Definitions
- the present invention relates to a heat exchange ventilator that allows heat exchange between supply and exhaust in parallel with ventilation by supply and exhaust.
- the heat exchange ventilator needs to ensure airtightness so that the air in the supply and exhaust air channels does not mix in order to supply fresh outdoor air into the room and exhaust dirty indoor air to the outside. There is. If airtightness is not sufficiently secured, the effective ventilation rate will be reduced due to air leakage inside the product, and reliable ventilation will not be possible.
- the airtight structure of the exhaust air passage and the air supply air passage is provided in the side surface portion of the casing of the air supply and exhaust fan provided with the suction port.
- the blower of the heat exchange ventilator can easily replace maintenance parts such as a motor.
- the fan structure of the conventional ventilation fan uses a separate part that holds the heat exchanger so that the fan structure can be replaced only by partially removing it from the product (the heat exchanger is added to the conventional fan structure). If a holding structure is provided, the heat exchanger may need to be removed when replacing maintenance parts such as motors). For this reason, there is a problem in that the number of parts of the entire product increases and costs increase. In addition, an increase in the number of parts means an increase in the number of joints, leading to a problem of deterioration in airtightness.
- the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a heat exchange ventilator capable of improving airtightness, improving maintainability, and reducing the number of parts.

- the air supply fan and the exhaust fan each have a built-in motor and the outer shell is covered with a casing having the same shape, and the rotation shafts of the motors are mutually connected.
- the casing of the exhaust fan and each casing of the air supply fan are , Orthogonal to the rotation axis of each motor
- the first and second casings are divided in a first direction (rotational axis direction) on the dividing surface, and the first casing of the exhaust fan and the first casing of the air supply fan have the same shape.
- the second casing of the air blower and the second casing of the air supply blower have the same shape, and the second casing of the exhaust air blower and the second casing of the air supply blower are arranged along the dividing surface from the divided opening edge.
- the surfaces are overlapped in surface contact with each other to partition the supply air passage and the exhaust air passage.
- the number of types of parts is reduced, and in particular, the number of molds for molding the casing can be reduced, so that the cost can be reduced.
- the air supply fan, the exhaust fan, and the portion constituting the air passage between the supply air fan and the exhaust fan can ensure airtightness without using packing material and reduce the number of parts. .
- maintenance parts such as a motor are replaced, the workability is improved because the work can be performed without removing the packing material.
