃具为其工作面互成一角度的盘式齿形刀, 位于工作台上方的 刀刃具为钻具。
8、根据权利要求 6或 7所述工件制作机,其特征是两个所述工作台上 分别设有限位装置, 两个所述工作台之一的上方设有与该工作台的限位装 置相对应的压轮。
9、根据权利要求 8所述工件制作机,其特征是所述限位装置为凸块或 凹槽, 所述压轮经弹性装置连接于机架。
10、 根据权利要求 4、 6或 7所述工件制作机, 其特征是所述机架上 对应于所述刀刃具分别设有限定刀刃具行程的限位开关。
