Definitions
- the present invention relates to a packing unit using a packing mat and a packing mat for delivery of goods, particularly goods for home delivery.
- the goods When transporting goods, in order to effectively protect the goods from shocks and vibrations during transportation, the goods are usually packed with cushioning paper, plastic sheets or other cushioning materials, and further required. Depending on the situation, the articles are stuffed so as not to move and packed in an outer box.
- Patent Document 1 describes a bag that uses the heat insulating effect of the foamed granular material as a heat insulation bag intended for use as a shopping bag or the like.
- This heat insulation bag is a double bag having an inner bag portion and an outer bag portion that can be freely deformed by forming a granular material accommodating portion between them, and is formed so as to be able to hold a heat insulation material, and of both the bag portions.
- a bag main body in which at least an outer bag portion is non-breathable, and a myriad of foamed granular materials that are accommodated in the granular material accommodating portion and gather together in a close contact state as the accommodating portion is degassed.
- a heat insulating bag comprising: an air supply / exhaust port that is provided in the bag main body and communicates with the granular material accommodating portion and that holds the granular material accommodating portion in a deaerated state. is there.
- the innumerable foamed granular material accommodated in the granular material accommodating portion is solidified so as to follow the shape of the material to be insulated, so that the temperature is maintained in the bag body.
- the foam granule group it is possible to suppress the temperature change of the object to be kept for a long time, and to keep the object to be kept warm with the solidified foam granule. It is emphasized that the positioning of the bag body so as not to move prevents the quality deterioration of the warm object based on the movement of the warm object.
- the heat insulation bag described in Patent Document 1 uses the heat insulating effect of the foamed granular material group (beads) as a solidified state so as to follow the shape of the material to be warmed.
- the foamed granular material can be positioned so that the heated object does not move within the bag body.
- the solidified foamed granular material group can expect not only a heat insulation effect but also a buffering effect, and can stabilize the article in place. The fact that it can be held can be expected to have a great effect in packing an article to be transported as a courier.
- the beads cannot be evenly dispersed in the packing mat simply by containing the beads in the mat bag. Especially when the three-dimensional shaped article is wrapped with the packing mat, the packing mat is outside the article. A portion that rises along the wall surface is generated, but the amount of beads stored in the packing mat is reduced at the rising portion, and in an extreme case, the beads are lost over a certain range of the rising portion. Needless to say, when the amount of beads stored decreases or even when the beads disappear locally, not only can the packing mat be in close contact with the article but not be held stably, The buffer effect by beads cannot be expected.
- JP 2001-321217 A Japanese Patent No. 2847651
- the problem to be solved is not only that beads packed in the packing mat are unevenly distributed when the packing article is wrapped with the packing mat, and the article cannot be held stably in a fixed position, but also the buffer by the beads. The effect is not obtained.
- a packing mat according to the present invention is a combination of an airtight outer bag, a breathable inner bag built in the outer bag, and buffer beads filled in the inner bag. And stitching the important points of the opposing surfaces of the pair of sheet surfaces constituting the inner bag at regular intervals, and confining a fixed amount of buffer beads in a compartment surrounded by three or more adjacent joints. The greatest feature is that the beads filled in the packing mat are not unevenly distributed.
- the packing mat according to the present invention can wrap an article by spreading it on a floor or a table like a furoshiki, wrapping an article as a storage bag, folding it, or sandwiching an article, and packing the article. Even if a part of the packing mat is raised or bent, the buffer beads filled in the packing mat are not biased in the inner bag.
- the buffer bead layer in the inner bag is solidified with a constant thickness, and the packed article is stabilized by the solidified layer of the buffer bead. Supporting and the buffering action of the solidified layer of the buffer beads can effectively protect the packaged article from impact, vibration breakage, and damage that may be received from the outside during transportation.
