如图所示, 本盐、 糖、 调味料容器主要由壳体 1、 装料室 11、 滑动储料块 2、 出料 室 10组成, 其中封闭的装料室 11位于壳体 1内的大部分空间, 装料室 11的上端是装 料口 22, 在装料口 22上盖有装料盖 23, 装料室 11的下端是落料板 5, 在落料板 5上有 第一排料孔 6, 在其周边上有第一排料孔刮料胶环 26, 在落料板 5的下方有一滑块凹槽 13, 在滑块凹槽 13内有滑动储料块 2, 在滑动储料块 2有一筒形定量腔 3, 在定量腔 3 的上筒口上有一刮料胶环 26,在定量腔 3的下筒口上有一刮料胶环 26,在滑动储料块 2 在原位时, 定量腔 3的上筒口正好对正第一排料孔 6, 并相适配。 定料腔 3的容积可做 成 0. 5ml、 lml , 1. 5ml或 2ml, 以供使用者选择, 并在壳体 1上刻有该容器的定量腔 3 的容积。 在滑块凹槽 13的下方是隔板 7, 在隔板 7上有第二排料孔 12, 在第二排料孔 12的周边上有刮料胶环 26, 第二排料孔 12设于第一排料孔 6的前方(两孔位置相互错 开),第二排料孔 12的后缘与第一排料孔 6的前缘距离是定料腔 3的宽度加 1至 2面处。 刮料胶环 26的结构其作用是可刮走在送料时粘附在相应墙壁上的残余物料, 以保证滑 动储料块 2运作畅顺, 同时有密封作用, 起到物料防潮和保质效果。 在隔板 7与壳体 1 之间是出料室 10, 在出料室 10的侧面有出料口 8, 在出料口 8上盖有出料口盖板 9。在 与滑动储料块 2后端相应的壳体 1内侧壁有框槽 21,在框槽 21内有由按臂 16和副按臂 18组成的杠杆臂, 按臂 16与副按臂 18上端固定在一起, 副按臂 18下端有一长方孔 30 与滑动储料块 2后端的销轴 19活动连接,使副按臂 18的钟摆往复运动来带动滑动储料 块 2的直线往复运动。 按臂 16与副按臂 18的固定端通过铰销 15铰接在壳体 1上, 按 臂 16大部分露在壳体 1外面。 在副按臂 18与框槽 21 内壁之间有弹簧 20, 在按臂 16 下方的壳体 1适当位置上有一手柄 14,其目的是方便操作。在滑动储料块 2的前端是齿 条 31, 齿条 31与主动齿轮 32啮合, 主动齿轮 32又通过介轮 33与被动齿轮 34啮合, 被动齿轮 34还与出料口盖板 9固定在一起。
工作原理 如图 8—图 10所示, 使用时, 定量腔 3先处在对正第一排料孔 6, 并已载满物料, 同时出料口盖板 9盖上出料口 8, 用手向下压动按臂 16, 副按臂 18推动滑动储料块 2 向前滑动, 定量腔 3离开第一排料孔 6后才与第二排料孔 12接触, 直至与第二排料孔 12对应, 物料全流到出料室 10, 同时齿条 31带动主动齿轮 32转动, 经介轮 33带动被 动齿轮 34转动, 并带动出料口盖板 9打开, 倒出物料。松开按臂 16, 在弹簧 20的作用 下, 滑动储料块 2复位, 装料室 11内的物料重新流到定量腔 3中, 出料口盖板 9盖上 出料口 8。
本盐、 糖、 调味料容器的材质包括玻璃、 塑料、 金属。
本发明不局限于上述实施方式, 不论其形状或结构上作任何变化, 凡是利用驱动 机构推动一个定量装置将容器中的颗粒状调味料以一个固定份量排出瓶外的盐糖瓶、调 味料瓶, 均落在本发明保护范围之内。如将上述定量腔的直线式往复运动改为钟摆式往 复运动, 如将上述驱动机构改为秋千式驱动机构, 又如将出料口盖板开合结构改为杠杆 式开合结构, 都是本发明的一种变型, 均应认为在本发明保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种盐 /糖 /调味料容器, 包括壳体, 该壳体设有装料口和出料口, 壳体内装有 颗粒状或粗粉状物料, 其特征是所述壳体内还包括
一装料室;
一滑动储料块;
一出料室; 其中
所述装料室上端设有装料口, 下端设有第一排料孔; 所述滑动储料块设有储料仓; 所述出料室上端设有第二排料孔, 侧端设有出料口; 其中滑动储料块设置在装料室与出 料室之间, 滑动储料块通过滑动, 其储料仓上、 下端分别与装料室或出料室连通。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的盐 /糖 /调味料容器, 其特征是所述装料室的第一排料孔与 所述出料室的第二排料孔不在同一轴线上。
3、 ·如权利要求 1所述的盐 /糖 /调味料容器, 其特征是所述装料室与所述出料室之 间设有滑块凹槽, 所述滑动储料块在该滑块凹槽内滑动, 所¾第一排料孔和所述第二排 料孔分别与凹槽相通。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的盐 /糖 /调味料容器, 其特征是所述滑动储料块与一杠杆臂 连接, 该杠杆臂包括按臂和副按臂, 其中按臂与副按臂上端固定在一起, 副按臂下端与 滑动储料块活动连接在一起, 其中按臂与副按臂的固定端铰接在所述壳体上, 其中按臂 设置在壳体外。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的盐 /糖 /调味料容器, 其特征是所述壳体内壁设有框槽, 所 述副按臂设置在所述框槽内, 其中在框槽内壁与副按臂之间设有弹簧。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的盐 /糖 /调味料容器, 其特征是所述储料仓包括筒形定量腔。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的盐 /糖 /调味料容器, 其特征是所述滑动储料块前端设有齿 条, 该齿条带动一齿轮组, 该齿轮组包括一主动齿轮、一介轮和一被动齿轮, 其中齿条 与主动齿轮啮合, 被动齿轮连接出料孔盖板, 齿条通过齿轮组带动出料口盖板打开和盖 上出料口。
8、 如权利要求 3所述的盐 /糖 /调味料容器, 其特征是所述滑块凹槽内设有限制滑 动储料块滑动的前定位块。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的盐 /糖 /调味料容器, 其特征是所述第一排料孔和第二排料 孔周边上设有用于刮除剩余物料的刮料胶环。
10、如权利要求 6所述的盐 /糖 /调味料容器, 其特征是所述定量腔上筒口周边上和 下筒口周边上分别设有刮料胶环。
