Abstract

본 발명은 홍삼 즉석 추출음료의 제조방법 및 그 제조방법에 의해 제조된 홍삼 즉석 추출음료에 관한 것으로, 원료로서 건조홍삼을 엄선하여 4~6㎝의 크기로 절단하는 단계와; 상기 절단한 원료를 밀폐된 퍼핑기(puffing)기에 삽입하고 열과 압력을 가하여 팽화시키는 단계와; 상기 팽화되어 호화된 원료를 퍼핑기 내에서 냉각시킨 후, 분쇄기에서 8~80mesh의 크기로 분쇄하여 분말원료 및 그릿츠원료를 얻는 단계와; 상기 분말원료 및 그릿츠원료를 추출기계에 투입하여 고온가압에 의해 홍삼음료를 추출하는 단계를 포함하는 홍삼 즉석 추출음료의 제조방법 및 그 제조방법에 의해 제조된 홍삼 즉석 추출음료를 제공한다.
