所述滑动机构包括固定于基座上的电机,电机通过传动系统与两滑块相连接;所述工作件两侧分别与该两滑块相连接,该两滑块分别被限制于沿两滑轨滑动;根据不同的墙面高度或其它方面的需要,所述两滑轨可以垂直固定于底板和顶板之间;或者,所述两滑轨垂直固定在一上支撑板和一下支撑板之间,该两支撑板之间还设有与所述滑轨相平行的支撑柱;顶板上有供支撑柱穿过并滑行的孔,下支撑板上有供立柱穿过并滑行的孔,使所述支撑柱被限制于平行于立柱的方向上滑动。
所述传动系统可采用钢绳和多个安装在顶板、底板、上支撑板、下支撑板上的滑轮。
使用本发明的多用途墙面处理机时,根据不同的用途,选择不同的墙面处理工具固定在辊筒外;当用于抛光打磨时,固定在辊筒外的工具为砂纸;当用于刮腻子、刷涂料或清洗墙面时,固定在辊筒外的工具为滚筒;当用于移除墙纸时,固定在辊筒外的工具为多个相隔一定距离的环形刀片。
当本发明的多用途墙面处理机用于刮腻子、刷涂料、清洗墙面或移除贴在墙面的墙纸时,与输送口相连接的是供给系统,该供给系统包括一个用于装涂料、腻子、清洁剂或溶解剂的容器,容器的入口与气泵或挤出机构相连接,容器的出口通过软管与所述罩体上侧的输送口活动连接;所述容器、气泵或挤出机构固定在顶板或上支撑板上;
当本发明的多用途墙面处理机用于抛光打磨墙面时,与输送口相连接的是吸收系统,该吸收系统包括一个吸尘器,吸尘器通过软管与所述罩体上侧的输送口活动连接;所述吸尘器固定在顶板或上支撑板上。吸尘器用于吸收打磨产生的粉尘。
为了使涂料、腻子、清洁剂或溶解剂均匀地分布工作件的上方,所述罩体上侧的输送口呈扁平状,该输送口通过一个喇叭形或三角形的连接体与所述软管相连接;所述连接体的窄端与所述软管相连接,连接体的宽端与所述输送口相连接。该连接体可与罩体分开生产制作,也可与罩体融为一体。软管连接处应偏离中间位置,减少与钢绳接触的机会。
为了对墙角、不平整及不规则墙面、以及天花板边缘的墙面等墙面处理机工作件不能到达的小部分地方进行处理,所述罩体的一侧还可固定有与所述容器相连接的电动或手动喷头。
为了处理内凹的墙面,本发明的多用途墙面处理机中,沿所述滑轨滑动的任一滑块包括位于后部的限定部分和位于前部的凸出部分;所述限定部分设有至少一组滑轮,与该滑块相对应的滑轨位于滑轮之间,滑块被限制于相对滑轨上下方向上滑动;所述凸出部分包括一框架和一用于与工作件固定连接的固定块,该固定块被限制在沿框架前后方向上移动,固定块与框架后侧之间设有复位弹簧。
固定块被限制在沿框架前后方向上移动可通过以下的结构方式实现:
滑块的凸出部分的框架内固定有一横梁和两横条,横梁和横条穿过固定块,固定块与横梁之间装有滑轮,所述复位弹簧套在所述横条上并置于固定块和框架后侧之间,横梁和横条垂直于滑轨的方向,固定块上下端有一组滑轮沿框架表面滑动;
也可通过以下的结构方式实现:
所述滑块的凸出部分的框架内固定有两横条,固定块内安装有两直线轴承,两横条分别穿过两直线轴承;所述复位弹簧套在所述横条上并置于固定块和框架后侧之间,横条垂直于滑轨的方向。
这样结构的滑块,一方面,由于工作件是固定在滑块前部的凸出部分,所以工作件伸出于墙面处理机的前部,可以伸入到内凹的墙面工作;另一方面,在保证工作件顺畅地沿滑轨上下移动的基础上,由于与工作件相固定的固定块可相对滑块在前后方向上移动并可弹性复位,这样可使工作件始终紧贴工作面工作。
与所述滑轨相固定的顶板或上支撑板采用如下的结构:与所述滑轨相固定的顶板或上支撑板的前端比与所述滑轨相固定的底板或下支撑板前端明显向前凸出;与所述滑轨相固定的顶板或上支撑板的下侧设有两凸柱,当滑块上升到滑轨最上端时,两滑块分别抵达该两凸柱。采用这种结构,当工作件处于滑轨最高端位置时,工作件不与该顶板或上支撑板相碰,可保证工作件在前后方向上能顺畅移动,保持紧贴工作墙面工作。
为了保证本发明的多用途墙面处理机工作件在工作过程中在一定范围内受力,不与墙壁过度碰撞而受损,所述底板、顶板、上支撑板和下支撑板的前端分别设有多个安装孔,各安装孔固定有定位杆。为了减轻整机的重量,底板、顶板、上支撑板和下支撑板应尽量挖空,并在其中设置传动机构中滑轮的安装孔。
为了调节工作件的工作深度,如抛光打磨深度,涂料的厚度等,所述罩体前侧设有两个带调节机构的定位轮。
所述与滑轨相固定顶板或上支撑板设有多个工作件固定安装孔,把工作件固定在所述顶板或上支撑板的上侧,本发明的墙面处理机即可对屋顶进行各种墙面处理操作。为了保证工作件紧贴屋顶工作,工作件与各固定安装孔之间设有弹簧。
所述罩体为位于辊筒外面的半包围结构,辊筒部分凸出于罩体外,这种结构可最大限度地减少对工作环境的污染;罩体前侧设有上、下两个带调节机构的定位轮,可根据需要调节加工深度,罩体的上端有一扁平的输送口。
所述辊筒上有一条凹槽,辊筒里面有固定一个电机,辊筒两侧轴的外缘是密封圈。
为了实现操作自动化,所述滑动机构中的电机以及辊筒内的内置电机可与电子控制电路相连接。
使用本发明的多用途墙面处理机是这样使用的:首先根据不同墙面处理需要选择安装不同的工具和不同的供给或吸收系统。如需要抛光打磨时,在辊筒上装上砂纸,并把吸尘器连接到输送口;如需要刮腻子、刷涂料或清洗墙面,在辊筒上装上滚筒,并把装有涂料、腻子或清洁剂等的容器连接到输送口;如需要移除贴在墙面的墙纸,则在辊筒上装上环形刀片,并把装有溶解剂的容器连接到输送口。只需要用人手轻轻地扶持着基座,把工作件靠向墙体,工作件在滑动机构带动下即可上下滑动对墙面进行处理。
本发明的多用途墙面处理机,只需要更换工作件上的工具即可实现不同的功能,一机多用,简单高效;滑块、底板、顶板、上支撑板和下支撑板等结构的巧妙设计,使本墙面处理机不但可以处理内凹的墙面,而且始终紧贴墙面工作。本发明实现了机器代替人工对墙面进行刮腻子、抛光打磨、刷涂料、清洗及移除贴在墙面的墙纸等多种操作,一机多用,减轻了劳动强度,提高了劳动效率,确保了劳动安全。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。
根据墙面的高度的需要或使用者的需要,本发明的多用途墙面处理机可制造成单段柱式(如图 1 所示)或两段式(如图 2 所示)或多段柱式(各图均未示出)。
如图 1 所示,此实施例中的多用途墙面处理机,包括基座、工作件 1 和带动工作件 1 相对基座上下滑动的滑动机构。基座包括底板 31 和顶板 32 ,底板 31 和顶板 32 之间设置若干相平行的立柱 33 ,底板 31 下带有移动轮 34 。所述工作件 1 包括一罩体 11 和置于罩体内的辊筒 12 ,辊洞 12 内设置内置电机(图中未示出),辊筒 12 外可拆卸地固定有用于处理墙面的工具;罩体 11 上侧带有一个输送口 111 ,输送口 111 与供给系统(图中未示出)或吸收系统(图中未示出)相连接。所述滑动机构包括固定于基座底板 31 上的电机 21 ,电机 21 通过传动系统(传动系统包括钢绳和多个滑轮,图中未示出)与两滑块 22 相连接;工作件 1 两侧分别与该两滑块 22 相连接,该两滑块 22 分别被限制于沿两滑轨 35 滑动;该两滑轨 35 垂直固定于底板 31 和顶板 32 之间。启动电机 21 ,钢绳拉动工作件 1 沿滑轨 35 移动即可对墙面进行处理。顶板 32 和底板 31 的前侧均设有用于保证本墙面处理机工作件在工作过程中受力在一定的范围之内,不与墙壁强烈碰撞而受损的定位杆 5 。
如图 2 所示,此实施例为两段式的多用途墙面处理机。基座包括底板 31 、顶板 32 、垂直固定在底板和顶板之间的四根立柱 33 、上支撑板 36 、下支撑板 37 以及垂直固定在上、下支撑板之间的两滑轨 35 和两支撑柱 38 。顶板 32 上有供支撑柱 38 穿过并滑行的孔 321 ;下支撑板 37 上有供立柱 33 穿过并滑行的孔 371 ,因而滑轨 35 及支撑柱 38 可在平行于立柱 33 的方向上滑动。当电机 21 通过钢绳拉动工作件 1 到达上支撑板 36 时,电机 21 可通过钢绳把由上支撑板 36 、下支撑板 37 、滑轨 35 和支撑柱 38 组成的整个框架继续上拉,从而使工作件 1 继续上升到所需要的高度进行墙面处理工作。图 2 中,在顶板 32 上固定有带有吸尘器 49 ,吸尘器 49 通过软管(图中未示出)与罩体的输送口相连接,可用于吸水抛光打磨时产生的粉尘。当然,吸尘器 49 也可固定在上支撑板 36 上。
图 3 所示实施例与图 2 所示实施例不同的地方是,在顶板 32 上固定有带有气泵 48 的容器 47 ,可用于喷出涂料、清洁剂、溶解剂等。在顶板 32 下方,设有电子控制器 9 ,该电子控制器 9 与底板 31 上的电机 21 及辊筒 12 内的内置电机及光电开关相连接。从而可实现墙面操作机的自动化操作。
从图 8 可见工作件 1 的结构。
工作件 1 包括罩体 11 和辊筒 12 ,罩体 11 为位于辊筒 12 外面的半包围结构,辊筒 12 的前端部分凸出于罩体 11 外;辊筒上有一条凹槽,辊筒里面有固定一个电机(图中未示出),辊筒两侧轴的外缘是密封圈。
工作件 1 的左右两侧连接有滑块 22 ,工作体 1 的上下两侧前端设有定位轮 14 ,定位轮 14 带有调节机构 15 ,该调节机构 15 的结构如图 4 所示。通过旋转调节机构中 15 的螺杆 151 ,可调节定位轮 14 在前后方向上的位置,从而可有效控制工作件 1 的加工深度,如打磨深度、涂料厚度等。
图 5 是用于抛光打磨的工作件中辊筒 12 的结构示意图。利用两压条 121 和多个螺钉 122 可把砂纸 13 及砂纸下侧的海绵 13a 的末端紧紧压在辊筒 12 的凹槽 125 内,从而实现砂纸的固定,用于墙面抛光打磨。
如图 6 所示,把滚筒或滚筒布 13b 固定套在辊筒 12 上,可用于刮腻子、刷涂料、清洗墙面等。
如图 7 所示,多块环形刀片 171 与多块垫片 172 相间地固定在辊筒 12 上,可用于移除墙纸。
图 8 清楚地显示了滑块 22 与工作件 1 之间的结构关系。如图 2 所示,上支撑板 36 的下方垂直固定有两根相平行的滑轨 35 ,工作件 1 两侧分别与一滑块 22 的前部相连接,滑块 22 的后部则被限制于沿滑轨 35 上下方向滑动。滑块 22 的结构如图 9 所示,滑块 22 包括位于后部的限定部分 221 和位于前部的凸出部分 222 ;限定部分设有两对滑轮 2211 ,与滑块 22 相对应的滑轨 35 位于滑轮 2211 之间,滑块 22 被限制于相对滑轨 35 上下方向上滑动;凸出部分 222 包括一框架 2221 和一用于与工作件 1 固定连接的固定块 2222 ,该固定块 2222 被限制在沿框架 2221 前后方向上移动,固定块 2222 与框架 2221 后侧设有复位弹簧 223 。固定块 2222 通过螺杆 144 与工作件 1 的罩体 11 相固定连接。有多种不同的方式可使固定块被限制在沿框架前后方向上移动,可以采用如图 9 所示的结构实现,也可以采用其它的结构实现。
如图 9 所示,滑块的凸出部分的框架 2221 内固定有一横梁 248 和两横条 247 ,横梁 248 和横条 247 穿过固定块 2222 ,固定块与横梁之间装有滑轮 245 ,所述复位弹簧 223 套在所述横条 247 上并置于固定块和框架后侧之间,横梁 248 和横条 247 垂直于滑轨 35 的方向,固定块上下端有一组滑轮沿框架表面滑动。
如果两横条通过直线轴承穿过固定块 2222 ,则可省略横梁 248 和滑轮 245 。
图 10 为罩体的结构示意图。罩体 11 两侧为用于与滑块 22 相连接的连接孔 113 ,罩体 11 上侧为扁平状的输送口 111 。输送口 111 通过三角形的连接体 112 与送料软管(图中未示出)相连接,可使涂料、腻子等物料能均匀地分布在扁平的输送口 111 上,实现均匀加在辊筒 12 上的目的。
如图 3 所示,物料贮存在容器 47 内,通过气泵 48 加压,由软管(图中未示出)输送到位于罩体 11 上侧的输送口 111 。
图 11 清楚地显示了图 3 实施例中工作件 1 与滑轨 35 及上支撑板 36 的结构关系。 .
当需要对屋顶进地刮腻子、抛光打磨、刷涂料或清洗等操作时,可把工作件 1 固定在上支撑板 36 上方,罩体 11 开口向上,如图 12 所示。为了使工作件 1 保持紧贴屋顶,工作件 1 与各固定安装孔之间设有弹簧 61 。
为了减轻整机的重量及定位杆的长度,应尽量挖空并利用顶板 32 、底板 31 、上支撑板 36 和下支撑板 37 来设置用于安装滑轮、定位杆 5 、工作件 1 的安装孔以及供立柱和支撑柱穿过并滑行的孔 75 。
图 13 是两段式的多用途墙面处理机的上支撑板 36 的结构示意图。图中, 71 为凸柱,当滑块 22 上升到滑轨最上端时,两滑块 22 分别抵达该两凸柱 71 。 71 内部为供钢绳(图中未示出)绕过的滑轮的安装孔 74 。在上支撑板 36 中部和后部,还有多个供钢绳绕过的滑轮的安装孔 74 ,如图 14 所示, 76 为用于固定滑轨或支撑柱的安装孔。 72 为用于固定定位杆 5 的安装孔。 73 为作业面为屋顶时工作件 1 的安装孔。
图 15 是两段式的多用途墙面处理机的顶板 32 的结构示意图,其中, 76 为用于固定立柱的安装孔, 72 为用于固定定位杆的安装孔, 75 为供支撑柱穿过并滑行的孔,孔的侧臂设有滑轮, 74 为供钢绳绕过的滑轮的安装孔。
图 16 是两段式的多用途墙面处理机的下支撑板 37 的结构示意图,其中用于供立柱穿过并滑行的孔 75 ,其结构与图 15 中的供支撑柱穿过并滑行的孔 75 相同其中,孔 75 的侧臂同样设有滑轮(图中未示出),可实现移动限位。 72 为用于固定定位杆的安装孔, 76 为用于固定滑轨或支撑柱的安装孔, 74 为供钢绳绕过的滑轮的安装孔。
图 17 是两段式的多用途墙面处理机的底板 31 的结构示意图, 76 为用于固定立柱的安装孔, 72 为用于固定定位杆的安装孔, 74 为供钢绳绕过的滑轮的安装孔。
对于单段柱式的多用途墙面处理机,顶板的结构可为图 13 所示结构,底板的结构可为图 17 所示结构。
上述具体实施方式为本发明的优选实施例,并不能对本发明进行限定,其他的任何未背离本发明的技术方案而所做的改变或其它等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种多用途墙面处理机,包括基座、工作件和带动工作件相对基座上下滑动的滑动机构;所述基座包括底板和顶板,底板和顶板之间设置若干平行立柱,底板下带有移动轮;其特征在于:所述工作件包括一罩体和置于罩体内的辊筒,辊洞内设置内置电机,辊筒外可拆卸地固定有用于处理墙面的工具;罩体上侧带有一个输送口,输送口与供给系统或吸收系统相连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多用途墙面处理机,其特征在于:所述滑动机构包括固定于基座上的电机,电机通过传动系统与两滑块相连接;所述工作件两侧分别与该两滑块相连接,该两滑块分别被限制于沿基座的两滑轨滑动;
    所述两滑轨垂直固定于底板和顶板之间;或者,
    所述两滑轨垂直固定在一上支撑板和一下支撑板之间,该两支撑板之间还设有与所述滑轨相平行的支撑柱;顶板上有供支撑柱穿过并滑行的孔;下支撑板上有供立柱穿过并滑行的孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的多用途墙面处理机,其特征在于:所述固定在辊筒外的用于处理墙面的工具为砂纸,或滚筒,或多个相隔一定距离的环形刀片。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的多用途墙面处理机,其特征在于:所述与输送口相连接的供给系统包括一个用于装涂料、腻子、清洁剂或溶解剂的容器,容器的入口与气泵或挤出机构相连接,容器的出口通过软管与所述罩体上侧的输送口活动连接;所述容器、气泵或挤出机构固定在顶板或上支撑板上;
    所述与输送口相连接的吸收系统包括一个吸尘器,吸尘器通过软管与所述罩体上侧的输送口活动连接;所述吸尘器固定在顶板或上支撑板上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的多用途墙面处理机,其特征在于:所述罩体上侧的输送口呈扁平状,该输送口通过一个喇叭形或三角形的连接体与所述软管相连接;所述连接体的窄端与所述软管相连接,连接体的宽端与所述输送口相连接。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的多用途墙面处理机,其特征在于:所述罩体的一侧固定有与所述容器相连接的电动或手动喷头。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的多用途墙面处理机,其特征在于:所述任一滑块包括位于后部的限定部分和位于前部的凸出部分;所述限定部分设有至少一组滑轮,与该滑块相对应的滑轨位于滑轮之间,滑块被限制于相对滑轨的上下方向上滑动;所述凸出部分包括一个与限定部分一体或固定连接的框架,和一用于与工作件固定连接的固定块,该固定块被限制在沿框架前后方向上移动,固定块与框架后侧之间设有复位弹簧。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的多用途墙面处理机,其特征在于:所述滑块的凸出部分的框架内固定有一横梁和两横条,横梁和横条穿过固定块,固定块与横梁之间装有滑轮,所述复位弹簧套在所述横条上并置于固定块和框架后侧之间,横梁和横条垂直于滑轨的方向,固定块上下端各有一组滑轮沿框架表面滑动。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的多用途墙面处理机,其特征在于:所述滑块的凸出部分的框架内固定有两横条,固定块内安装有两直线轴承,两横条分别穿过两直线轴承;所述复位弹簧套在所述横条上并置于固定块和框架后侧之间,横条垂直于滑轨的方向。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的多用途墙面处理机,其特征在于:与所述滑轨相固定的顶板或上支撑板的前端比与所述滑轨相固定的底板或下支撑板前端明显向前凸出;与所述滑轨相固定的顶板或上支撑板的下侧设有两凸柱,当滑块上升到滑轨最上端时,两滑块分别抵达该两凸柱。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的多用途墙面处理机,其特征在于:所底板、顶板、上支撑板和下支撑板的前侧均设有用于固定定位杆的安装孔,上侧或下侧设有用于安装传动系统中的滑轮的安装孔;所述与滑轨相固定的顶板或上支撑板的上侧设有多个工作件固定安装孔。
  12. 根据权利要求1或2所述的多用途墙面处理机,其特征在于:所述罩体为位于辊筒外面的半包围结构,辊筒部分凸出于罩体外;罩体前侧设有上、下两个带调节机构的定位轮,罩体的上端有一扁平的输送口。
  13. 根据权利要求1或2所述的多用途墙面处理机,其特征在于:所述辊筒上有一条凹槽,辊筒里面有固定一个电机,辊筒两侧轴的外缘是密封圈。
