Abstract

본 발명은 이동식 구이 장치에 관한 것으로서, 몸체를 이루는 케이싱; 상기 케이싱의 내부에 설치되어 조리물에 열을 공급하는 열공급부; 상기 열공급부의 상측에 설치되며, 조리 시에 그릴을 상하, 전후 및 회전운동을 시키고, 그릴의 일단부가 탈부착될 수 있는 그릴 고정부와, 상기 그릴을 전후진 시키는 전후진 수단과, 상기 그릴을 회전시키는 회전 수단과, 상기 그릴을 승하강 시키는 승하강 수단을 가지는 제 1 그릴 작동부를 포함하여, 그릴을 전방으로 이동시켜서 조리물의 구이 상태를 정확하게 파악할 수 있고, 작업자의 가스 흡입을 방지하고, 뜨거운 열기에 의한 화상을 방지하며, 작업의 편리성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과를 갖는다. 또한, 그릴이 회전을 하면 조리물 전체에 고루 열을 전달하여 조리물이 타는 것을 방지하고 조미물의 맛을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과를 갖는다. 연속적으로 회전하므로 온도가 항상 균일하게 유지되어 부분적인 타는 현상이 나 덜 익는 현상 없이 균일하게 구워지는 효과가 있다. 또한, 사람이 손으로 뒤집는 것과 동일한 작용을 하여, 음식물이 더욱 맛있게 구워질 수 있으며, 이를 통해 조리를 하는 사람의 개인능력과 상관없이 일정한 맛의 요리가 가능해지고 작업자가 양념을 바르기가 편하다.
