Claims (5)
- 트랙의 장력 조절시, 아이들러(30-2)와 전방롤러(20-2)가 함께 이동하는 구조의 트랙프레임(10); 및상기 아이들러(30-2)가 아이들러 프레임(30-1)에 고정되고, 상기 전방롤러(20-2)가 롤러프레임(20-1)에 고정되며, 아이들러 프레임(30-1)과 롤러 프레임(20-1) 사이에 완충부재(40)가 위치하여 외부충격에 대응할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙장력 조절장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전방롤러(20-2)와 후방롤러(60)간의 거리(D)를 최대화하도록 하여, 기기의 안정적인 하중 지지와 기기의 주행성능을 개선하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙장력 조절장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 완충부재(40)는 고무(rubber)를 포함한 합성물질로 구성되고, 내부에 유체 또는 기체를 포함하여 형상이 변화되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙장력 조절장치.
- 트랙의 장력 조절 시, 아이들러(30-2)만 이동하여 트랙의 장력을 조절하는 구조의 트랙 프레임(10); 및상기 아이들러(30-2)를 지지하는 아이들러 프레임(30-1)과 장력조절 실린더(50) 사이에 완충부재(40)가 위치하여 외부충격에 대응할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙장력 조절장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 완충부재(40)는 고무(rubber)를 포함한 합성물질로 구성되고, 내부에 유체 또는 기체를 포함하여 형상이 변화되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙장력 조절장치.
