Abstract

본 발명은 실내 공기의 이온 및 오존 최적화 포화방법에 관한 것으로서, 방전이온화전극들로 1가지 극성의 전압 시리얼 펄스(serial pulse)가 공급된 후 음극 및 양극 이온의 상호 재결합 시간 보다 긴 휴지기(pause)를 갖고 다른 극의 전압 시리얼 펄스가 순서대로 공급되며, 이때 서로 다른 극성의 이온 농도조절은 시리얼 펄스 내 전압 펄스의 반복률, 각 극성의 시리얼 펄스의 지속시간과 휴지기의 지속시간을 변경하는 방법으로 수행하며, 동시에 방전이온화전극으로 공급되는 전압 펄스와 함께 또는 서로 다른 극성의 시리얼 펄스 사이의 휴지기에 전극들 사이에서 캐퍼시티(capacity) 타입의 코로나 방전이 발생하기에 충분한 진폭과 전압 펄스들이 오존화전극으로 공급되며, 이때 오존농도 조절은 오존화전극으로의 전압 공급 지속시간을 변경하는 방법으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
