Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de stockage de gaz techniques permettant d'augmenter sensiblement la densité de gaz techniques stockés sous pression sans augmentation de pression. Le réservoir est particulièrement adapté en tant que réservoir de véhicules fonctionnant avec des gaz combustibles tels que par ex. du gaz naturel ou de l'hydrogène. Selon le procédé, le gaz technique est stocké à une température proche de la température critique et à une pression supérieure à la pression critique, jusqu'à maximum 1200 bar. Le réservoir fonctionnant selon le procédé comporte un contenant isolé thermiquement, étanche à la pression (1, 10), pourvu d'une ouverture refermable (4) pour le prélèvement et le remplissage, conçu pour des pressions intérieures jusqu'à maximum 1200 bar. Le gaz technique est refroidi au moyen d'une machine frigorifique (2) et/ou au moyen d'un dispositif de détente (18) servant à la détente étranglée du gaz technique sortant.
