包装容器
　この発明は、ガムやチョコレート等の板状の食品を収納するための包装容器に関する。
　従来より、ガムやチョコレート等の板状の食品を収納する包装容器が公知であり、たとえば、特許文献１、特許文献２および特許文献３に記載のものがある。
　特許文献１および特許文献２に記載の包装容器は、板状食品を立てた状態で、かつ、前列よりも後列側が高くなるよう段差を設けて２列に重ねてコンパクトに収納したものである。特許文献１および特許文献２の構成では、包装容器内の板状食品の高さが前列より後列側が高くなるので、その取り出しが容易になっている。また、板状食品を包装容器内に仮着しているので、たとえば前列の板状食品を取り出した時に後列の内容物が揺動することが防止される。
　特許文献３には、板状食品をコンパクトに収納するとともに、片手が塞がっている場合でもその板状食品を容易に取り出して喫食することのできる包装容器が提案されている。特許文献３の包装容器では、各板状食品が、個包装紙で包まれ、抜き取り部と固着部との間のミシン目を切断し抜き取り部を抜き取って開封可能にされている。さらに、包装容器に対して、個包装紙の固着部が固着された構成となっている。

　そこで、この発明は、板状食品をコンパクトに収納できるとともに、板状食品を取り出すために蓋を開いた後、その蓋を閉じた際に、蓋を閉じた状態に保持する操作がしやすく、蓋を簡単に閉状態に保持することのできる新規な閉蓋状態保持構造を備えた包装容器を提供することを主たる目的とする。

　請求項３記載の発明は、前記容器本体の背面壁の上端と前記蓋の根元とが一体につながっており、前記容器本体の背面壁の上部両端に、外方から内方へ向かって斜めの切り込みが形成されており、前記フラップ状の蓋を開いた際に、蓋の根元が前記容器本体の背面方向にも開くことができることを特徴とする、請求項１または２記載の包装容器である。
　請求項１記載の発明によれば、包装容器の蓋を閉じる際に、蓋の先端辺をたとえば親指で支え、たとえば人指し指で蓋に形成された切り込みを軽く正面側から押すように操作することで、容易に蓋を閉じた状態に保持させることができる。

器の底面左右角部の隙間を塞ぐための小片１８Ｌ、１８Ｒが突設されている。これら背面壁１１、左右側面壁１２、１４、正面左右輪郭壁１３、１５、底面壁１６、および正面下部区画壁１７が折り曲げられ、組み立てられることによって、包装容器１０の容器本体１０Ｍが構成される。
　さらに、背面壁１１の上辺１１Ｕから上方へ突出するように横長長方形状の上面壁１９が連設されており、上面壁１９にはさらに上方に向かって大きく延び出すようにフラップ状の蓋２０が連設されている。蓋２０は、その根元２０Ｂが上面壁１９とつながっており、蓋２０の先端縁側（図１において上端縁）は、凸湾曲状の先端辺２０Ａとなっている。
　蓋２０には、図１において、上下方向に見ると上端である先端辺２０Ａ寄りの位置で、左右方向に見ると中央位置に、根元２０Ｂに向かって尖った（図１において、逆山形または逆三角形状となっている。）山形の舌片２１Ａを形成する切り込み２１が形成されている。
　また、正面下部区画壁１７には、下方向きに凸湾曲状をした受け止め用切り込み２２が形成されている。
　図２は、図１に展開図で示す包装容器１０を組み立てた状態の斜視図である。図２において、図１の展開図において説明した部分と同じ部分には同一の番号が付されている。図２に示すように、包装容器１０が組み立てられた状態において、容器本体１０Ｍに対して蓋２０が閉じられたとき、閉じられた蓋２０を閉状態に保持するために、切り込み２１により形成された山形の舌片２１Ａが受け止め用切り込み２２に係合し得るという保持構造２５を備えている。
　図３は、包装容器１０の蓋２０を閉じる際の操作の仕方を説明するための図解的な側面断面図である。図３（Ａ）に示すように、容器本体１０Ｍの正面開口１０Ｆ０に対し蓋２０を斜め下方に回動させるようにして、容器本体１０Ｍの正面開口１０Ｆ０を閉じるように蓋２０を動かす。そして図３（Ｂ）に示すように、蓋２０を閉状態に保持するために、たとえば親指Ｆ１で蓋２０の先端辺２０Ａを支え、たとえば人指し指Ｆ２で蓋２０の切り込み２１を軽く正面側から押す。すると、切り込み２１により形成された山形の舌片２１Ａが内方に突出するので、そのまま蓋２０を容器本体１０Ｍ側に押さえることにより、図３（Ｃ）に示すように、山形の舌片２１Ａが正面下部区画壁１７に形成された受け止め用切り込み２２に侵入し、蓋２０は閉じた状態に保持される。その際、蓋２０には矢印Ａ１で示すような開く方向の軽い応力が作用しているから、この応力に抗して蓋２０は閉じた状態に保持される。
　図４は、切り込み２１により形成された山形の舌片２１Ａと受け止め用切り込み２２との係合状態を正面から示した図である。図示のように、蓋２０が正面下部区画壁１７の上に重ねられた状態において、切り込み２１により形成された山形の舌片２１Ａは下から上に向かって受け止め用切り込み２２の間にその尖った先端部が侵入している。これにより、蓋２０は正面下部区画壁１７に対して係止されており、蓋２０の閉じた状態が保持されている。
　図５は、この発明の他の実施形態に係る包装容器３０の展開図である。図５において、図１の構成と同等部分には同一の番号が付されている。
　図５に示す包装容器３０の特徴は、容器本体３０Ｍに含まれる正面下部区画壁１７に、受け止め用切り込み２２に加えて、第２の受け止め用切り込み３１が形成されていることである。第２の受け止め用切り込み３１は、正面下部区画壁１７における底面壁１６寄りの位置（図において、受け止め用切り込み２２よりも上方寄りの位置）に形成されている。この第２の受け止め用切り込み３１は、後述するように、蓋２０の先端辺２０Ａを受け止めるためのものである。
　図６は、図５に示す展開図の包装容器３０を組み立て、蓋２０の先端辺２０Ａを第２の受け止め用切り込み３１で受け止めた状態を示す斜視図である。図６で示すように、正面下部区画壁１７に第２の受け止め用切り込み３１を形成することにより、蓋２０を閉じた際、蓋２０を閉じた状態に保持するために、蓋２０の先端辺２０Ａを第２の受け止め用切り込み３１に係止させることも可能となる。
　もちろん、図３および図４を参照して説明したように、蓋２０を閉じた状態に保持するために、蓋２０に形成された切り込み２１の山形の舌片２１Ａを受け止め用切り込み２２（図５参照、図６には表われていない）に係止させるようにして、蓋２０を閉じた状態に保持してもよい。
　受け止め用切り込み２２および第２の受け止め用切り込み３１の２つの受け止め用切り込み２２、３１を形成することにより、蓋２０を閉じた状態にする際に、いずれかやり易い方を用いればよく、包装容器３０を蓋２０が閉じた状態にするのに、利便性が増す。
　図７は、この発明のさらに他の実施形態に係る包装容器４０の展開図である。図７において、図１および図５の構成と同等部分には同一の番号が付されている。
　図７に示す包装容器４０の特徴は、背面壁１１の左右の上部角１１ａ、１１ｂからそれぞれ背面壁１１の中央部に向かってミシン目の切り込み４１、４２が形成されていることである。ミシン目の切り込み４１、４２の長さＬ１は、たとえば上面壁１９の幅Ｗ（図７において上下方向寸法）程度の長さにされている。すなわち、Ｌ１≒Ｗとされている。そしてミシン目の切り込み４１、４２の先端（図７において下方側）を結ぶ折り曲げライン４３がつけられている。
　その他の構成については、図５に示す包装容器３０と同様である。
　図８は、図７に示す展開図の包装容器４０を組み立て、内部に個包装された板状ガムＧを前後方向２列に収容して商品とした後、その商品（板状ガムＧ）が収納された包装容器４０の蓋２０を開いた状態を示す斜視図である。図８の斜視図は、包装容器４０を右斜め後方上側から見た状態である。
　この包装容器４０には、図７で説明したように、背面壁１１の左右の上部角１１ａ、１１ｂからミシン目の切り込み４１、４２が形成されている。それゆえ、蓋２０を開いた際、容器本体４０Ｍに対して蓋２０および上面壁１９が後方へ変位して開口が形成されるように開けられるだけでなく、さらに蓋２０を開けばミシン目の切り込み４１、４２が千切れて、図８に示すように、蓋２０および上面壁１９を容器本体４０Ｍの背面側に大きく開けることができる。そしてその際、背面壁１１の上部は折り曲げライン４３に沿って後方へ折れ、容器本体４０Ｍの上部を正面側のみではなく背面側からも露出させることができる。
　そのため、容器本体４０Ｍ内に収容された板状ガムＧは、その上部が正面側からも背面側からも露出し、前後方向２列に収容された板状ガムＧは、前列のものも後列のものも取り出し易くなる。
　このように、この実施形態に係る包装容器４０によれば、蓋２０を開閉した際、蓋２０に加えて背面壁１１の上部も開くため、開口部が大きく、背面側からも収容された板状ガムＧを容易に取り出すことができるという効果を奏する。
　この実施例で説明した各包装容器１０、３０、４０内に収容される板状食品の具体例およびその個包装の仕方等については、本願出願人の先願に係る特願２００８－１５９０８（特開２００９－１７３３２２号公報）に記載の構成の収容物とすればよく、この明細書では上記本願出願人の先願公報を参酌することとし、収容物についての詳しい説明については省略する。
　その他、特許請求の範囲に記載された事項の範囲で種々の設計変更を施すことが可能である。

Claims (3)

  1. 　ガムやチョコレート等の板状の食品を収納するための包装容器であって、
    　正面の少なくとも上方および上面に、内部収容物を取り出すための開口を有する容器本体と、
    　前記容器本体と一体に形成されていて、根元は前記容器本体と一体につながっており、先端辺は自由端となっていて、前記容器本体の前記開口を塞ぐためのフラップ状の蓋とを有し、
    　前記フラップ状の蓋には、その先端辺寄りの部位に、前記根元方向に向かって尖った山形の舌片を形成するための切り込みが形成されており、
    　前記容器本体の正面下方寄りの部位には、前記フラップ状の蓋が閉じられた際に、前記切り込みにより形成された山形の舌片を係止することのできる受け止め用切り込みが形成されていて、
    　前記フラップ状の蓋を閉じる際に、前記切り込みにより形成された山形の舌片を正面側から奥方向へ手指で押すことにより、前記山形の舌片が前記受け止め用切り込みに係止される保持構造を有することを特徴とする、包装容器。
  2. 　前記容器本体の正面下方寄りの部位には、前記フラップ状の蓋の先端辺を受け止めることのできる第２の受け止め用切り込みが形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項１記載の包装容器。
  3. 　前記容器本体の背面壁の上端と前記蓋の根元とが一体につながっており、前記容器本体の背面壁の上部両端に、外方から内方へ向かって斜めの切り込みが形成されており、
    　前記フラップ状の蓋を開いた際に、蓋の根元が前記容器本体の背面方向にも開くことができることを特徴とする、請求項１または２記載の包装容器。
