智能卡, 如 SIM ( Subscriber Identity Module , 客户识别模块)卡或 UIM卡 ( User Identity Model用户识别模块)是一张符合 GSM( Global System for Mobile Communications, 全球移动通信系统 )、 CDMA ( Code Division Multiple Access , 码分多址) 或其他通信规范的 "智慧卡" , 可以插入任何一部符合 GSM 或 CDMA规范的移动电话中, 实现 "电话号码随卡不随机" 的功能。
智能卡卡座是终端设备中常见的连接器件之一, 目前在实现智能卡与主板 连接时, 常常釆用智能卡卡座。 以 6pin脚 SIM卡座 10为例, 参见图 1 , 业界的 常规设计为: 釆用塑胶外壳 101 固定卡座的 pin脚(或称引脚) 102 , 将塑料外 壳和 pin脚组成的整体器件, 称为智能卡卡座。 其中, 塑胶外壳 101可以稳固整 个卡座。 参见图 2, pin脚的上部端子弹片 102a和下部端子弹片 102b的接触部 均为一弓形, 可以分别与智能卡和 PCB 主板接触, 然后, 通过 SMT ( Surface Mounted Technology, 表面组装技术), 将智能卡卡座贴装到 PCB ( Printed Circuit Board, 印刷电路板)上, 并进行回流焊接, 使智能卡座最终和 PCB形成物理和 电气的连接。
目前, 终端设备中固定智能卡时, 往往将智能卡卡座整体穿过终端壳体底 壁的凹槽, 并使其引脚略凸露出底壁。 通过终端壳体侧壁的引导槽, 智能卡可 置于智能卡卡座上, 并与凸露出的引脚接触。 一般情况下, 终端壳体还具有一 卡紧部, 用于卡紧智能卡, 避免其与 pin脚虚接。
在实现本发明的过程中, 发明人 发现现有技术至少存在以下问题: 终端设备目前均釆用智能卡卡座来连接和固定智能卡, 而智能卡卡座一般 由专门的卡座厂商设计制作, 选型上受限于厂家所提供的卡座的外形和种类, 在主板上占地面积较大, 卡座高度一定, 限制了整机堆叠厚度, 并且成本比较 高。 发明内容
为了摆脱厂家对智能卡卡座选型的限制, 减小占地面积和整机堆叠厚度, 并且降低成本, 本发明实施例提供了一种固定智能卡的装置。 所述技术方案如 下:
一种固定智能卡的装置, 设置于终端设备中, 所述装置包括: 贴装式弹片 和壳体;
所述贴装式弹片包括: 焊接部、 弯折部和接触部, 所述焊接部、 所述弯折 部和所述接触部顺序连接为一体, 所述焊接部为一平面;
所述壳体包括: 底壁、 侧壁和卡紧部, 所述侧壁与所述底壁固定, 所述卡 紧部用于向插入的所述智能卡施加向下的压力;
所述底壁设有凹槽, 所述贴装式弹片置于所述凹槽中, 所述接触部凸露出 所述底壁;
所述智能卡插入时, 置于所述底壁、 所述侧壁和所述卡紧部形成的空间之 内, 所述接触部与所述智能卡接触。
一种贴装式弹片, 设置于终端设备的固定智能卡的装置中, 所述贴装式弹 片包括: 焊接部、 弯折部和接触部, 所述焊接部、 所述弯折部和所述接触部顺 序连接为一体, 所述焊接部为一平面。
通过使用贴装式弹片连接智能卡, 该贴装式弹片的焊接部为一平面, 并配 合终端壳体紧固智能卡, 在实现智能卡与主板连接的同时, 还起到了固定智能 卡的作用, 摆脱了厂家对智能卡卡座选型的限制, 减小了在主板的占地面积和 整机堆叠厚度, 并且降低了成本。 附图说明

为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面将结合附图对本发明 实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
实施例 1
参见图 3 , 本实施例提供了一种贴装式弹片 20, 用于连接智能卡与 PCB主 板, 具体包括: 焊接部 201、 弯折部 202和接触部 203, 三部分顺序连接为一体。 根据实际引脚的需要, 可灵活设置贴装式弹片 20的个数, 如设置 6个或 8个等, 参见图 4。
本实施例的一种实现工艺为, 在 PCB主板 40的焊盘 401上预置锡膏, 焊接 部 201通过回流焊接固定于 PCB主板 40上的焊盘 401。 优选的, 焊接部 201为 一平面, 且该平面的面积以能够独立支撑贴装式弹片 20为佳, 焊接后在接触 部 203承受智能卡向下的压力时, 能够稳固的固定于 PCB主板 40上。
弯折部 202为一 U型(参见图 3 )或 S型(参见图 5 ) , 接触部 203通过与 其相连的 U型弯折部或 S型弯折部, 可以进行上下移位, 使贴装式弹片 20具有 一定的弹性。 其中, S型相对于 U型, 具有更好的弹性。
接触部 203 , 用于与智能卡, 如 SIM卡、 UIM卡等接触, 从而实现智能卡 信息的读取和识别。 本实施例并不限定接触部的具体形状, 优选的, 可将其设 置为具有一定突起的形状, 以更好的与智能卡接触。
本实施例提供的贴装式弹片, 其焊接部为一平面, 除了与 PCB主板接触, 还具有稳固整个弹片的作用, 因此可以替代传统的智能卡卡座, 从而摆脱了厂 家对智能卡卡座选型的限制, 减小了在主板的占地面积和整机堆叠厚度, 并且 降低了成本。 实施例 2
本实施例提供了一种固定智能卡的装置, 具体包括: 贴装式弹片 20和壳体 30。 其中, 贴装式弹片 20与实施例 1相同, 这里不再赘述。
参见图 6, 壳体 30包括: 底壁 301、 侧壁 302和卡紧部 303 , 侧壁 302与底 壁 301的外沿固定, 卡紧部 303固定于侧壁 302的上表面, 并向侧壁 302所围 空间的内侧延伸出一段距离。 将智能卡置于上述三组件所形成的空间之内, 可 起到限位作用。
底壁 301设有凹槽 301a, 贴装式弹片 20可以从中穿过底壁 301置于凹槽 301a中, 并将其接触部 203凸露出底壁 301。 进一步的, 为了限制智能卡下压 的程度, 以免损坏贴装式弹片 20, 参见图 7, 可以在凹槽 301a中设置隔筋 301b, 并设置隔筋 301b的高度为贴装式弹片 20的接触部 203进行上下移位的下限。 本实施例以设置一横两纵三条隔筋为例说明, 根据实际需要可以灵活设置隔筋 的数量和位置。 本实施例设置隔筋后将凹槽 301a分隔为六个小凹槽 301c。 参见 图 8, 贴装式弹片 20穿过底壁 301置于隔筋 301b分隔后的凹槽 301c中, 接触 部 203凸露出底壁 301。
侧壁 302为 "Π" 形, 并与底壁 301的外沿固定, 其中, 缺口处的两侧壁 相对于智能卡较长, 在推入智能卡时, 起到引导作用。 相应的, 取出智能卡时, 可以按住智能卡沿两侧的引导槽向外拖出。
卡紧部 303, 可以固定于侧壁 302的上表面, 并向侧壁 302所围空间的内侧 延伸出一段距离, 用于向智能卡施加向下的压力, 起到限位作用, 使智能卡不 易掉出。 本实施例并不限定具体的固定形式。 例如, 在智能卡上方具有压住和 限定智能卡的 (塑料 /塑胶或其他材质)挡块都可以叫卡紧部, 并不受附图所示 形状和数量的约束和限制。
本实施例提供的装置, 通过使用贴装式弹片连接智能卡, 贴装式弹片的焊 接部为一平面, 并配合壳体紧固智能卡, 在实现智能卡与主板连接的同时, 还 起到了固定智能卡的作用, 替代了传统智能卡卡座的连接和固定方式, 摆脱了 厂家对智能卡卡座选型的限制, 减小了在主板的占地面积和整机堆叠厚度, 并 且降低了成本。 以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在本发明的 精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的 保护范围之内。

所述贴装式弹片包括: 焊接部、 弯折部和接触部, 所述焊接部、 所述弯折 部和所述接触部顺序连接为一体, 所述焊接部为一平面;
所述壳体包括: 底壁、 侧壁和卡紧部, 所述侧壁与所述底壁固定, 所述卡 紧部用于向插入的智能卡施加向下的压力;
所述底壁设有凹槽, 所述贴装式弹片置于所述凹槽中, 所述接触部凸露出 所述底壁;
所述智能卡插入时, 置于所述底壁、 所述侧壁和所述卡紧部形成的空间之 内, 所述接触部与所述智能卡接触。
2、如权利要求 1所述的装置,其特征在于, 所述底壁为所述终端设备的 PCB 板, 所述焊接部固定于所述 PCB主板的焊盘上。
