Abstract
La présente invention concerne une attelle de genou pouvant être reliée de manière amovible à une attelle de cheville, laquelle attelle de genou est formée par assemblage d'une attelle de genou (Fig. 1 (100)) et d'une attelle de cheville (Fig. 1 (200)) par l'intermédiaire d'une ossature de raccordement (Fig. 1 (600)) pourvue d'un côté en dents de scie. L'attelle de genou (100) est conçue de telle sorte que lorsque le patient plie le genou pour marcher, un support supérieur annulaire (110) présentant une longueur prédéterminée et un support inférieur annulaire (120) présentant une longueur prédéterminée se déplacent rapidement vers une tige (400) de centrage de l'angle de rotation du genou, laquelle peut ajuster l'angle de rotation du genou du patient grâce à sa structure simple en fonction de l'état du patient, de telle sorte que le support supérieur (110) et le support inférieur (120) s'échappent de la cuisse et du mollet du patient, respectivement, formant ainsi une forme de triangle inversé, afin de libérer la force de fixation d'une sangle de fixation du support supérieur laquelle permet la fixation de l'attelle sur la cuisse du patient, et lorsque le patient se tient debout et raidit son genou, le support supérieur et le support inférieur se déplacent rapidement afin de s'éloigner l'un de l'autre pour augmenter l'espace vide entre eux dans lequel est placé l'articulation du genou du patient. L'attelle de genou (100) présente une bande de caoutchouc (300) qui permet au genou arqué en forme de O du patient de se transformer en jambe en X afin de protéger la plaque cartilagineuse interne abîmée et de forcer l'utilisation de la plaque cartilagineuse externe, entraînant ainsi la tige (400) de centrage de l'angle de rotation du genou vers l'arrière de manière à aider le support supérieur et le support inférieur à se tenir debout. L'attelle de cheville (200) présente une tige (500) de centrage de l'angle de rotation de la cheville qui permet d'ajuster l'angle de rotation de la cheville du patient grâce à sa structure simple en fonction de l'état du patient; la tige (500) de centrage de l'angle de rotation de la cheville présente un orifice (510) pour insérer l'os de la cheville du patient de manière à améliorer son confort. L'attelle de genou selon la présente invention qui est formée par assemblage d'une attelle de genou (100) et d'une attelle de cheville (200) par l'intermédiaire d'une ossature de raccordement (600) pourvue d'un côté en dents de scie réparti le poids du patient appliqué sur le genou depuis un support supérieur (110) de l'attelle de genou vers une plaque de semelle (350) de l'attelle de cheville, protégeant ainsi l'articulation du genou du patient.
