Abstract
본 발명은 유전체 제조용 소결 전구체 분말 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는, 본 발명은 제1 물질의 분말과 제2 물질의 분말을 포함하는 유전체 제조용 소결 전구체 분말 그리고 제1 물질로 이루어진 코어(core)와 제2 물질로 이루어진 쉘(shell)의 구조를 가지는 코어-쉘 구조의 유전체 제조용 소결 전구체 분말 및 이들의 제조 방법에 대한 것이다. 상기 제1 물질의 상대유전상수가 상기 제2 물질의 상대유전상수보다 크다.
