Abstract
La présente invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'un panneau de balles de riz et sur un panneau de balles de riz fabriqué par ce procédé. Plus particulièrement, le procédé comporte les étapes consistant : à déposer des balles de riz non broyées entières dans une solution aqueuse qui est préparée par mélange de paraffine chlorée, borax, colophane, silicate de sodium et eau avec un émulsifiant et chauffage du mélange, et à sécher les balles de riz non broyées entières pour former des films de revêtement sur les surfaces interne et externe des balles de riz non broyées entières ; à déposer à nouveau les balles de riz non broyées entières dans une solution de résine pour doter les balles de riz non broyées entières des propriétés adhésives ; et à mélanger une résine et les balles de riz non broyées entières et à agiter le mélange pour permettre à la résine et aux balles de riz non broyées entières d'adhérer entre elles, à sécher le mélange, à faire fondre le mélange au moyen d'air chaud, et à mouler à la presse le mélange fondu en un panneau. Comme le panneau de balles de riz de la présente invention est moulé à partir du mélange dans lequel les balles de riz non broyées entières sont mélangées avec la résine tout en préservant la forme des balles de riz non broyées entières, les caractéristiques des balles de riz non broyées entières peuvent être conservées, la résistance à la flexion du panneau de balles de riz, qui pourrait sinon être inférieure à celle du bois, est améliorée, et une résistance à l'eau, une flexibilité, une résistance au feu et des propriétés antiseptiques sont conférées au panneau de balles de riz, permettant ainsi d'améliorer la valeur du panneau de balles de riz en tant que produit.
