Abstract
Description
(1)保持器を一対の保持器半体に分割し、これら両保持器半体を周方向の両端で互いに接着剤により接着し、運転に伴う温度上昇で接着剤を溶融させる(特許文献1)。
(2)保持器を一対の保持器半体に分割し、これら両保持器半体を周方向の両端で仮止め部材により結合する。仮止め部材の材質は、潤滑油に対する親和性があり可溶性の樹脂とする(特許文献2)。
(3)保持器を例えば一対の保持器半体に分割し、これら両保持器半体の一端部間を溶接により仮止めし、その仮止め部を運転中の応力により破壊させる(特許文献3)。
(4)保持器を例えば一対の保持器半体に分割し、これら両保持器半体を互いに軸方向にずらした状態で連結しておき、組み込み時に押圧してずれを解消する(特許文献4)。

Claims (11)
- 複数のころ収納用のポケットをそれぞれ有する2個以上の円弧状部材を、円周方向に連ねてリング状に配置し、この連ねた円弧状部材を、保持器の外周のほぼ全体にわたって止め輪で非分離に連結した保持器を用いた転がり軸受。
- 請求項1において、前記保持器は、軸への未組み込み状態では、前記止め環で連結された各円弧状部材の端面が隣りの円弧状部材と接していて、軸へ組み込んだ状態では、前記各円弧状部材が前記止め輪の弾性復元力に抗して外径側に変位し、隣合う円弧状部材間の割り部に周方向隙間が生じるようにした転がり軸受。
- 請求項1において、前記保持器の前記止め輪は線材をC字状に曲げ形成してなる転がり軸受。
- 請求項3において、前記保持器の前記C字状の止め輪を、その割り口が、前記各円弧状部材間の割り部から円周方向にずれた位置となるように前記溝部に嵌め込んだ転がり軸受。
- 請求項1において、前記保持器の前記各円弧状部材が、軸方向両端の円弧状部と、これら円弧状部間にわたり円周方向の複数箇所に設けられて隣り合うポケットを仕切る柱部とでなり、前記円弧状部の外周面に円周方向に延びる溝部を形成し、この溝部に前記止め輪を嵌め込んだ転がり軸受。
- 請求項5において、前記保持器の前記止め輪を、前記円弧状部の外周面よりはみ出さないように前記溝部に嵌め込んだ転がり軸受。
- 請求項3において、前記保持器の前記溝部を前記各円弧状部材の両円弧上部の外周面に形成し、これら両溝部に、線材をC字状に曲げ形成してなる一対の前記止め輪を、互いの割り口が円周方向にずれた位置となるようにそれぞれ嵌め込んだ転がり軸受。
- 請求項1において、前記保持器の前記円弧状部材は板材を曲げ形成してなる転がり軸受。
- 請求項1において、前記保持器の前記各円弧状部材は互いに同一形状である転がり軸受。
- 請求項1において、トランスミッションのアイドラー軸受となる転がり軸受。
- ころ軸受に用いられる保持器であって、複数のころ収納用のポケットをそれぞれ有する2個以上の円弧状部材を、円周方向に連ねてリング状に配置し、この連ねた円弧状部材を、保持器の外周のほぼ全体にわたって延びる止め輪で非分離に連結したころ軸受用保持器。
