Abstract
본 발명은 질환의 진단 및 치료를 위한 다양한 분자영상용 표지자 및 조영제 그리고 질환에 따른 다양한 치료제 전달을 위한 전달체로서 사용 가능할 수 있는 pH 민감성 그라프트 고분자마이셀의 제조 및 상기 그라프트 공중합체를 포함하는 고분자마이셀형 약물 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 pH에 따라 물에 대한 용해도 특성을 갖지만 자기 조립(self assembly) 현상에 의하여 마이셀을 형성하지 못하는 폴리(β- 아미노 에스터) 화합물과 친수성을 나타내는 폴리에틸렌글리콜 계열 화합물과의 그라프트 공중합체를 유도함으로써, 체내 pH 변화에 따라 표적 지향적인 진단 및 치료제 방출이 가능한 마이셀을 형성하는 pH 민감성 그라프트 공중합체, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 고분자 마이셀을 제공한다.
