Description

OSSATURE POUR FIXATION DE PANNEAUX FORMANT PAROI FRAME FOR FIXING PANELS FORMING WALL
MURALE OU CLOISON WALL OR CLOSING
The invention relates to a frame for fastening panels for the design of a wall wall and / or a partition, in particular a prefabricated wall for assembling sanitary modules against a wall surface.
The term "sanitary modules", sanitary elements of the type toilets, sinks, which are secured to support panels to form a body with them so as to constitute a unitary system. This assembly of sanitary elements on panels, whose front face has a decorative appearance and the rear face is equipped with the necessary piping or other fittings, allows to propose ready-to-assemble modules and aesthetic suite to integrate into a building room.
In particular, when it comes to mounting in a piece of community space, a plurality of sanitary elements, these ready-to-assemble sanitary modules make it possible to save in time of realization of the whole of the room, to the times for the installation of sanitary elements and for the siding of wall surfaces. Indeed, these modules provide a dressing of the walls of the room without having to pre-coat them with paint, wallpaper or similar coating, while proposing a quick installation of sanitary elements as directly integrated into these modules. It is sufficient to bring the modules close to the walls while keeping sufficient space to connect the sanitary elements to the corresponding connections of the room, then after connection, to join them and fix them to the walls. The panels of the sanitary modules having a height limited to the space necessary for the arrangement of the sanitary elements, the rest of the wall surface downwards and / or upwards, is then covered with facing panels.
The fixing of the sanitary modules is currently carried out using a metal frame which, for a wall facade, includes a baseboard attached to the ground and an upper profile fixed to the ceiling or on the wall near the ceiling. Each module is fixed on two metal uprights by screwing on the rear face of the support panel, and the module is then attached against the wall by fixing the uprights to the lower plinth on the one hand, and to the upper section on the other hand.
The cladding of the wall is completed by the abutment of cladding panels in the upper part, and possibly in the lower part, of each sanitary module, the fixing of these panels is also done by screwing on the back of the panels to the uprights.
However, the assembly of these modules has the main disadvantage of leveling the lower plinth placed on the ground so that the modules are also level, which is usually solved by inserting shims to be of the right dimensions. This implementation however increases the installation time. In addition, the facing panels and support of sanitary elements being placed edge to edge, a lack of leveling of the bottom skirting causes misalignment of the panels, spoiling the aesthetics of the facade. In addition, the facing panels are reported only after mounting the amounts supporting the sanitary modules; their fixing, which is done by the rear face, requires access to the reduced space between the wall behind the panel pan, which poses accessibility problems. In addition, the fixation made by drilling is all the more difficult that some panels are made of material of great hardness.
The object of the invention is to provide a framework for, in particular, the assembly of sanitary modules that do not have the drawbacks of the prior art, allowing a reliable and rapid leveling of the modules as well as a simple and easy mounting of the modules, providing a final aesthetic appearance and pleasing to the eye in its lines. The invention thus relates to a frame intended for fixing panels forming a wall or partition wall, and comprising at least one lower rail and vertical posts associated by their lower end to the lower rail and spaced two by two, characterized in that the The uprights comprise, on the front, a longitudinal slide having a longitudinal opening, and in that the frame also comprises vertical profiles, each section being arranged in an upright slide, being able to slide and be locked in a fixed position, and comprising the longitudinal opening of the slide a plurality of attachment means for fastening, preferably removable, the panels, the profile extending over a length close to the height of the slide in which it is mounted.
Thus, the sections of the frame form sliding ladders provided with a plurality of steps that are the attachment means. Two amounts spaced a size corresponding to the width of a panel allow by these sliding profiles to easily put the level panel by having properly positioned the height of the rungs. The bottom rail of the frame attached to the ground does not need to be level beforehand.
Throughout the remainder of the description is meant by "lower" and "superior", the qualifiers relating to elements when in position mounted in a building room. The terms "horizontal" and "vertical" correspond to the horizontal direction and respectively to the vertical direction, when these elements are in place in the room. The terms "front" or "front" and "rear" correspond to a facing, respectively, towards the interior of the building room, and towards the wall surface. The attachment means advantageously form windows distributed over the height of the profiles and intended to cooperate with retaining hooks attached to the rear of the panels. These windows provide easy and fast staple panels, and also allow easy disassembly of these panels if necessary, especially for later access to connections of sanitary elements.
According to one characteristic, the uprights are hollow at least at their distal lower end, and housed in said end retaining means cooperating with the lower rail.
The retaining means consist in particular of a clamp provided with two tabs interconnected at their upper part, and a screw intended to pass through one of the tabs and to be pressed against the opposite tab to make the tabs their cooperation in a longitudinal groove of the lower rail. According to another characteristic, the framework comprises brackets fixed to the vertical uprights and extending in a plane perpendicular to the uprights, in the direction of the back of the framework, the brackets preferably comprising means for adjusting the distance of the frame. separation of the uprights to the wall surface for which the frame is intended. These brackets provide additional fastening, without the need to secure the amounts to the ceiling of the room. The frame is such that it has in front a flat surface against which is intended to support the panels, this surface corresponding to the front of the uprights and being devoid of any protruding element. The panels can thus be pressed against the frame.
The frame advantageously comprises at least one cross member connecting two spaced apart amounts, and an upper rail attached to the upper end of the uprights. The cross member and the upper rail stiffen the framework. The cross member further provides a gauge spacing amounts.
In a preferred example of a form of a post, it comprises a square tube which is provided on two opposite sides of flanged slides and whose profile generates a grooving with returns, on each of the other perpendicular sides, preferably at less the bottom of one of the grooves having openings or holes. Such a profile allows the upright to be used both as the stud upright, top rail of the framework and amount of association from a partition. The purpose of the framework of the invention is therefore to arrange support panels for sanitary elements and facing panels by bringing them against its facade to form a wall carrying sanitary elements, and / or to associate with them cladding panels front and / or back of said frame to form a wall and / or a partition.
L'invention a également trait à un procédé d'assemblage de panneaux de support d'éléments sanitaires et de panneaux de parement contre l'ossature de l'invention, l'ossature étant associée à une surface murale caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à : The invention also relates to a method for assembling support panels for sanitary elements and facing panels against the framework of the invention, the framework being associated with a wall surface characterized in that it consists at :

- Figure 12 is a sectional view and from above the end of the frame associated with the frame of a door; - Figure 13 illustrates a perspective view of the panels assembled to the frame, in combination with a lighting device and a decorative strip. Figure 1 illustrates a frame 1 according to the invention reported against a wall surface or wall 10 of a building part, and allowing the assembly of different panels, support 1 1 carrying sanitary elements 12, and siding 13. Figure 2 illustrates a portion of this framework without the association of panels.
The frame 1 comprises mounted, facing the wall surface 10 to cover sanitary modules and facing panels, a longitudinal bottom rail 2 arranged on the floor of the room, vertical uprights 3 spaced two by two to match to the width of a panel, sliding profiles 4 housed in the uprights and an upper rail 5. The frame is preferably metallic but could be wood, or a combination of these materials depending on the type of component, or any other material adapted to provide sufficient rigidity.
The lower rail 2 is used for fixing the frame and mounting all the amounts 3. This longitudinal rail extends parallel to the wall surface 10 to dress.
The rail 2, a perspective view of which is shown in FIG. 3, is in two parts, a part or smooth section of U-shaped section intended to be fastened by its core 20a to the ground by screwing, and another portion 21 in a U-shape. inverted and capging the wings of the rail being associated with the latter by interlocking after fixing the rail.
The portion 21 has a core 22, parallel and opposite wings 23 and a central cross member 24 reinforcing its rigidity. The core 22 has a longitudinal opening groove 25 directed towards the outside of the rail and intended to cooperate with fastening means 8 of the uprights 3 as will be seen later. One of the wings 23 is intended to be arranged on the front of the frame, and advantageously constitutes a baseboard for all the sanitary modules reported against the frame. This wing can thus have a decorative appearance, and be for example lacquered or polished aluminum, or plastic tinted.
The frame is not attached to the ceiling of the room. Brackets 6 (FIGS. 2 and 3) reinforcing the rigidity of the framework and its attachment to the wall 10 are provided to be fixed on the one hand to the uprights 3 and on the other hand to the wall by conventional screw-type means. .
These brackets 6 have, as illustrated in FIG. 3, adjustment means 60 making it possible to adapt the separation distance of the uprights to the wall so as to adjust the plumbs of the uprights to the wall so as to align in parallel with the wall. sanitary modules and cladding panels.
These adjustment means consist of an oblong slot 60 arranged longitudinally in the core of the bracket 6 and with which a clamping screw 61 is screwed into one of the side walls 30 of the uprights for fixing the bracket to the upright . The arrangement of the position of the screw along the light adjusts the separation distance of the wall jamb.
Each amount 3 as illustrated in Figures 3, 4 and 7 has a square general section, profile adapted to provide sufficient rigidity. The upright 3 more particularly comprises a square profile tube which has on at least one of its sides intended to be in front, and over its entire height, a slide 31 having a longitudinal central opening 32 delimited by lateral and longitudinal returns 33.
Preferably, the upright 3 has a symmetrical section along a longitudinal median plane, and thus comprises another opposite slide 31 advantageously to use the amount for a frame for a part wall, as will be seen later.
The slide 31 (Figure 4) slidably accommodates the section 4, which can abut by its lower end 40 against the web 22 of the lower rail in the mounted position and fixed amount 3 on the rail 2 (Figure 5). The section 4 is moved in the slide 31 with a slight friction so as to maintain it temporarily at the desired height so as to have the hands free to seize the appropriate tools to ensure its locking in position. The profile 4 is provided with bores 41 as illustrated in FIG. 3 which allow the insertion into each of them of a screw 42 (FIGS. 4 and 7) constituting a fixing means and intended to cooperate with the bottom 34 of the slide 31 of the amount. Advantageously, these bores are arranged in recesses 44 or embossed material (Figures 3 and 6) so that the fixing screws do not exceed the front face 45 of the profile and returns 33 of the amount against which is intended to be plated the back of the panels.
With reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, and in more detail in FIGS. 3 and 4, the sections 4 comprise, on their height, hooking means 43 for fastening the panels. These attachment means 43 consist for example of windows after which hooks 7 can be hooked (visible in FIGS. 4 and 8) which are integral with the rear face of the panels 1 1 and 13. The panels are thus rapidly mounted suspended from the uprights.
Fixing the uprights 3 to the lower rail is now discussed.
For this purpose, each upright 3, as visible in FIG. 5, is housed in its lower hollow end 3A, holding means 8 cooperating with the longitudinal groove 25 of the lower rail 2.
For example, these retaining means 8 comprise a clamp 80 of aluminum and a screw 82 to move the clamp when tightened.
The clamp 80 is provided with two tabs 81A and 81B interconnected, the upper parts 84 of the clamps being locked in abutment against the inner walls of the upright by the insertion force of the clamp in the amount.
The amounts for their attachment are embedded in the lower rail by introducing the lower part of the tabs in the groove 25 of the web 22 of the lower rail. Each of the tabs 81 comprises at its lower end a recess 83, the recesses being arranged opposite the flanges 26 of the groove 25. The screw 82, without head to prevent any overshoot outside the amount, passes through one of the tabs 81 A and is intended to abut against the opposite tab 81B. The tightening of the screw leads to exerting a pressure against the tab 81B which generates the separation of the tabs since the upper parts of the tabs are blocked. The spacing of the legs provides a cooperation by hooking the recesses 83 with the flanges 26 of the rail, and thus causes a firm hold of the upright 3 in the lower rail 2.
Furthermore, the frame advantageously comprises crosspieces 9 (Figure 2) connecting two spaced apart amounts 3. These sleepers make it possible, during the assembly of the framework, to directly supply the spacing between the uprights without having to measure, and in addition contributes to the maintenance of this center distance over time while stiffening the framework. Finally, they advantageously serve as a support for the pipes intended to be connected to the sanitary elements of the panels.
The sleepers 9 have a profile similar to that of the amounts. It is thus possible for the attachment of a cross member to the uprights, to introduce at each end of the crosspiece a retaining means 8. The sectional view and from above of Figure 8 shows the combination of an end of 3. The amount 3 is symmetrical having a groove 36 on each of its sides perpendicular to the slides 31, the clamp 8 cooperates by its recesses 83 with the flanges 37 of the grooves 36. The frame further comprises the upper rail 5 to finalize the frame and ensure its rigidity. With reference to FIG. 3, the rail is fixed to the uprights 3 by means of the retaining means 8 identical to those used for fixing the uprights with the lower rail. The retaining means 8 are housed in the upper hollow end 3B of the uprights to cooperate with the flanges 51 of a groove 50 provided in the rail.
For manufacturing convenience, this rail 5 is preferably constituted by a post 3 whose profile in a plane perpendicular to the face containing the slides 53 is adapted to provide such grooving 50.
FIG. 9a shows a sectional view of the framework on which a lower panel 1 1 is fixed and intended to be fastened to the next upper panel 13. This figure shows the lower rail 2, an upright 3, brackets 6, the rail upper 5, the retaining means 8 for attachment to the lower and upper rails, and a support section 4. The fastening of the panel 1 1 provides a plating thereof against the upright 3.
Figure 9b illustrates in more detail the view B of Figure 9a corresponding to the attachment of the panel. A hook 7 is on the one hand fixed by a screw 70 to the rear face of the panel 1 January. This hook is on the other hand introduced into the window 43 of the profile 4 housed in the upright 3.
In addition, the framework of the invention can provide not only a support for the association of sanitary modules against a wall surface but also to make partition walls in a building room.
Figure 10 shows in section and from above the departure of a partition from the frame 1 of the invention placed against a wall surface. Figure 1 1 illustrates in perspective the interface element to be inserted to start the partition. With reference to FIG. 11, there is left a vertical space 14 between side panels 13A and 13B. A rail 15 is inserted between the panels at this space 14 by being fixed to the lower and upper rails 5. The fastening is obtained in the upper part of the rail, via a threaded insert 18 housed in the slide 53 and fastening means 16 screw type. The joining of the lower part of the beam (not shown) is achieved by a self-drilling screw.
In a manner not illustrated, a lower rail identical to a lower rail 2 is fixed to the ground perpendicular to the frame 1.
With reference to FIG. 10, an interface post 3C is associated with the rail 15, this post having a profile identical to that of the posts 3 for ease of manufacture, except for one of the sides perpendicular to the sides carrying the slides. 31, this side having a localized opening 35 obtained by drilling.
The amount 3C is fixed to the beam 15 having been previously set on the lower rail. The attachment to the rail 15 is made by the side opposite to that comprising the opening 35, by means of a securing means 17 such as a screw introduced via the opening 35.
Not shown, several amounts 3 are intended to be mounted along the lower rail, and an upper rail 5 is also associated to form a new frame. The slides 31 of the upright 3C and uprights 3 advantageously comprising the profiles 4 provided with windows 43, it is thus possible to staple facing panels 13 on each side of the new framework (partially illustrated in Figure 10).
Finally, note that the framework of the invention makes it possible to make junctions with various association elements, such as a door frame, lighting, a decorative strip, etc. Figure 12 shows the association of 3C amount arranged at the end of the frame, with a door frame 1 A. The association and attachment are via inserts 19 associated with the frame on its height and self-tapping screws 19a cooperating with one of the sides of the upright and each insert. Accessibility to the screws being obtained through the openings 35 on the opposite side of the upright.
FIG. 13 illustrates a lighting device 1B and a decorative strip 1C arranged vertically on either side of panels 13. The lighting device 1B comprises a luminaire 100 housed in a U-shaped section 101. This profile is intended to be fixed, like the strip 1 C, by its soul to the lower and upper rails as described for the smooth 15 of Figure 10. A diffuser cover 102 can then be attached by interlocking against the opening of the U of the profile 101. The mounting of the frame against a wall surface, and the assembly of the support panels 1 1 and cladding 13 are now described.
The lower rail 2 is first fixed to the ground by its lower part 20 on which is then attached by fitting the upper part 21. The uprights 3 provided with the sliding profiles 4 are then fixed to the lower rail 2. The uprights are mounted one after the other, being separated by means of the crosspieces 9, and by associating the brackets 6. The upper rail is then fixed. 5.
Finally, the profiles 4 are slid, for example by introducing a tool into a window 43 to raise or lower the profile to bring to the desired height and align the windows 43 of two spaced apart amounts for supporting a panel. The profiles are locked in position.
The panels are then mounted as follows. The connecting pipes are arranged beforehand. The panels are hooked using the hooks 7 attached to the back of the panels and being inserted into the windows 43 of the profiles. The pipes to be taken out in front of the panels are introduced, when the panels are hooked by tilting, through appropriate bores arranged in the panels. Once the panels are mounted, the sanitary elements can be installed by being connected to the pipes and attached to the panels.
Therefore, each panel being fixed by its rear face and close to each of its two sides against respectively two spaced sections, the profiles held inside the uprights while being sliding make it possible to easily and quickly level a panel, adapting its suspension height at each of its sides. The invention thus ensures a quick and easy implementation of sanitary modules.
