Definitions
- the invention relates to a water faucet for dispensing water in a sanitary device, comprising a patch on this sanitary fittings body and a body arranged on the fittings means for actuating a cartridge, wherein the cartridge a cold and a hot water, means for opening and closing the Contains inflows and for limiting and mixing of water flows and a mixed water spout.
- the invention is therefore based on the object to design a water faucet so that the cartridge does not hinder the design of the fitting body of the water faucet.
- the object is achieved by means of the characterizing features of the first claim.
- Advantageous embodiments of the invention are claimed in the dependent claims.
- the cartridge and the fittings body of the water faucet are spatially separated from each other.
- Device for actuating the cartridge on the fittings body can be mechanically coupled together or it is an electrically operated
- the fittings body is arranged in a conventional manner on the sanitary device, for example on a vanity, a bidet or a tub, while the cartridge below, by the sanitary device separated therefrom, is arranged.
- the cartridge is a conventional cartridge, as standard installed in water fittings. It is advantageous that it does not have to be modified for use outside the water fitting. It therefore also contains, depending on the design, the possibility of determining the flow rate of the water, the temperature range of the mixed water and the limits of the temperatures of the mixed water.
- the device for actuating the cartridge on the fittings body is no longer directly connected to the adjusting lever of the cartridge is, it is mechanically connected via a coupling device with the adjusting lever of the cartridge.
- This coupling device allows the conventional tilting and pivoting movements or strokes of the device for actuating the cartridge to be transferred to the cartridge in such a way that the same operating results are obtained as if the device for actuating the cartridge were connected directly to the adjusting lever of the cartridge.
- a cartridge In an electromotive operation of a cartridge may be connected to the means for actuating a cartridge means for controlling the direction of rotation and the speed of the respective motor, which provided for opening and closing the inflows and the mixed water outlet and for mixing the water streams and for controlling the amount of water flowing out is.
- the cartridge is housed in a housing which encloses the cartridge and possibly also the coupling device and protects against external influences.
- the housing also includes the connections for the cold and the hot water supply and for the mixing water outlet of the cartridge. It is also conceivable that only the cartridge is enclosed by a housing and that the coupling device is outside the housing and optionally protected by a separate housing.
- connection of the housing with the fittings body or the sanitary device is made by a connecting part.
- This connecting part which extends above the actuating lever of the cartridge in the direction of this away to the bottom of the sanitary device, is designed so that it can be attached to the sanitary device or on the body through the sanitary device extending base of the fittings body.
- the connecting part may also extend through the sanitary device, so that the fitting body can be placed thereon.
- the connecting part is designed so that there is a distance between the sanitary device and the cartridge, which allows the connection of the device for actuating the cartridge to the coupling device and the connection of the mixing water outlet of the cartridge to the outlet of the fitting body.
- the connecting part may for example look like a lying U, wherein a U-leg carries the cartridge with the coupling device and the other leg is connected to the sanitary device or with the fittings body.
- the housing of the cartridge is connected to the leg of the connecting part.
- a connection part is a tube which has correspondingly large openings for accessing the connection point of the coupling device and the device for actuating the cartridge and the connection of the mixing water outlet of the cartridge to the supply line to the outlet of the fitting body.
- With its upper end is the connecting part with the reaching through the sanitary fitting base of the fittings body screwed, which is thus fixed on the sanitary device.
- the base carries with the connecting part of the housing with the cartridge. If the housing of the cartridge is provided with an external thread, it can be screwed into the internally threaded tubular connecting part.
- the sanitary device has a body of the valves from actuable closure of their drain, so the designated operating rod can be passed through the connecting part and the housing.

- the housing 18 encloses in the present embodiment, the coupling device 27, which is not visible, but will be described below.
- the coupling device 27 converts the up and down movement of the rod 8 connected to the actuating lever 7 into the tilting movement of the adjusting lever of the cartridge 9. Of the coupling device 27 protrudes only the terminal 28 of the housing 18 which is connected via a connection 29 with the rod 8, to which the actuating lever 7 engages.

- the fitting body 4 comprises only the outlet 5 and an actuating lever 86 which is fixedly connected to the connecting rod 8 for actuating the cartridge.
- the mouth of the spout 5 is not shown, because its design depends on whether it extends for example in a pool, in a tub or in a bidet.
- the cartridge which is not shown here, as shown in Figure 1, with a connecting part 29 to the base 39 of the fittings body 4 attached, which extends through the sanitary device 1.
- the actuating lever 86 is not tilted to adjust the amount of water. Due to the fixed connection with the connecting rod 8, the actuating lever 86 must be raised to open the inflows and lowered to close, as indicated by the double arrow 87. This movement is transmitted to the rod 8, as indicated by the double arrow 36. The setting of the temperature of the mixed water, however, takes place as usual by pivoting the actuating lever 86 to the right or left, as indicated by the double arrow 37.
