本发明公开了一种抗紫外线的板材胶黏剂,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:乙氧基喹啉1‑2、EVA7‑9、SBS10‑13、聚酰胺树脂1‑3、聚己二酸乙二醇酯0.5‑2、聚己二酸‑1,4‑丁二醇酯二醇0.4‑0.8、腰果壳油1‑3、聚二甲基硅氧烷4‑8,柠檬酸钾1‑1.5、柠檬酸三乙酯1‑2、改性复配粉6‑8、氟化钙1‑2、对羟基苯甲醛1‑2、紫外线吸收剂1‑3;本发明添加紫外线吸收剂,与其余原料合理复配,所得具有抗紫外线的作用;同时加入经过插层改性的矿物粉,能够改善橡胶的力学性能,提高耐热性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及胶粘剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗紫外线的板材胶黏剂。
背景技术
木材加工工业的产品,如胶合板、刨花板、中密度纤维板、层压制品、装饰覆面板及细木工板等的生产都需要不同性能的胶粘剂。胶粘剂的出现,不仅对节约木材及简化生产工艺具有重要作用,还可把金属或塑料等不同性能的材料与木质材料胶粘,制成各种性能的复合材料,从而发挥木材的独特功能,提供某些特殊的用途。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种抗紫外线的板材胶黏剂。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种抗紫外线的板材胶黏剂,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
乙氧基喹啉1-2、EVA7-9、SBS10-13、聚酰胺树脂1-3、聚己二酸乙二醇酯0.5-2、聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇0.4-0.8、腰果壳油1-3、聚二甲基硅氧烷4-8,柠檬酸钾1-1.5、柠檬酸三乙酯1-2、改性复配粉6-8、氟化钙1-2、对羟基苯甲醛1-2、紫外线吸收剂1-3;
改性复配粉由下述重量份的原料制得:
蒙脱土10-15、膨润土3-5、十二烷基硫酸钠0.3-0.8、十八烷基三甲基溴化铵0.1-0.3、硅烷偶联剂KH550 1-2,甲醇5-6;
所述的改性复配粉制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将蒙脱土、膨润土与甲醇混匀后,离心后除去上清液,得到糊状复配物;
(2)十二烷基硫酸钠、十八烷基三甲基溴化铵、硅烷偶联剂KH550与适量去离子水溶液混匀,并搅拌分散,得复配水溶液;
(3)将糊状复配物与复配水溶液混匀,调pH值至3-5,于室温下搅拌反应12-24h;
(4)将步骤(3)中得到的反应产物离心,用甲苯洗涤,室温下风干即得。
所述的一种抗紫外线的板材胶黏剂,制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份将EVA、改性复配粉混匀,于800-900转/分下搅拌10-20分钟,放入捏合机中于160-170℃下,捏合10-12min,取出冷却;
(2)将步骤(1)所得冷却后的胶料以及其余原料混匀,200-220℃下双螺杆挤出机造粒,取出冷却即得。
本发明的优点是:(1)本发明添加紫外线吸收剂,与其余原料合理复配,所得具有抗紫外线的作用;同时加入经过插层改性的矿物粉,能够改善橡胶的力学性能,提高耐热性能;
(2)矿物粉的有机插层反应可以在保持矿物原晶体结构不变的情况下,使其层间距大幅度的提高,从而达到剥片的效果,缩小矿物层的厚度,扩大径厚比,提高比表面积,将其应用到胶黏剂上, 有助于加快胶黏剂固化速度和粘结强度;
(3)本发明解决了现有的板材胶粘剂会释放甲醛,污染环境且对人体有害的问题,同时具有抗紫外线的效果,适合户外板材使用,胶黏剂不易老化开裂。
具体实施方式
一种抗紫外线的板材胶黏剂,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
乙氧基喹啉1、EVA7、SBS10、聚酰胺树脂1、聚己二酸乙二醇酯0.5、聚己二酸,4丁二醇酯二醇0.4、腰果壳油1、聚二甲基硅氧烷4,柠檬酸钾1、柠檬酸三乙酯1、改性复配粉6、氟化钙1、对羟基苯甲醛1、紫外线吸收剂1;
改性复配粉由下述重量份的原料制得:
蒙脱土10、膨润土3、十二烷基硫酸钠0.3、十八烷基三甲基溴化铵0.1、硅烷偶联剂KH550 1,甲醇5;
所述的改性复配粉制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将蒙脱土、膨润土与甲醇混匀后,离心后除去上清液,得到糊状复配物;
(2)十二烷基硫酸钠、十八烷基三甲基溴化铵、硅烷偶联剂KH550与适量去离子水溶液混匀,并搅拌分散,得复配水溶液;
(3)将糊状复配物与复配水溶液混匀,调pH值至3,于室温下搅拌反应12h;
(4)将步骤(3)中得到的反应产物离心,用甲苯洗涤,室温下风干即得。
所述的一种抗紫外线的板材胶黏剂,制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份将EVA、改性复配粉混匀,于800转/分下搅拌10分钟,放入捏合机中于160℃下,捏合10min,取出冷却;
(2)将步骤(1)所得冷却后的胶料以及其余原料混匀,200℃下双螺杆挤出机造粒,取出冷却即得。
将所得胶黏剂按涂胶量70g/m2涂布到纤维板上,然后再贴上厚度为0.3mm 橡木薄木,在1.1Mpa 作用下,经110℃热压成板材成品,成品中贴面板材的表面胶合强度为1.9MPa。

1.一种抗紫外线的板材胶黏剂,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
乙氧基喹啉1-2、EVA7-9、SBS10-13、聚酰胺树脂1-3、聚己二酸乙二醇酯0.5-2、聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇0.4-0.8、腰果壳油1-3、聚二甲基硅氧烷4-8,柠檬酸钾1-1.5、柠檬酸三乙酯1-2、改性复配粉6-8、氟化钙1-2、对羟基苯甲醛1-2、紫外线吸收剂1-3;
改性复配粉由下述重量份的原料制得:
蒙脱土10-15、膨润土3-5、十二烷基硫酸钠0.3-0.8、十八烷基三甲基溴化铵0.1-0.3、硅烷偶联剂KH550 1-2,甲醇5-6;
所述的改性复配粉制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将蒙脱土、膨润土与甲醇混匀后,离心后除去上清液,得到糊状复配物;
(2)十二烷基硫酸钠、十八烷基三甲基溴化铵、硅烷偶联剂KH550与适量去离子水溶液混匀,并搅拌分散,得复配水溶液;
(3)将糊状复配物与复配水溶液混匀,调pH值至3-5,于室温下搅拌反应12-24h;
(4)将步骤(3)中得到的反应产物离心,用甲苯洗涤,室温下风干即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外线的板材胶黏剂,其特征在于:制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份将EVA、改性复配粉混匀,于800-900转/分下搅拌10-20分钟,放入捏合机中于160-170℃下,捏合10-12min,取出冷却;
(2)将步骤(1)所得冷却后的胶料以及其余原料混匀,200-220℃下双螺杆挤出机造粒,取出冷却即得。
