Claims (7)
- 複数の圧粉体を得るべく導電性素材を含む粉末を金型内に充填して加圧し、
前記複数の圧粉体を互いに密着するように並べて静水圧を印加することにより、前記複数の圧粉体を接合し、
焼結体を得るべく前記接合された前記複数の圧粉体を焼結する、
工程よりなる、放電表面処理のための電極の製造方法。 - 前記複数の圧粉体に個々に静水圧を印加する予備静水圧工程をさらに含む、請求項1の製造方法。
- 前記接合する工程における静水圧力は前記加圧する工程における加圧力と同一であり、前記予備静水圧工程における第2の静水圧力は前記静水圧力よりも低い、請求項2の製造方法。
- 請求項1の製造方法により製造された、放電表面処理のための電極。
- 複数の圧粉体を得るべく導電性素材を含む粉末を金型内に充填して加圧し、
前記複数の圧粉体を互いに密着するように並べて静水圧を印加することにより、前記複数の圧粉体を接合し、
焼結体を得るべく前記接合された前記複数の圧粉体を焼結し、
前記焼結体を対象物に近接せしめて放電を生ぜしめることにより放電表面処理を行う、
工程よりなる、対象物の表面処理方法。 - 前記複数の圧粉体に個々に静水圧を印加する予備静水圧工程をさらに含む、請求項5の表面処理方法。
- 前記接合する工程における静水圧力は前記加圧する工程における加圧力と同一であり、前記予備静水圧工程における第2の静水圧力は前記静水圧力よりも低い、請求項6の表面処理方法。
