Abstract
Description
まず、図2を用いて、ファクシミリ装置(シート処理装置)1の外観について説明する。図2は、ファクシミリ装置1の外観について示した上面図である。
続いて、図3を用いて、ファクシミリ装置1の各構成の組み付けについて説明する。図3は、ファクシミリ装置1の分解斜視図である。なお、図3では、説明の便宜上、筐体5、記録紙トレイ10、メンテナンスカバー20、および前面パネル50以外の構成についてはその記載を省略している。
次に、図1、図4、図5、および図6を用いて、ファクシミリ装置1が備える記録紙トレイ10、メンテナンスカバー20および給紙ガイド30について説明する。
図4および図5を用いて、記録紙トレイ10の開状態および閉状態について説明すると次のとおりである。なお、図4および図5において、記録紙トレイ10が回動したときにおける記録紙トレイ10の先端部13の軌跡を軌跡T1として示している。
図4、図6および図1を用いて、メンテナンスカバーの開状態および閉状態について説明すると次のとおりである。
まず、図4を再度用いて、記録紙トレイ10およびメンテナンスカバー20が、共に閉状態であるときのファクシミリ装置1の形態について説明する。
次に、再び図5を用いて、メンテナンスカバー20が閉状態であって、記録紙トレイ10が開状態であるときのファクシミリ装置1の形態について説明する。
次に、再び図6を用いて、メンテナンスカバー20が、開状態であるときのファクシミリ装置1の形態の一例について説明する。
次に、再び図1を用いて、メンテナンスカバー20が開状態であるときのファクシミリ装置1の形態の別の例について説明する。
本発明に係るファクシミリ装置1は、記録紙をサーマルヘッド41、インクリボン43、プラテンローラ22から構成される印刷処理部と、装置本体に回動可能に取り付けられ、印刷処理部を収納する閉状態と、印刷処理部を露出させる開状態との間で回動するメンテナンスカバー20と、メンテナンスカバー20に回動可能に取り付けられた、記録紙を設置するための記録紙トレイ10と、メンテナンスカバー20に回動可能に取り付けられた、記録紙トレイ10に設置されたシートを印刷処理部に導くための給紙ガイド30と、を備えたファクシミリ装置1において、記録紙トレイ10は、メンテナンスカバー20に対する回動に伴って回動する突出部11が設けられており、給紙ガイド30は、メンテナンスカバー20に対する回動に伴って、メンテナンスカバー20が開状態のときには、突出部11を係止する係止位置に移動して、記録紙トレイ10の回動を規制する一方、メンテナンスカバー20が閉状態のときには、突出部11を解放する解放位置に移動して、記録トレイ10の回動を可能とする係止部31が設けられている構成である。
以下、突出部11および係止部31を、軸P1、P3方向に関し、どのように構成することができるかについて説明する。

Claims (6)
- シートを処理する処理部と、
装置本体に回動可能に取り付けられ、上記処理部を収納する閉状態と上記処理部を露出させる開状態との間で回動するカバーと、
上記カバーに回動可能に取り付けられた、上記シートを設置するためのシートトレイと、
上記カバーに回動可能に取り付けられた、上記シートトレイに設置されたシートを上記処理部に導くためのガイドと、を備えたシート処理装置において、
上記シートトレイは、上記カバーに対する回動に伴って回動する突出部が設けられており、
上記ガイドは、上記カバーに対する回動に伴って、上記カバーが開状態のときには、上記突出部を係止する係止位置に移動して、上記シートトレイの回動を規制する一方、上記カバーが閉状態のときには、該突出部を解放する解放位置に移動して、上記シートトレイの回動を可能とする係止部が設けられているシート処理装置。 - 上記ガイドは、上記カバーに対する回動により、上記シートを処理部に導くための搬送路を形成する位置にあるとき、上記係止部を上記解放位置に配置する一方、上記シートを上記搬送路から解放する位置にあるとき、上記係止部を上記係止位置に配置する請求項1に記載のシート処理装置。
- 上記ガイドは、上記シートトレイが開くときに上記突出部が回動する方向以外の方向への該突出部の動きを規制する動作規制部を備える請求項1または2に記載のシート処理装置。
- 上記シートトレイは、上記カバーに回動可能に取り付けるための2つの接続部を備えており、上記突出部は、上記2つの接続部に設けられている請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のシート処理装置。
- 上記係止部は、上記2つの接続部に設けられている上記突出部に対向して設けられている請求項4に記載のシート処理装置。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のシート処理装置を備えるファクシミリ装置であって、
上記処理部が処理する上記シートは、記録紙であり、
上記処理部は、上記記録紙にファクシミリデータの印刷処理を行うファクシミリ装置。
