　この発明は、衣類や鞄等の生地に取り付けられるボタンに関する。
　従来のボタンとしては、一方生地に配設され所定長さの長手方向を有するベース部と、ボタン頭部及びボタン首部を有するボタン部と、ベース部に配設されボタン部をベース部の長手方向に沿ってスライド移動させるスライド手段と、を備えるものが知られている（例えば、特許文献１参照）。
　また、他の従来のボタンとしては、生地の表面に直接縫い付けられる座板と、その座板の表面に一体に突設される係止突部と、を備え、係止突部が、座板上に一体に起立する軸部と、その軸部の先端に一体に連接されて座板と略平行に延びる円盤状の係止爪部と、を有し、側方視において、傘状ないしはＴ字状に形成されるものが知られている（例えば、特許文献２参照）。

　しかしながら、上記特許文献１に記載のボタンでは、衣類に形成される袋空間にボタンが収納され、ボタン頭部及びボタン首部のみが衣類の表側に出るため、装飾性及びデザインの自由度が低かった。また、上記特許文献２に記載のボタンでは、座板を有するものの、装飾を付与する程大きくはないため、装飾性及びデザインの自由度が低かった。
　本発明は、前述した事情に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的は、ボタンの装飾性及びデザインの自由度を向上することができるボタンを提供することにある。
　本発明の上記目的は、下記の構成により達成される。
（１）生地に取り付けられるボタンであって、生地の表側に配置され、長手方向を有する表側プレートと、表側プレートの長手方向の一方側に配置され、表側プレートを生地に取り付けるボタン部と、表側プレートの長手方向の他方側に配置され、表側プレートを生地に取り付けるリベット部と、を備えることを特徴とするボタン。
（２）表側プレートの裏面に、生地に形成される位置決め穴に挿通される位置決めピンが設けられることを特徴とする（１）に記載のボタン。
（３）生地の裏側に配置され、長手方向を有する裏側プレートを更に備え、表側プレート及び裏側プレートは、ボタン部及びリベット部により生地に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項（１）に記載のボタン。
（４）表側プレートの裏面に、生地に形成される位置決め穴に挿通される位置決めピンが設けられ、裏側プレートの位置決めピンと対応する位置に、位置決めピンが嵌合する位置決めピン嵌合穴が設けられることを特徴とする（３）に記載のボタン。

　以下、本発明に係るボタンの一実施形態について、図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。
　本実施形態のボタン１０は、例えば、ズボン１等のウエスト部２において打合せ部３を留めるものである。図１に示すように、ウエスト部２は、打合せ部３において下前地（生地）４と上前地５とが打ち合わされており、上前地５に設けられたボタンホール６と下前地４に設けられた本発明のボタン１０とが掛止されることにより、打合せ部３が留められる。

　ボタン本体６１は、上部が円板状に拡張した樹脂製のインサート部材６３と、インサート部材６３を囲繞するボタンバック６４と、ボタンバック６４の上部開口を閉塞するキャップ６５と、を備える。インサート部材６３には、その中心部に上下に貫通する貫通穴６３ａが形成されている。ボタンバック６４の底部には、インサート部材６３の底部を外部に露出させる穴部６４ａが形成されている。
　固定具６２は、裏側プレート３０の表面に配置される円板状の頭部６２ａと、頭部６２ａの一方面に突設され、裏側プレート３０の第１段付き穴３１、下前地４、及び表側プレート２０の貫通穴２１を貫通し、インサート部材６３の貫通穴６３ａ内に圧入される１本の鏃状の脚部６２ｂと、を備える。この固定具６２の場合、鏃状の脚部６２ｂの先端部のアンカー効果によって、ボタン本体６１、表側プレート２０、及び裏側プレート３０を下前地４に固定することができる。
　また、本実施形態の表側プレート２０の第１変形例として、表側プレート２０は図６に示す表側プレート７１であってもよい。この表側プレート７１では、一方の長辺の縁部に、例えば、アルファベットのＡ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄなどの文字７１ａが形成され、他方の長辺の縁部に、例えば、スペード、ハート、ダイヤ、クローバーなどのマーク７１ｂが形成されている。
　また、本実施形態の表側プレート２０の第２変形例として、表側プレート２０は図７に示す表側プレート７２であってもよい。この表側プレート７２では、その表面の略全面に、斜め格子状の模様７２ａが形成されている。
　また、本実施形態の表側プレート２０の第３変形例として、表側プレート２０は図８に示す表側プレート７３であってもよい。この表側プレート７３では、その長手方向両端部に、半円形状の円弧部７３ａがそれぞれ形成されている。即ち、表側プレート７３は、平面視において、長円形状に形成されている。この場合、裏側プレート３０も同様に長円形状に形成される。なお、表側プレート２０及び裏側プレート３０の形状は、上記した矩形状及び長円形状に限定されるものではなく、例えば、平行四辺形、菱形、楕円形など、多様な形状を採用することが可能である。また、表側プレート２０及び裏側プレート３０の形状の組み合わせは自由に変更可能である。
　なお、本発明は上記実施形態に例示したものに限定されるものではなく、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲において適宜変更可能である。
　例えば、上記した文字７１ａ、マーク７１ｂ、模様７２ａ、表側プレート２０の形状、及び裏側プレート３０の形状の組み合わせは自由に変更可能である。

Claims (5)

  1. 　生地（４）に取り付けられるボタン（１０）であって、
    　前記生地の表側に配置され、長手方向を有する表側プレート（２０，７１，７２，７３）と、
    　前記表側プレートの長手方向の一方側に配置され、前記表側プレートを前記生地に取り付けるボタン部（４０，６０）と、
    　前記表側プレートの長手方向の他方側に配置され、前記表側プレートを前記生地に取り付けるリベット部（５０）と、を備えることを特徴とするボタン。
  2. 　前記表側プレート（２０，７１，７２，７３）の裏面に、前記生地（４）に形成される位置決め穴（７）に挿通される位置決めピン（２３）が設けられることを特徴とする請求項１に記載のボタン。
  3. 　前記生地（４）の裏側に配置され、長手方向を有する裏側プレート（３０）を更に備え、
    　前記表側プレート（２０，７１，７２，７３）及び前記裏側プレートは、前記ボタン部（４０，６０）及び前記リベット部（５０）により前記生地に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項１に記載のボタン。
  4. 　前記表側プレート（２０，７１，７２，７３）の裏面に、前記生地（４）に形成される位置決め穴（７）に挿通される位置決めピン（２３）が設けられ、
    　前記裏側プレート（３０）の前記位置決めピンと対応する位置に、前記位置決めピンが嵌合する位置決めピン嵌合穴（３３）が設けられることを特徴とする請求項３に記載のボタン。
  5. 　前記ボタン部（４０，６０）、前記リベット部（５０）、及び前記位置決めピン（２３）の中心は、前記表側プレート（２０，７１，７２，７３）の長手方向と平行な直線上に配置されることを特徴とする請求項１~４のいずれかに記載のボタン。
