L'invention concerne un four (1) comprenant une armoire (2) dans laquelle se déroule le processus de cuisson, un ventilateur qui produit de l'air chaud qui circule à l'intérieur de l'armoire (2), un entonnoir (4) qui est disposé, de préférence, sur la partie supérieure de l'armoire (2) et qui permet à l'air chaud circulant à l'intérieur de l'armoire (2) d'être évacué hors de l'armoire (2), et un filtre cylindrique (5) installé à l'intérieur de l'entonnoir (4) qui fournit l'air reçu de l'armoire (2) à évacuer de cette armoire (2) après nettoyage.
