Abstract
OLED 패널의 화소 회로, 이를 이용한 표시 장치 및 OLED 패널의 구동 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 OLED패널의 화소 회로는 복수의 주사선 중 순차적으로 선택된 주사선을 통해 입력되는 주사 신호에 의해 구동되고, 데이터선을 통해 입력되는 휘도 데이터에 따라 구동 전류를 전달하는 스위칭 소자와, 스위칭 소자를 통해 인가되는 구동 전류에 의해 발광하는 유기 발광 다이오드를 포함할 수 있다. 여기서, 스위칭 소자는 트랜지스터를 포함하며, 유기 발광 다이오드는 애노드가 트랜지스터의 소오스 단자에 연결되고, 캐소드가 공통 전극에 연결될 수 있다. 본 발명에 따르면, 종래의 PMOLED 패널 구조에 스위칭 역할을 하는 트랜지스터를 구비함으로써, 주사선의 순차적 구동 방식에 따른 휘도 불균형 및 휘도 저하의 문제를 해결하고, 기존의 AMOLED 패널 구조가 가지는 회로의 복잡성에 관한 문제를 해결하는 효과가 있다.
