Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method for packing two or more items having different shapes and materials, and a packing mat used for the method.
- the article When transporting an article, in order to effectively protect the article from shocks and vibrations that may be received during transportation, the article is usually packed with cushioning paper, plastic sheet, or bubble cushioning material. , Packed in an outer box.
- cushioning paper plastic sheet, or bubble cushioning material.
- Packed in an outer box When transporting two or more of the same items, the same thing applies. For each item, individually wrap it in wrapping paper or cushioning material and store it in the outer box, and if necessary, pack the items so that they do not move. Packed.
- a desktop personal computer is a combination of a personal computer, keyboard, display, printer, and usually a modem for network construction and a mouse as an external input device (in this case, described as a device). Configured as a system.
- Patent Document 1 describes a package that can be stored together in a single package without causing the digital camera and the battery charger to interfere with each other. And according to the packaging body described in patent document 1, the effect that a digital camera and a battery charger can be protected from the impact received from the outside at the time of conveyance is emphasized.
- this packaging body divides the inside of the outer box into two storage sections with a dedicated partition material, and stores articles individually in each section, and separates the buffer section into which air is injected separately from the storage section. It is provided to protect against external shocks during transportation, not to fix the goods in a fixed position and to pack them. Furthermore, two or more articles remain connected to each other regardless of the standard or irregular shape. It is not something that can be freely wrapped.
- a packaging device includes a combination of a packaging box whose internal volume can be varied and a fit body arranged in each of the first and second packaging boxes.
- the fit body is composed of a combination of a bag body having a deaeration port and a large number of granular bodies that are filled into the bag body and are brought into close contact with each other and become solidified as they are deaerated. is there.
- this packing apparatus an article to be packaged, for example, a bag is inserted between the first packing box and the second packing box, the inner volume is reduced by relatively approaching both packing boxes, and the bag is supported.
- the fit body can be closely adhered and solidified along the surface of the bottom of the bag and the mouth, and the bag can be fixed and packed in the packing box.
- the problem to be solved is that there is no packaging material that can be freely packaged while two or more articles are connected to each other regardless of the standard or irregular shape.
- the present invention utilizes a phenomenon in which the granular materials filled inside by degassing the air in the bag are in close contact with each other, and the bag is solidified as a whole, and is filled with beads and tightly sealed.
- the main feature is that the mat is solidified by degassing the inside of the mat while the article is processed into a mat and the article is wrapped in the mat, so that two or more articles wrapped in the mat are stably held. .
- the packing mat not only two or more articles can be packed at a time, but the packed individual articles can be deformed by degassing the inside of the mat and the inside of the mat.
- the beads can be packed in a state of being stably held in place by the solidification of the beads.
- two or more articles can be packaged regardless of the difference in shape, size, height, and material, and the two or more articles can be packaged while being connected to each other.
- the packing mat according to the present invention can be transported as it is because the whole is solidified with two or more articles packed, but when it is necessary to make a standard cargo, the outer box is filled with some stuffing. It can be stored and transported inside.
- the present invention when moving, there is no need to disconnect the wiring cable connected between the devices such as the PC main body, keyboard, display, printer, etc. It can be packed and transported, and after moving, the PC can be immediately resumed by unpacking the mat and connecting these devices to the power supply in the original arrangement after removing the devices from the mat.
