Abstract

L'invention concerne une couverture (1) notamment pour ajuster la température de zones de peau ou de tissu proches de la surface d'un corps humain ou animal comprenant au moins une surface d'appui (2) à appuyer sur le corps à traiter, la couverture (1) comprenant un ou plusieurs corps creux (3) avec, comme caloporteur (W), un gel à température ajustable (4) maintenu dans le ou les corps creux (3) et/ou un fluide à température ajustable maintenu dans le ou les corps creux (3). Dans le but d'un maniement simple et d'un ajustement de la température du tissu indépendant du temps, il est proposé de prévoir un système d'aimant (6) qui comprend au moins un aimant permanent (7) et qui est disposé sur ou dans la couverture (1) de telle manière qu'une induction générée par l'aimant permanent (7) agisse à proximité de la surface d'appui (2) ou sur celle-ci.
