Abstract

La présente invention relève du domaine de l'amélioration des protéines et en particulier celui des protéines améliorées par évolution moléculaire. Elle porte sur un variant d'une phytase, dit amélioré, en ce qu'il présente une thermostabilité et / ou une activité supérieures à la phytase d'origine. L'invention porte également sur un acide nucléique codant pour ce variant, une cassette ou un vecteur d'expression contenant ce variant, une cellule hôte exprimant ce variant, une composition comprenant ce variant ainsi que les utilisations de ceux-ci principalement dans la préparation d'additifs alimentaires et l'alimentation animale.
