Claims (9)
- 一种结构改进的电磁线性阀,包括阀体、活动构件以及可驱动该活动构件在阀体中活动的电磁组件和弹簧片,该阀体被一隔板分隔为两个阀腔,该隔板设有使两阀腔连通的通孔,两个阀腔分别设有进气孔和排气孔,活动构件设有可阻塞该隔板上的通孔的阀塞,所述阀体包括上阀体和下阀体,所述上阀体和下阀体之间通过超声波焊接连接为一体。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种结构改进的电磁线性阀,其特征在于:所述上阀体设有向下的凸柱,所述下阀体相应位置设有与该凸柱配合的通孔,该凸柱底部与所述通孔底部之间通过所述超声波焊接连为一体。
- 如权利要求2所述的一种结构改进的电磁线性阀,其特征在于:所述上阀体、下阀体相对接的面分别设有互相配合的阶梯面。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种结构改进的电磁线性阀,其特征在于:所述电磁组件包括线圈、与线圈相连的控制电路板、铁芯、磁铁以及铁壳,该铁壳开口朝上,并且其底面固定于所述下阀体底面上方,该磁铁固定于所述铁壳底面上方,该铁芯固定于磁铁上方,所述阀塞固定于所述活动构件的顶端并朝向所述隔板上的通孔,所述弹簧片连接于该活动构件与所述阀体之间;所述活动构件设有一围绕在该动铁芯之外的支撑围壁,所述线圈绕制于该支撑围壁外。
- 如权利要求4所述的一种结构改进的电磁线性阀,其特征在于:所述控制电路板设于所述铁壳的底部,该下阀体侧面设有线槽,所述控制电路板和线圈之间的连接线穿设于所述线槽中。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种结构改进的电磁线性阀,其特征在于:所述下阀体边框中心向下延伸一框架,在框架的底板的中心开有一固定孔,底板的中心的一侧设有一凸部。
- 如权利要求4或6所述的一种结构改进的电磁线性阀,其特征在于:所述铁壳开口朝上,并且其底面固定于所述下阀体的框架内。
- 如权利要求4或6所述的一种结构改进的电磁线性阀,其特征在于:所述控制电路板为半圆形,与铁壳的底面相匹配,该控制电路板设有与下阀体的底板上的凸部互相配合定位的凹槽。
- 如权利要求4或6所述的一种结构改进的电磁线性阀,其特征在于:所述活动构件下端的轴杆依次穿过铁芯、磁铁、穿入框架上的固定孔定位;固定孔向上延伸一定位筒,其定位筒的外径与铁壳的固定孔的直径相吻合,其内径与轴杆端部的直径相吻合。
