Moreover, it is preferable to determine the size of the keyhole 6a and the urging force of the spring portion 3d so that the holding force of that level works.
- the configuration of the lock plate 3 and the key mounting portion 6 required for fixing and removing can be realized with a small number of parts, and the electronic shelf label 1 can be manufactured at low cost.
- FIGS. 7 and 8 Next, a second embodiment of the electronic shelf label according to the present invention will be described.
- the electronic shelf label 1 according to the first embodiment described above the configuration example in which the fixing is released by pushing the arm portion 3e of the lock plate to the upper side of the electronic shelf label 1 in the key insertion direction has been described.
- the electronic shelf label 31 of the second embodiment releases the lock by pushing down the arm portion of the lock plate to the lower side of the electronic shelf label 1 in the key insertion direction. Since the structure of the lock plate, the key mounting portion and the storage rack and the movement of the lock plate are only different from those in the first embodiment, these points will be mainly described.
- the spring portion 33d is in contact with the bottom surface inside the spring stop portion 38 provided on the back surface of the electronic shelf label 31, and the spring portion 33d plays a role of applying a biasing force that biases the entire lock plate 33 upward. It is an urging means.
- the spring portion 33d may be fixed to the bottom surface inside the spring stop portion 38.
- the lock plate 33 moves upward to a position where the upper surface of the arm portion 33e inserted into the slit 36b contacts the upper end of the slit 36b by the biasing force of the spring portion 33d. Then, as shown in FIG. 7, the guide pin 33a and the fitting portion 33b are stopped at a position suitable for fitting into the groove provided in the rail.
- the electronic shelf label 31 having such a structure is the same as that described with reference to FIG. 5 for the electronic shelf label 1 of the first embodiment, and the guide pin 33a, the fitting portion 33b, and the hooks 35a and 35b It can be fixed to the rail 20.
- the removal from the rail 20 is also substantially the same as that described for the electronic shelf label 1 of the first embodiment with reference to FIG.
- the electronic shelf label 31 it is inserted into the key hole 36a of the key mounting portion 36 with the inclined surface of the tip portion 10a of the key 10 facing downward. Then, when the distal end portion 10a is gradually inserted into the keyhole 36a and the inclined surface of the distal end portion 10a comes into contact with the upper surface of the arm portion 33e of the lock plate 33 disposed behind the keyhole 36a, as the key 10 is inserted. A thrust load is applied from the inclined surface of the distal end portion 10a to push down the arm portion 33e. Due to this thrust load, the arm portion 33e is displaced so as to be pushed downward (in the direction of arrow H) with respect to the insertion direction of the key 10 against the urging force of the spring portion 33d. Accordingly, the entire lock plate 33 is displaced in the direction indicated by the arrow H, and the positions of the guide pins 33a and the fitting portions 33b can be moved to a position below the upper surface of the main body of the electronic shelf label 31.
- the upper portion of the electronic shelf label 31 is released.
- the upper portion of the electronic shelf label 31 is moved to the rail 20. It can be removed so that it can be pulled out from the inside.
- the distal end portion 10a of the key 10 is also sandwiched between the arm portion 33e and the inner wall surface of the key hole 36a by the urging force of the spring portion 33d of the lock plate 33, as in the case of the first embodiment. It is the same.
- the same effects as in the case of the first embodiment can be obtained. Further, since the structure of the lock plate can be simplified as compared with the case of the first embodiment, the cost can be reduced. However, when the electronic shelf label 31 is slid with respect to the main body of the electronic shelf label 31 as in this embodiment, the movement is slightly smoother than when the electronic shelf label 31 is rotated with respect to the shaft 7 as in the case of the first embodiment. Inferior. Therefore, the configuration of the desired embodiment may be adopted depending on whether cost or smoothness of movement is important.
- FIG. 9 is a rear view showing a configuration example when this modification is applied to the second embodiment.
- an electronic shelf label 31 'according to this modification is provided separately from the spring portion 33d of the lock plate 33 in the electronic shelf label 31 of the second embodiment.
- a spring 40 is provided. This spring can be configured, for example, as a string spring.
- One end of the spring 40 is housed in a spring stopper 38 provided on the back surface of the electronic shelf label 31 ′, and the other end is fitted into a shaft 33 g provided below the lock plate 33 ′. It is designed not to fall off easily from ′. Both ends or one end may be fixed to the spring stopper 38 or the lock plate 33 '.
- the keyhole 6a is not made into a simple slit shape, but an obstacle such as a protrusion is provided on the inner wall so that only a key having a shape matching the shape of the obstacle can be inserted into the keyhole. It is also possible to do.
- 10A to 10E are front views showing examples of the configuration of the keyholes of the electronic shelf label in this modification.
- the structure of the keyhole is common to the electronic shelf label 1 of the first embodiment and the electronic shelf label 31 of the second embodiment. Here, description will be made using the reference numerals in the electronic shelf label 1.
- the protrusion 6c may be provided only at a specific position in the key insertion direction, such as only in the vicinity of the opening or only on the back side, or may be provided so as to have a predetermined length in the key hole.
- the key to be inserted into the keyhole may be provided with a correspondingly shaped groove or notch at a position corresponding to the keyhole protrusion.
- the number of protrusions may be any number, and only one may be provided.
- the shape of the obstacle provided on the inner wall of the keyhole may be any shape including a triangular shape as shown in FIG. 10D and a semicircular shape as shown in FIG. 10E. A part of the keyhole may be completely blocked. If such a configuration is adopted, the electronic shelf label cannot be removed from the rail 20 unless a specific key that matches the shape of the keyhole is used, and therefore the risk of unauthorized removal can be further reduced.
- the engagement between the keyhole protrusion and the key groove allows the key to be held in the keyhole with a stronger force than when there is no protrusion, so when removing the electronic shelf label from the rail 20 using the key as a handle, The risk of accidental key removal can be reduced.
- the keyhole may have a shape other than a flat plate, may be curved or bent, and only the key having the corresponding shape may be inserted. It is also conceivable to employ a bar-shaped key and a keyhole that matches it. However, in view of the keyhole space, it is preferable to use a flat key and a matching keyhole.
- the key insertion direction is not limited to the configuration in which the electronic shelf label is inserted from the front, but may be configured to be inserted from other directions as long as the electronic shelf label is inserted in the rail. .
- you may provide so that it may insert from the longitudinal direction of a rail by the side surface side of an electronic shelf label.
- deformation for example, by bending the arm portion 3e of the lock plate 3 in an appropriate direction and extending it to a position where it abuts against the key, the same operation as in the above-described embodiment can be performed. Is possible.
- the arm portion 3e In addition to the structure in which the arm portion 3e abuts against the side surface of the key, the arm portion 3e abuts on the tip of the key, and is displaced by a load applied in the key insertion direction in accordance with the pushing operation of the key. It is also possible to adopt a configuration in which it is displaced in a direction to remove it from the 20 grooves 20a. Further, even if the arm portion 3e that contacts the key and the arm portion 3c having the guide pin 3a and the fitting portion 3b are not necessarily integral parts, the displacement of the arm portion 3e is transmitted to the arm portion 3c. There is no problem as long as the arm portion 3c can be appropriately displaced according to the displacement of 3e.
- the guide pin 3b may not be provided as long as it is sufficient to fix the electronic shelf label 1 so as to be movable in the rail longitudinal direction. If stoppers are provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the rail 20 so that the electronic shelf label 1 cannot be slid and removed, the effect of preventing theft can be obtained even with such a configuration.
- the second fitting portion has a hook shape such as the hooks 5a and 5b, there is an advantage that the electronic shelf label 1 can be easily rotated when it is removed. It is also conceivable to make such a flat plate shape and fit the rail into the groove on the rail.
- the configurations of the embodiments and modifications described above can be applied in combination within a consistent range.
- the electronic shelf label according to the present invention can be easily attached to and detached from the merchandise shelf and can prevent theft, so that the usability of the electronic shelf label can be greatly improved.

Abstract
